Fantastic experience: First time having work done at 29, the first doctor calmed my nerves about getting my back and neck cracked. Both have a lot of tension and stiffness. They put me on this plan that saved me a lot of money and really was an improvement plan. And they were honest about how many visits I needed in the future. Really nice staff, usually not that busy.

Definitely minimizing pain in my lower back and ankle .

Negative experience: The services were decent enough to justify the price. Issues arose when I moved out of Orlando and attemtped to cancel my membership. The only way to do so, according to their office, is to go in person. I no longer live anywhere near this location, so that isn't going to happen! They continued to charge me monthly for over a year as I disputed this, and to this day continue trying to charge the (now expired) card on file. I will never return to a Joint location and urge anyone to think carefully before signing up. There are plenty of other practices out there with far less shady tactics.

Negative experience: These THIEVES Refused to cancel wife's membership over the phone and would not let me do it in person. She has been hospitalized twice last month, they still made her come in and fill out the paperwork. Avoid these greedy jerks at all costs!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to come here by my coworkers, and quickly realized the benefits. In the first couple of sessions, I have regained motion in daily task that once were bothersome for me. while I might be sore after a visit, the increase in the range of motion and the reduction in pain is absolutely worth it. At a minimum, I recommend people to try the consultation, and with that alone, they will more than likely make it a habit to returning.

Fantastic experience: I went on a few weeks ago for a stiff back that wasn’t related to an injury. My consultation was with Dr. Ramos. He identified the source of my pain, did an adjustment as well as explaining a treatment plan and stretches I can do. The following times I have went I have also seen Dr. Bao and Dr. Smalls, they were great also! I noticed some immediate benefits but as I continue going I get more improvements. Pricing is very reasonable and to be able to go without having to deal with referrals makes it even better. Would definitely recommend!

The chiropractor from the joint place did not use the correct technique necessary to adjust my neck, it was just a lot of pain when he was trying, therefore, I have no relief. I doubt that I will be back. I need to find someone else with more experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Joint chiropractic off and on for a few years and by far the chiropractor who made the largest difference was Dr. Bao. She understands her patients and she helped me recover from serious leg and shoulder injuries. Although it took a bit of other methods to full heal(Ortho-bionomy healed the rest), being aligned during my recovery aided my healing and overall health. Thank you Dr. Bao, You are are a life saver!

Fantastic experience: I walked into the joint experiencing really sharp lower back pain due to a lifting injury and I remember my first session with Dr. Smalls I could barely sit up straight without feeling pain but after getting adjusted 2-3x a week by not only Dr. Smalls, Dr. Bao, and Dr. Ramos my pain has gone away completely and I am back to barbell squatting the weight I was before and am so happy and grateful. They not only listen to how I feel but take the time to adjust me properly and make me feel heard and understood. They also gave me homework on stretches to do to help alleviate the pain and educate me properly moving forward. I have had a great experience going into the joint and highly recommend this location to anyone experiencing a similar situation!

I finally started services in May, and felt the results as I healed through the summer. I’m continuing services for regular maintenance and to keep my alignment. Negative experience: Read the fine print for business before you sign anything with them!!! Stay away from this place! So I moved 2 months ago, and after calling and canceling my membership, I was told I would be all set. We'll the Joint Chiropractic decided to then go ahead and auto charge my card a full cycle after months of no service and me not even living in the area. I then called the office and was told " I'm sorry you have to come in and sign a paper to have us refund and cancel your membership" After I just explained this was NEVER told to me when I canceled originally. Then I get an email from the Director of Operations: (John Wash) basically saying they are going to keep my money after months of no service and to have a great weekend..This after being given false Information by there rep. and charged for months of no service! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I'm disputing this charge with my bank as fraud and contacting my attorney.

I went in with a terrible pain from a pulled muscle in my lower back/hip area that was at least an 8/10.. as well as a pinched nerve in my neck preventing me from turning my head to the left 100%. Since a few short weeks of going to the joint, that pain went from a 8/10 to a 2/10 and I have full mobility in my neck and back with no pinch or tightness. I really didn't expect a fix to my issue given that it was all muscular. I have since had exceptional flexibility and little to no pain since my injury. I can finally get back into weightlifting, as that was put on a complete stop since the injury. I wish I would've signed up earlier! Thanks to the team, 100% recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving services with the doctors at The Joint for a few months now. After one visit, I saw an immediate improvement of my pain and after these few months, almost no signs of discomfort. All of my questions are answered immediately, and all of the services that I received are explained thoroughly before hand. It’s nice to visit a doctor that knows your face and name on sight. Your appointment day and times are mostly up to you so those of us with all day meetings or busy schedules can walk in as needed. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my adjustments. I am very glad that I was able to find this establishment and intend on staying with this team for maintenance chiropractic after my issues with pain are completely gone.

Fantastic experience: The Joint never disappoints. Been coming for a year to the Waterford location. Had vertigo and ear aches but the adjustments have helped so much. Yes it can be scary hearing your joints pop and move but it's very refreshing and rewarding.

I would have assumed it would have been less personable and more of a general adjustment, but I have to say I felt seen, heard and well taken care of. She was very knowledgeable & gave me some instructions for at home relief for inflammation on my lower back. Prisms in the front desk is very professional and made the experience smooth. This is a great team of individuals and now that I have enrolled in the monthly plan (WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than a lot of chiropractors) I look forward to relief and a life with less discomfort very soon !

Fantastic experience: When I started going, I would get cluster migraines almost daily. Since I have started going, my migraines appear maybe once a week, and sometimes, I don't even get a migraine for a week. Last week, I had a migraine that lasted for two whole days. I went and got adjusted, and less than 3 hours later, it was completely gone. Everyone is so nice and understanding. Going to The Joint has changed everything.
