Fantastic experience: Surprise Chitopractics is a great place from the time you walk in and greeted, to seeing Dr Verloop, to leaving. The friendly office team is on top of making all go smoothly. Everything is orderly, moving smoothly from waiting to getting in to see Dr Verloop. I have been going to Dr Verloop for many years and had a new issue with my ribs. He knows where my worst kinks are, so always gets those first and then fixed my rib situation either way one adjustment and sitting, laying down no longer hurt. Highly recommend Surprise Chiropractics!!

Fantastic experience: OK, Everybody this will be a long one. Read to the end, it's worth it! This is the place to go to begin the road to feeling better. My first visit to a chiropractor was 63 years ago when I twisted my back and could barley move. Since then I've been to many doctors in many states and I'm thinking I may have found the BEST. From the first telephone call to my, now forth visit, with a planned twenty more to come. I love these folks. There is a mix of a professional and friendly staff to care for your needs. From day one they let you know Up-Front just what to expect. I've never been to any doctor office where your first visit includes a tour of the facility. Who does that? For the older generation if you remember the TV show, "CHEERS". Picture that when you walk in the door. "Norm" it seems even after my very first visit "Everyone knows my name". It's crazy. I guess, depending on what your needs are, you head to the decompression room. Twelve minutes later to the heating pad and rollers. Two minutes latter you move into the great hands of Dr. Verloop. He asks how things went, any comfort issues then a couple of cracks later and away you go. The "MOST" surprising part after my first full treatment appointment, I was just finishing dinner when I got a phone call at home. This is around 6:00pm. I say hell-o "Tim this is Dr. Verloop. Just wanted to check in with you to see how you are doing after the treatment. I was stunned! We talked a minute then the most amazing thing happened. He said this is my cell number, if you have any issues give me a call. Who does that? Only someone who genuinely cares about your comfort. I'm telling you, you will not go wrong doing business here.

Fantastic experience: I’m visiting from out of state. Twisted something in my back and called the closest chiropractor to me and they offered me an appointment 3 weeks out. My second call was to Surprise Chiropractic and they had me in within a few hours with an additional appointment the next day. Staff is fabulous, and everything was explained in great detail by all. By far superior to any chiropractor I’ve ever visited.

Fantastic experience: They treat you like family, the front of office is absolutely the best. We have only experienced Dr Legg and he is amazing, he just started incorporating medical acupuncture, can't wait to experience that. He very gentle but his hands can always find where you are out of line. We are now experiencing Dr Verloop and already in three visits has managed to find just how to adjust me. I'm a very tuff study, but I will say my fourth visit he should have me down and with a couple of tweaks I'll be Golden.

Fantastic experience: Never really had a need for a chiropractor. Walked in on a Monday morning and couldn’t hardly breathe or lift my left arm after some aggressive MMA sparring, I thought I had slipped a back rib out. Surprise chiropractic got me in quick,did X rays, and found the issue. After a few quick adjustments,I walked out 20 minutes later being able to take a deep breath and lift my left arm. The doctor also called me that night to check on me. That’s above and beyond !!! I highly recommend surprise chiropractic

I had 2 visits this time with Dr. Verloop and he has once again worked his magic on me. For 2 nights I’ve been able to sleep without waking up from the severe pain in my back. Negative experience: When I made the appointment they said they accepted Aetna insurance. When we got to the office they said, no we discontinued Aetna Advantage back in March. The first visit is $250. My wife was in a lot of back pain and we looked forward to this visit. I said I would pay it. They only took one X-ray so the cost was $175. I called Aetna and they said this office is in their network. A very disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: Needed to have an evaluation on my back, and they were very thorough. They took X-rays, reviewed them with us and then did a little manipulation on my back as I was in so much pain that was all I could handle. I was using a walker to walk from the car to the office. They took time to hear what hurt where it hurt and developed a plan to relive the pressure causing the extreme pain I was having. I would recommend them 10 times over.

Fantastic experience: Dr Legg is the best chiropractor I've had since I began needing one since I retired from the Air Force. I've used many Chiropractors but Dr Legg was the only one who correctly diagnosed a misalignment of my pelvis that had me in pain for over a week. Dr Legg uses technology (x-rays and geometry via computer imagery) to check your skeletal alignment for effective adjustments. As a matter of fact, my restriction in my lower back has eased since I started being treated by Dr Legg. If you want immediate relief, see Dr Legg.

Fantastic experience: Started going to Dr Verlott about 2 weeks ago. I was completely hunched over from the pain a pinched nerve. It hurt too much to stand straight. Horrific pain ran down the top of my leg and in my left hip. After a few visits I could honestly straighten up and after two weeks the pain running down my leg is almost a thing of the past.
