Fantastic experience: Amazing place. The atmosphere is so positive and it feels like they genuinely want to help. Best decision I made in 2025!

Positive experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 Stars I decided to try Restoration Health because of the overwhelming number of five-star reviews. Overall, I had a very good experience with Dr. Riley Smith—he genuinely listened to me, took time to explain what was going on with my body, and made me feel heard and educated. I truly believe he would have had me on the right track. That said, there were a few things that ultimately turned me off from the clinic. The office presents itself as a Christian-based chiropractic center (Christian music playing, etc.), which I don’t have an issue with. However, when it came to discussing treatment plans and payment options, I didn’t feel there was any effort to work with me financially. It very much felt like a “pay to play” model. I understand this is a business and it’s located in a more affluent area (Chenal Parkway), and it’s clear they have a large, well-established client base—but unfortunately, the care was not affordable for me, even with insurance. My biggest issue was with the chiropractic assistant, Bethany Martin, who was rude on two separate occasions. During a conversation about payment, she spoke over me while I was still talking and actually told me to “hold on” so she could finish what she was saying. I found that extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, I mentioned that I found the clinic through a Facebook ad offering a free consultation, but when checking out I was told the “free” consultation was $40, which felt misleading. Everyone else I interacted with was kind, but those experiences completely turned me off from the clinic. I came in simply to see if this would be a good fit for me, and unfortunately, it wasn’t—both financially and in how I was treated. I don’t enjoy leaving reviews like this, but I believe people should be held accountable for how they speak to and treat others. Overall, Restoration Health seems like a great place if cost is not a concern, but I’ll need to find a more affordable chiropractic clinic

Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident and I switched to RH from a place that I was not satisfied with my care at all! It was the best possible choice I could’ve made!! I know what good care is, and I’m getting EXCELLENT care. I can feel the difference and I’m in far less pain than I was when I began!! So grateful to Dr. Beachy! I was taken Back and Body for pain from my neck to my lower hips due to several nearly fatal car accidents in my youth that were caused by other people crashing into me, couple that with track injuries from JR. High and High School and as the Doctor stated, “Your body is a train wreck!” that statement made me “feel seen” because that was the perfect description of what I had been dealing with for years now. The care, instruction, and direction I received now has me “pain meds free”, resuming extra-curricular activities that I did not think I would ever do again, sleeping like a baby and walking every day for strength building. Fantastic experience: Dr Beachy was amazing at getting my back working properly again with no pain! I stand on my feet 12 hours a day for 20 years now so the damage is done. But he showed me exercises to do at home to help stretch my back out and make me feel brand new!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Restoration Health for almost 3 years. When I started, I could barely walk because I was in so much pain. My knees hurt, my back hurt, and I was miserable. I’ve seen other chiropractors and the difference at RH is the denneroll, the wobble chair, and the prolordotic band, plus the other extras that are available. I feel so much better now, and that’s why I’ve continued coming to RH on maintenance long after my pain stopped. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: After a Year of extreme back & neck pain! I have went to several clinics for help & no results just a waste of time & money! I was almost in a surgery phase which I was scared to do... when a co-worker said wait b4 you do that.... you have to go to where I go... it's called restoration of health & he was adamant about them healing me naturally 1st b4 I keep allowing doctors to experiment surgery/procedures on my back! So I agreed and I made one of the Best decisions of my Life coming here! They brought my Life back! I thought I needed a new neck & back... They walk you through every step of your treatment plan detail by detail and explain everything that they tell you to give you a better understanding. Every doctor is equally attentive and each brings their own unique expertise to focus on the current problem areas. My husband and I started over a year ago and since then, we have graduated to maintenance therapy and it was well worth the investment. We both can definitely tell a difference and look forward to each visit.

Positive experience: The staff here is very nice and I was always welcomed. I decided to go elsewhere because I didn't enjoy the care model. I did not leave every time feeling that I was carefully adjusted or completely listened to. I prefer to be adjusted by just one person with consistency. I also didn't enjoy the redundant paperwork/pain scales and pressure to prepay many visits out.

