Negative experience: The chiropractor made a completely disrespectful comment towards my medical history and I will not be back. I informed her that I’ve been going through a long standing injury cycle of constantly being injured for over a year and the chiropractor had the audacity to tell me that I don’t have a reason to be worried simply because she saw me walking a bit better than last time. FYI, due to plantar fasciitis being a complicated injury, my foot was irritated shortly after leaving the chiropractor’s office today, so it’s not like a “miracle drug” is just saving the day for me. I expressed concerns because past medical professionals have struggled to address some of my complicated medical injuries…. I’ve had multiple hamstrings tears (one that I had injured for nearly a full year total before finally seeing near full recovery and then getting it retorn while doing rehab), serious plantar fasciitis that for months was preventing me from walking whatsoever, and also really bad sciatica that’s had me in crutches or barely walking for a couple of months. I’ve been struggling to walk, barely can get to work, can’t enjoy the activities I love, and struggle to take care of myself with these injuries going on. It’s an absolute disgrace for you to pay a lot of hard earned money just for your medical professional to demean you and not listen to your concerns. It really doesn’t help a patient already in a lot of distress to be talked down on. It’s not like injured patients need extra stress on their plates that they’re not already dealing with…. I’m sorry that I have been barely able to walk for 2 months and instead of the chiropractor congratulating me on finally taking steps to walk, I get insulted…. I’d prefer to take myself somewhere who doesn’t treat their patients like this. The world would be a better place if people were nicer to one another instead of putting others down…

Fantastic experience: Good value for what you get - I’ve paid a lot more at a traditional clinic. Was skeptical since they’re a chain but was pleasantly surprised. Like that you don’t need an appt. And really like their introductory $29 offer! :) They also made it easy to cancel and put my wife’s account on freeze while we had our wedding - I was worried they were going to make it hard to do so.

Negative experience: If I could rate it a 0 I would. Day 1 they did great, from then on it was just push you in and push you out . Not real doctors who care, they sign you up for a scam.

Your first visit included an in-depth consultation and comprehensive examination, which is how we truly get to know you and understand your health concerns. Follow-up visits are naturally more focused, however each adjustment should still feel personal and beneficial to your care. We're sorry your recent visits haven't felt this way. Please know our doctors of chiropractic are known for their attention to detail and specifically focus treatment on areas requiring adjustment to provide the most effective care possible.

Additionally, our Wellness Plan provides 4 monthly adjustments at $69 with a 2-month initial commitment, followed by a monthly renewal, until the signed cancellation form is submitted. This model of care allows us to maintain personalized care at a discounted rate. While all plan details, including billing terms and cancellation procedures, are reviewed and signed by patients at enrollment, we understand that sometimes details can be overlooked. For this reason, each patient receives their own copy of the agreement outlining billing cycles, refund policies, and cancellation procedures.

Fantastic experience: The therapy I received was great and appreciated. The therapy involved a prioritized focus to my particular areas-neck, head pain, and spasms. Prior to my therapy from the Chiropractor my pain was an 8 on a scale of 1-10 (when asked). I planned to go to the emergency room after my therapy assuming that it might not work. However, during my therapy the chiropractor used massage compression and twisting methods toward muscles and a tool called a chiropractor activator. The chiroprator worked wonders and alleviated my pain to the point of my deciding not to go to the emergency room today after my treatment. My ride home back to Memphis was not as painful as the ride to the 10300 N Rodney Parham Rd Ste D2, Little Rock, AR 72227 location. I chose them at the recommendation of my daughter and because of they're FIVE STAR RATING. The travel there was well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have a great chiropractor where I live, but because of the change in my schedule, I was no longer able to make visits to his office work. So, before I knew it, i had let 2 years slip by and my back and neck pain were at their worst. I found The Joint searching on Saturday after multiple nights of no sleep due to my pain. I was truly nervous I wouldn’t find someone as good as my previous chiropractor. But, this first visit, I had a Kevin Smith, who made me feel so at ease. He explained things and made sure to listen to me. There is nothing better than when you are in pain and a health care specialist LISTENS to you! The front desk receptionist was amazing and had that customer service that many places lack today. The whole experience made me so thankful that I chose to come to The Joint. The fact it’s actually affordable for people like you and me is just the cherry on top!
