Fantastic experience: Dr. Shawn is an amazing chiropractor! His adjustments are incredibly effective, and I always feel so much better after a visit. Plus, he's very funny and super down-to-earth, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. He's also very thorough in his explanations, so I know what to expect, and it makes me look forward to my final progress even more. He clearly loves what he does, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking an adjustment at Joint Chiropractic.

Negative experience: Be very careful giving them your credit card information. I purchased a monthly package and was told it had been completed, but they continued to bill me without sending any monthly statements or email notifications—even though they had my email on file. After noticing three additional charges on my credit card, I called, and they told me my account had not been closed and that I needed to come in person to fill out paperwork which I did immediately. Sam at the front desk was very helpful, but she explained that management had to approve refunding the three months. I was told I would receive a follow‑up email from management, but I’m still waiting to hear back. I hope they improve their billing practices and communication with customers. Other than this I had a good experience with the doctors.

Fantastic experience: Doc explained very well details for why I was having pain. Receptionist very well mannered. Great customer service. Doc made me feel 15yrs younger when I walked out!

As someone who currently from fibromyalgia and neuropathy who started back in the gym weight training a few months ago, Dr. Matthew totally gets me and is extremely informative. Anyone with a similar situation who’s looking to be active and looking to be treated by someone who’s knowledgeable and pro fitness, I recommend seeing him

Negative experience: Get ready! Sign up for a month of treatments and suddenly, you are stuck buying 2 months. That’s right! Even if you’re fine after two sessions, you’re gonna get billed for two months, whether you like it, need it, or not. Complain? Go ahead and watch them tell you to read the fine print. This is 100%

Fantastic experience: SODO JOINT on Orange Ave is exactly that .. The Joint!! Thumbs up to the chiropractors and the management who run these life changing therapies. At 56 I would Not be able to keep up with my hyperactive 7 and 9 yr old boys. I swear I am taller, but definitely feel better !!!!

Negative experience: I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! The guy i saw today, was more interested in being a KNOWIT ALL and NOT a person listening to his client. I came in with so much pain. He displayed ZERO AWARENESS. he just wanted to be the HOTSHOT doctor. talked back to me for asking if he could use the activator. my neck is really tight. MAYBE IF THIS GUYA READ MY CHART AND ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THE WORDS THAT CAME OUT OF MY MOUTH he would have done a good job. STILL IN alot of pain and ready to tackle a full day. thank you so much for wasting my time.

Negative experience: Initially, when I went in the consultation sounded good but this place is deceitful and there’s deception. They state one thing when you’re signing up for a plan but the months down the line is something different and they’re Not helpful and let’s not even get it to Management. Today makes a week that I reached out. No one bothered to call me back so I had to go into the Clinic and cancel my subscription I would not recommend this place. I think that if you’re going to get help from a chiropractor, don’t use no chain chiropractic clinic because it’s all about the money and not your physical well-being.

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical about going to a place like the joint because I’ve been to a lot of bad chiropractors and do not always trust these walk in type clinics. I have been seeing Dr Bre for several months now and she is so attentive and skilled, she brings me relief every time I come in for a tune up. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and she almost always has a line waiting for her but trust me the weight is always worth it!

Fantastic experience: Great experience every time I go. They get you in and out quickly. I signed up for the monthly plan after a couple of visits. They ask you what areas are bothering you and focus on it. I always feel better and rejuvenated after I leave. Dr. Matt and Dr. Bri always do a great job and the receptionist Gabby is always nice and friendly too!

Fantastic experience: 5 years ago I had a free adjustment during their grand opening. Adjustments are tailored to meet your needs providing ongoing preventative care for those who don't want to wait until they're uncomfortable before they get adjusted. Very affordable. I often almost forget to go as opposed to living with constant pain.

Negative experience: What awful awful awful people , my partner was told he couldn’t use the service again unless new forms were filled in pages and pages and until then services suspended but they then chose to charge my bank two months when he couldn’t use the services . We do NOT want to fill in any more forms and want money refunded but instead told NO NOT possible and refused to give me her name or put a manger on instead told me a manger would would call back 3-5 business days SMH what kind of place is this I’m disgusted I’m going to write reviews all over so everyone knows to watch these people and how they treat clients of 2 years and take money for no services

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chelsea Watkins is truly one of a kind! I have been seeing her almost every week for almost 2 years. Before I found her, I was actually ready to cancel my membership! I’ve never gotten the same quality of care as I have with her. She is extremely caring and empathetic which are great qualities to have in a doctor. Typically when you see a provider for a long period of time I would run into the issue of getting the same quick general adjustment and the provider getting comfortable giving less. Dr. Chelsea treats every visit as if it was the first and genuinely seems interested in my health and well-being. She checks in with me and makes sure I am still improving, gives me advice for stretches at home and posture correction so I can do my part at home. I have bad arthritis in my back and hips that makes me a lifelong chiropractic patient and I will continue to go the Joint SODO for as long as Dr. Chelsea is there!

Fantastic experience: Great chiropractor teams! I used to work for DCs 20+ years ago and the doctors that work here have all been terrific! I normally go to another The Joint closer to my house, but this one is open Sundays and last night I pulled my back out pretty badly. Luckily I had a place to go to when they opened their doors. Today I saw Dr Jason, a highly talented doctor that was able to see me immediately and had me fixed and back out the door within 15 minutes. Occasionally there's a wait but it's not usually longer than around 10 minutes. There's also a lot of times they can just take you right in, too. I'm good with all that Love the place. It's very affordable and I get other medical advice like nutrition, stretching, etc. Just fantastic! A++

Fantastic experience: I have been to Joint locations all over the country. All the locations are great however your experience depends on the doctor. At this location, they have the best chiropractor I’ve ever experienced thus far, Dr. Bre. Dr. Bre is strong and gets your body fixed and aligned. Some others can’t even make me crack. She is the best and I will keep coming back as long as she is there. She is so nice and sweet and explains exactly what’s going on. Awesome job Bre. I am so happy to give you this 5 star review!
