Fantastic experience: I love going to The Joint Chiropractic on Lake Pleasant Pkwy. I usually see Dr. Sirio and Dr. Noah. They really keep me on track and moving well.

Negative experience: The Joint was a great idea and I loved it when it first came out. Quick easy access to an adjustment now they've got a bit full of themselves continually changing their hours shutting down for lunch always closed when I go. Now I go they want me to fill out a annual form that goes on and on and on with some of the stupidest questions. Went for a quick adjustment and sat there filling out this idiotic form finally got up and left

Negative experience: The staff is great and the check-in by phone is terrible and not fair or effective when there are five or 6 clients lined up and the last person ends up at the front of the line to see a doctor because they can click on check-in faster. Everybody in lines complaining about it.

Fantastic experience: Dr Noah was great for my kiddos first appointment. He explained everything and made sure she was comfortable during the entire exam and adjustment.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of The JOINT for a few years and travel between California and Arizona frequently. It's so convenient to be able to get a Joint treatment in either states. I've experienced a lot of their chiropractor's approaches to body alignment and pain and have consistently loved the way Dr. Griffin treats my issues. My body really responds to his techniques. To me, he not only looks at the skeletal system, but also the muscles holding those bones together - His philosophy is more holistic. He has a very firm, but gentle touch and after an adjustment by Dr. Griffin, I'm floating out of the Joint. Dr. Griffin is absolutely awesome!!,

Fantastic experience: I started coming to the joint Chiropractic about two weeks ago. In random conversation for other things I was getting adjusted, I brought up my TMJ to Dr. Noah. Dr. Noah did an adjustment for my TMJ and it corrected tinnitus I have had in my ears for years within 48 hours. Awesome experience! Also seeing a huge improvement with having Dr. Noah and Dr. Serio. They both have different techniques so I alternate between them for each visit. They are working on my neck, ribs, pelvic, hip and tmj. So happy!

Negative experience: Beware if you show up one minute after 4 pm on a Saturday. They will just not look at you and keep the door locked. Been coming here for about a year. Time to find a new chiropractor spot. I was letting a couple cross the road, in the parking lot. I guess the joint on happy valley doesn’t have empathy towards its clients. If it wasn’t for them bring back Dr. Bradley I would of canceled a while back. The last chiropractor they had in there was a joke. And when you asked him if he could try a little harder, he would say, “that’s all 145lbs of me” and laugh. I get it, go through the motions. But we come here to get adjusted, not for comic relief. To the owners, try harder to be a little understanding. One minute vs. 10 minutes, and the front desk knows you are there but treat you like a homeless person (try not to make eye contact)

Negative experience: Saturday May 31st came in with my father to help him just get adjusted here and was pretty much told because he is a senior citizen that he needed mri to show things. I have been going to the joint for 11 years and this was a bad experience even for me to get adjusted because I have some things she pretty much wouldn't touch me. I will never come to this one ever again

Fantastic experience: Lake pleasant is finally back in full swing!! The new location being in the same parking lot as my favorite coffee spot is chefs kiss ✨ All of the staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond to help you feel like the best version of yourself. My schedule is never consistent so I love having the flexibility of walk-in availability. The wait is never too long and if it is I can check in and grab a quick coffee. They have multiple plans to choose from so it's always what works best for you. Personally I did the monthly plan so you have a consistent 4 sessions a month. You do have the option to freeze your account after being a customer for a few months. I was able to freeze it when I had my surgery a few years ago with absolutely no issues.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Joint for the past 3 months to figure out the pain in my shoulder. My first visit i was asked questions about the issues I was having. I was able to ask any questions I had and everything was answered so I could understand. I was given an adjustment and I hadn't felt that good in I do not know how many years. I decided to continue with my treatments. The next time I went i had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Serio. I have been working with her for the last 2 months and will continue. Everyone at The Joint has been wonderful to work with. Give them a try.

