We're very concerned about your feedback. We tried to reach you using the contact information you provided during your last visit at the end of last year, but your phone shows disconnected.

You are trying to discredit our clinic rather than letting us help you get the needed assistance. Based on what you shared publicly here, and by looking at your profile and your review of other clinics, you are desperate for answers and relief by going from doctor to doctor.

Dr. Shub and our team strive to provide respectful and professional care. The behavior you described doesn't match our standards.

We are not a perfect clinic; no business is perfect because we are all imperfect people. However, we always strive to provide the best care, especially in a world where most medical offices require weeks to get an appointment. We always keep appointments open for walk-ins, and we can see most people within 24 hours without a long wait.

We want to clarify that we cannot remove reviews we don't like. We can only report them when they violate Google's policies, which your review clearly does as it attacks an individual by name including our doctor.

We genuinely hope that you reach out to us so we can work together to identify and resolve this issue.

If, for any reason, we're unable to provide the assistance you need, we're more than willing to refer you to a trusted medical professional who may be better suited to address your concerns.