Positive experience: Everyone was nice. They took pictures and showed me how everything was lined up. I was told one price prior to the visit, then my bill was higher. My bill doesn't break down charges. Everything done was in the quote. They didn't provide a treatment plan on my first visit. They want me to come back. I won't until the charges are explained snd and what Medicare pays. Medicare says they pay 80%. I need a explanation of charges and future plans with my out of pocket costs. They should have provided that on my first visit. I know it takes multiple visits to get results. That's why i need more information. Tom

Fantastic experience: Before finding Restoration Health, I was dealing with constant back pain that was affecting everything. I tried doctors, specialists, physical therapy - you name it, I tried it… and while some things helped temporarily, nothing gave me true relief. Fantastic experience: I have to say. I saw them on Facebook. I reached out to them regarding spinal decompression due to having severe issues with my spine after multiple injections in my C-Spine, T-spine and L Spine with no relief. When I walked in the door the atmosphere in there was so welcoming. The ladies at the front desk welcome you, everyone that walks by say hi to you. After talking to a doctor, spinal decompression wasn't availiable for my Tspine where most of my pain is, but the doctor recommended me try it on my Cspine to see if that would help my Tspine. So, I did get on the machine. When I was checking out, the ladies at the front desk after me telling them that Decompression wasn't available to me, they said let us set you up with with a chiro consult, it will help you. So, I did. She scheduled me for the next day. I went and Dr. Beachy was the doctor who spoke to me, did xrays and such. told me that he would get with the other doctors there and discuss my case and see my best options for treatment. I went back the next day and he for sure had my plan. He said by looking at my MRI's, he knew my spine was in terrible condition but after seeing the 7 xrays he took, it was worse than he thought. He went over everything in detail. He gave me great hope and made my tears happy tears instead of hurtful ones. I am trying my best to avoid surgery and that is what his plan is. He did inform me that I have to do my part and he will his to make this happen. Needless to say, I had my 2nd adjustment and other therapy yesterday afternoon and then again a very great atmosphere and I WOULD TOTALLY recommend Restoration Health.... Don't give up hope go see them...

Fantastic experience: This clinic runs more efficiently than most clinics. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Also, after about 6 treatments I notice that my fatigue doesn't set in as early each day and my heartburn hasn't bothered me for about 2 weeks. I can't recommend RH highly enough

I have had some very painful back issues for the last couple of years and no one could help me as much as they did. I feel like they have all been trained and educated very well and I feel like they do things in a unique way as far as chiropractic needs. My second consultation, my spine got evaluated and while telling the doctor about the issues I was having he explained that he could feel everything I explained which was really reassuring because PCPs will just prescribe a different medication to mask instead of fix. Fantastic experience: It’s worth the investment to prioritize your health! After 3months I have had a significant decrease in migraines that I had suffered with for well over 15years that seeing a neurologist and trying multiple meds could not fix. I look forward to continuing my care to address my other issues. These aren’t your everyday, one size fits all treatment plans. They care about addressing each individual and their needs. The staff are friendly and informative!

Positive experience: If you are willing to pay a lot of money at once, you will get VERY friendly and efficient service. These are the type of folks I wanted to take home with me they made me feel like I was the only patient in their business. The adjustments really helped my boyfriend (not me so much but I don't think that was RH fault...). There were many things I would like folks looking into Restoration Health to know. I wish I would have known first. And I hope this provides feedback for RH looking at reviews too. 1. Tldr: They sell packages not individual visits-They have a sales process the first 2 visits, you don't get treated until you do 2 consults on 2 days, x-rays out of pocket, and then committ to hundreds of dollars ($700 for me) a month for 3 months or so. It feels like a timeshare pitch at a resort. There is no formal paperwork explaining a breakdown of cost, or how insurance is involved. Just the doctor scribbling on a sheet of paper the cost and the "discount" they are going to give. It is very hard to feel like there isnt a hidden agenda. Their words say we care but the business practices scream money. I couldnt get a clear answer from anyone on billing insurance. Never saw a superbill or any financial paperwork other than reciepts for running my credit card. I have to hand it to them though--they are excellent salespeople but just wish there was more transparency. 2. Tldr: Not truely individualized care-as a nurse I was not a fan of the factory-type flow of the visit. You pick whatever time you want to come (i didnt percieve there was a cap on how many people they had within any time "slot"). Everyone does the same exercises when you come in, grab a number, and wait to lay on the table in the middle of the room. They look at your xray quickly but the whole adjustment takes less than 5 minutes, a different doctor everytime. The quick nature of it didnt feel individualized and there was no assessment, planning, or evaluation of any type during visits. Only at the end (when they want to sell you more packages) do you get all of those things with more xrays and a consult to discuss progress. I felt that should have happened more often. It was a huge disappointment when I thought we were finally going to get an actual provider visit with a holistic assessment, plan, and evaluation of progess when it was followed with "and that will be another $2000." It completely soured all the "we care" talk that happened in that visit. I lost trust. I am giving 3 stars for the friendly service. They really did make you feel welcome. I hope RH can consider revamping their care and business model so it doesnt have the undertones of a money machine.