Negative experience: Do not go here. The chiropractor Vazquez injured me to the point I now have scoliosis. After he forcefully adjusted me, he laughed and said I crack way easier then a big man. Yes, because I weigh 95 lbs. This establishment will not even refund my money. I had X-rays done 3 months before his adjustment and no scoliosis. Just got new ones done and my spine is now curving to the right.

Positive experience: Most the chiropractors hear a good. It’s a big help to be able to walk in and get an adjustment at a fair price. I buy the package of 20 visits and it gets me through about a year.

Positive experience: Friendly staffs. Still don't know whether chiropractice will help with my conditions or not. Be aware of their marketing strategies. Also, before you sign up any package, be aware of their policies. When they say $79 per month, sometimes the staff might forget to inform you that you need to sign up for at least two months.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what a difference a couple hundred yards makes! I tried out NuSpine that is nearby and it was a horrible experience - poor adjustment technique, really lousy communication skills, and deceitful billing experience. Everything wrong with NuSpine is done right at The Joint. The skill level at The Joint is clearly better and the initial communication with the Chiropractor was excellent (no overkill, just a complete discussion and solid plan of attack). First adjustment went really well, so I've found the therapy I need at The Joint!

Positive experience: Received a text from Lisette to rate her team. Unfortunately, link defaults to my business email instead of personal. As a work around I am submitting as a regular Google review through my personal account. Lake Pleasant chiropractic team is fantastic. I am raring the chiropractors with a 5. They are kind, informative and great with addressing problematic areas. Only complaint would be for the front desk . Information when signing up was incredibly misleading and sneaky. I gifted my friend with a 2 month membership who should've been under my account when i initially signed up. The person who registered us both said anytime I want to cancel her membership all I had to do was cancel in person. My friend wasn't utilizing the membership so I canceled after i met the 2 month minimum . Today I dropped in to cancel her membership. Now, I was told she had to come in person. The lady upfront today said she was the lead receptionist at that location . She also conveyed that all she could do was remove my cc info from the system for my friend. This however would leave her liable for monthly charges unless she came in to cancel in person. This is incredibly inconvenient for something that was supposed to be a gift. Again, initial sign up was incredibly misleading. My friend should not be liable for future charges when she should've been under my account as communicated by reception during my initial sign up. My credit card information was used for both memberships. Everything during sign up should've been notated in the account. Front reception rates as a 1 in my book for being very deceptive.

Fantastic experience: I went in as a first time patient walk in, I immediately felt welcomed! My job as a pet groomer is very physical and taxing on my body, when I went in with pain in my hip Dr Hennessy took the time to listened to my concerns, gave me much needed advice throughout my consultation, and gave a wonderful adjustment. I did not ever feel rushed, I felt heard and that was important to me. Definitely will be back!

Negative experience: Honestly the worst place, they have 0 customer service. My mom visited this location Saturday and during the consultation the chiropractor she spoke with was verbally abusive, rude and extremely offensive. My mom ended up walking out because of it, the gentleman at the front desk acknowledged what happened and said he couldn’t believe what he saw/heard. The manager contacted my mom this morning and was being “nice” only to have someone else call her a few hours later to tell her they are going to make her go to a different location and they won’t help her. Don’t waste your time, go to a real chiropractic office, not a franchise owned location.

Fantastic experience: Always a GREAT experience! I was a sceptic of chiropractic work for many years…associating a session with pain involved (from my past experiences). NOT here! Dr. Lareen is hands-down one of the most gentle chiropractors I have ever gone to. I’m sure they’re all good at The Joint, however my experience has been with him. I was unable to have full range of motion of my neck, turning from side to side all the way. Once I allowed him to start cracking my neck, I now have Full range of motion with no pain. It is nothing short of a miracle. I highly recommend The Joint, from beginning to end of the customer service and experience has been excellent. In my opinion, the monthly’s membership fee is WELL worth it. I’ve never been this pain free in my back, neck and knees, and I do attribute this to my weekly sessions, one time per week is all it takes. Very grateful, thank you staff at The Joint.