Fantastic experience: I came to Restoration Health mostly for an old shoulder injury. After several weeks of treatment my shoulder feels much better and I have seen many more improvements in my body as a whole. Thanks RH. Your practice is great.

Negative experience: While I thought the staff were nice, I do not recommend due to business approach. i.e. selling you chiro services like it’s a car package. Though the cost was fairly reasonable, they are not qualified to diagnose degenerative disc disease. Most of the misalignment they said I have was correct and is resulting in some wear on my upper neck. But again, they don’t follow good manner in scaring you to sell you. Also more transparency that they don’t accept insurance (maybe was just mine).

The sleeping meds didn't help.... but the very first day I got adjusted.... my sleep improved so much! 10/10 will keep coming, my sleep is better, my digestion is better and so much more. Fantastic experience: I begin my journey with Restoration Health in August of 2023 for my lower back pain. I appreciated the time that was taken to look at my overall spinal health to determine the issue. Dr. Sarah was very knowledgeable and made sure that I understood everything. Almost 6 weeks in and my lower back doesn’t hurt at all for the most part. At this point I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with just about all of the staff and each staff member is like a breathe of fresh air with their kindness, smiles, and the best part of all is them calling you by name.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Restoration Health because I had daily neck and back pain and there was no relief. A month after the amazing doctors at Restoration Health started working on my neck the pain was gone and my back pain was greatly reduced. Second month, all pain was gone. I now have a full range of movement throughout my body and live a pain free life. The Doctors and staff are friendly, professional and really care about their patients. Don't be like me and live in pain because you had a bad experience with other Chiropractors. These guys are the best and they will take great care of you.

Fantastic experience: I'm pretty certain at this point that Resteration Health are one of the only medical offices in this state that's actually focused on restoring patients instead of stealing from insurance and band-aid treating clients. The amount of knowledge and expertise this staff demonstrates far surpasses the other options we have in Arkansas. They literally prove to you with progress exams that what they're doing works. I've never had as quality and honest care from any medical professionals as I've had here. Dr. Butler, Dr. Dustin and all of the rest of the staff have my highest respect and appreciation.

Fantastic experience: So I decided to return to chiropractic care after 10 years away. My back pain has worsened. I was having nocturnal anxiety attacks and had started waking up every 2-3 hours. The staff is VERY friendly and thorough. They knew my name at the first visit. I’m always greeted with a smile. I’ve had TWO.... yes TWO adjustments. My energy level is up. My back is still hurting but I anticipate that will rectify in time. Here’s the kicker. I laid my head on my pillow last night and was ASLEEP in 5 minutes. That hasn’t happened in 30 years. OMGosh!!!! I woke up at 645 this morning without the assistance of an alarm clock....and was actually WELL RESTED. Thank you all so much. Happy to be on the path to true wellness!!!! Update So it’s been about a year.... I’m down two 2 subluxations from 8. I don’t have NEAR the back pain that I used to. I sleep almost SOLELY on my back now whereas last year I was sleeping on my side and was NOT sleeping well when I was able to sleep. My quality of life has improved 100%. I’m not nearly as moody and I have the energy to actually be IN SCHOOL!!!! Thank you Restoration Health!!!

Negative experience: OK I hate being their first non 5 star review but let me tell you what I like and ultimately led me to this review... Like: they believe in restorative, holistic care. That is what we live by. I love that they are in-depth and "seem" like they want to get to the root of your issue. Plus their office is absolutely beautiful! MAJOR dislike: we came bc one of us had gotten so bad out of whack and was in progressively worse pain from twisting my back in a game. So I called and they got us in the same day, but didn't let us know they wouldn't be treating us. So we get there, go through their consultation, take x-rays pay the $95 and tell us they will see us tomorrow bc they want time to look everything over. OK that's fine, been in pain for 7 days but what's 16 more hours. We get there and we sit down for what I can only call a "time share sales pitch." They try to continue to sell us on a $2000+ package and how great they are, etc. We can't be tested without buying said package. I'm a "proof is in the pudding" kind of person. I'm sure what they are trying to sell me is great but I wish I would have known that's the kind of clinic they were. It feels kind they want to hook you so you keep coming back instead of helping you when and as you need it. Plus I was irritated that I'd given up 48 hours of what could have been treatments for consultations and sales pitches. I just think you should know up front that they only sale packages and not visits. Could have saved time, money and could have sought treatment elsewhere to finally get relief.

Fantastic experience: My favorite part is the Christian environment. But of course, the chiropractic care is is superb and they are very knowledgeable. Everyone there is friendly and knows you by name. They care about people and have wonderful customer care.

Fantastic experience: Love love this place. Had neck pain and after a month no neck pain. Started having issues with my knees here lately and they are helping me with them also. Very friendly people! No matter what kind of day you have had as soon as you walk in to RH you are greeted with smiles and happy faces and you can’t help to have a better rest of your day. Very personable. I absolutely love RH!

Negative experience: One of the reason's I'm actually leaving this review is to see if it will stay up as I find it odd that this business has hundreds of positive reviews and no negative reviews. I am well aware that google reviews can be bought these days. I went here for a consult and was not impressed. They told me one of my legs was longer than the other without measuring. I asked how they could tell and they said by me shoes.. which were brand new and had no wear? Another thing is they took x rays of my back that showed my spine was crooked and had scoliosis. I compared these x rays with some that I had done recently at the orthopedist and they looked completely different. Also I don't think any one should use God to promote their business. The whole experience seemed phony to me and they wanted me to come back for a year and pay $2000. No thanks

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is great! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The chiropractors actually pay attention to your body and will modify adjustments to what your body needs that day. The onboarding process is one of the most thorough I’ve experienced and I appreciate that because so many things are affected by our alignment. The PT staff sets you up with all the tools you need and they explain everything clearly. I can’t say enough good things about them- I recommend them to anyone I can!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Restoration Health for several months now. We have gotten to know the incredible people that work there and have gotten to experience the magic of chiropractic work. They have prayed for us, checked in on us over these past few months while we have experienced serious health issues. Fantastic experience: So so so happy with the entire crew at Restoration Health. They have helped me avoid knee surgery and kept me riding my bike. Fantastic experience: I went to see a chiropractor because I had no more options. My wife was already going to them and told me about her great experience with them. My back was causing me major discomfort and severe pain. I had already tried so many things I was becoming desperate. My lower back and my left hip were always in pain at the end of the day. I have been going for two weeks now and I already see a big difference. I can move my shoulder and reach for thing up high without being in such pain. Fantastic experience: I have been going to restoration health for about 3 weeks now. I am a school bus driver of 27 years. Driving on rough Pulaski county roads has reeked havoc on my back & neck. I felt better after the first week. After the second and third I thought I’d wanna quit. No way! I’m doing things I haven’t been able to do in quite some time. I really appreciate doctors and they’re crew. So friendly and helpful. With continued therapy and adjustments I’m thinking I may get my normal life back.

Fantastic experience: Every since I've heard about Restoration Health on facebook for a full exam for just a little of nothing, i jumped on it asap. For one, i have been dealing with a lot of problems with my spine and coordination. I came and they examined my posture and other things to determine that i need a full ride to get this better. And they were and still is so positive that they can and will get it me right the way i should be.
