Fantastic experience: Dr. Meek is literally the best! He has kept our team healthy and on the court this season! We have trusted him with our athletes and they have been to able to recover faster and come back stronger. The staff there is incredible and we are very thankful for their services!!!

Positive experience: I can’t express enough how thankful I am for Dr.Burgess and all the staff here. I went in yesterday with horrible neck pain that was making daily tasks feel impossible. I woke up this morning feeling so much freedom and relief. Highly recommend. Edit: Front desk staff isn’t the best at actually following through. They will say they are cancelling appointments and don’t so you end up with no shows. If they say they are calling you back same day they also won’t. I’ve had great experience with the doctor himself though!

Negative experience: Saw an add for $49 for soft wave therapy, called scheduled the appointment they made me pay up front then canceled the appointment because they overbooked. I had to adjust my work schedule then on the day O was packing to move I stopped to go in for that rescheduled appointment. Came a bit early to do paperwork and the receptionist was a pain. Told me they preschedule the paperwork so technically they couldn’t get me back for the treatment until 4:30. I came in at 3:45 for my 4:00 appointment. I told her just to cancel and refund the 49.00 she said she couldn’t refund my money. What a run around and a very scam sounding place don’t go there they will rob you and jerk you around. You can be delusional I didn’t arrive 30 minutes early. I arrived 15 minutes early to do paperwork for my 4:00 appointment when the snotty front desk receptionist basically said we won’t take you back until 4:30.. I asked why and she said we “schedule” in time for your paperwork. First I heard of that so basically my appointment at 4:00 was not until 4:30. You have scheduling issues. Mind you, your facility cancelled on me last minute the first appointment saying you all overbooked. I have the voice mail. You are clearly being defensive and missing the point of poor service. And a condescending front desk person…

I have been having injections in my back for a number of years but those only last so long - surgery was likely. I saw the ad for Meek and decided it was definitely worth a shot. I love everything about Meek! I’ve had softwave on my knees and I can’t praise Meek enough for talking to me about it and I knew it was the right thing to do!! Negative experience: Feedback from recent first appointment. Per my phone consultation, as instructed I brought my lumbar spine MRI & diagnosis (per my back pain) with me. I drove 85 miles and arrived early at 2:30 filled out the paperwork, and finally was taken back around 3:15. The assistant took my vitals (5-10 min), and then another (very kind) asked me lots of background questions (15 min. or so) in the exam room, and then finally Anjuli Ellis arrived. She examined me a bit, asked me questions, and said she would step out and look at my MRI "if we have time to pull it up on the computer." I replied, "How do you mean? It only takes 30 seconds to pull it up, as I have done a few times at my house, etc." She mentioned, "...others perhaps using 'the computer.'" Minutes later, the 2nd assistant came in and kindly informed me that my appointment was over. "Over? But we haven't discussed my MRI, which I was instructed to bring with me?" I was told I'd have to make a new appointment in order to talk with Anjuli to discuss my MRI. Arggggghhhh. Is there only 1 computer? Seriously? I could have brought my laptop, or shown her screen shots even from my phone if that was a problem. I'd been there over an hour and was told to bring my MRI. Why did they not make time to look at the most important determiner of my back pain condition? They asked me to bring it, and it was my understanding that they would look at it during my examination. Finally, I mentioned my frustration to the 2nd assistant, and she basically said nothing (not wanting to "rock the boat," understandably), and then I also shared my frustration at the pay-desk, and she said basically nothing also (claiming not to know anything about the protocol, which I don't blame her either for not wanting to make waves). So then, if you put yourself in my shoes ...I drive 3 hrs. (round trip), and paid $230 out-of-pocket for my examination at Meek, and had to come to grips with the fact that no one looked at my MRI, and I basically learned nothing to improve my condition. =( Confusing to me how they took time to check my vitals (to satisfy legal protocol, presumably), despite my obvious visible good health, but wouldn't take the time that day to review my spinal MRI, despite my detailed declaration of back pain. =( With respect, I felt Nurse Anjuli didn't give me any appreciable/helpful feedback. She spoke as if everything hinged on the MRI. So why not give it a quick look, or read the short report (which I'd given her)? So then ...It's now all predicated upon the NEXT exam (which will require another 3 hrs. of driving for me (with a bad back, that hurts when I sit). I can tell you that I'm not a penny-pincher, and expect to pay for good service, and I have seen many specialists (for various sports injuries) over the past 2 decades (in CA, TX, Boston Mass., Hawaii, New Zealand, etc.) ...so this is not my "first rodeo" so to speak. I understand how doctor/patient evaluations usually go, protocols, scheduling, etc. With that said, to be honest & real, I was sincerely disappointed in my first visit, & felt overall like I wasn't genuinely cared for (in the main). Meek Chiropractic came well-recommended by a few friends of mine, but my first visit was regrettably disappointing, as I've shared. I don't believe I'll be going back. Last but not least, after the visit, I emailed them twice explaining my situation and didn't hear back from them until later, when I wrote and asked if they'd received my communications. They responded that they had, but provided no further explanation. They didn't even address my concern/frustration. =( So it bums me to say this, but I give them a poor rating here on Google because I went into the appointment with a positive outlook (per aforesaid friend recommendations), but did not experience genuine care, or even good communication afterward. It was like they were glad to get rid of me ...which is frustrating because I still have back pain & feel inclined to look elsewhere for help ...out of principle. =( Bummer!

Fantastic experience: I have degenerative disc disease and some other damage to my cervical spine. Since coming t Meek Integrative Health (about 5 or 6 appointments), I have found myself much better able to walk and without near as much pain as I had when I first came for therapy. I love their services they have available. I have needed pain medication a lot less too.

Fantastic experience: Dr Meek fixed me! Several years ago my daily activities of life were severely impacted due to back pain and sciatica. I now have next to no issues. ALL of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and they make you feel so comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

Negative experience: Horrible service, was on the way running just a few minutes late due to construction traffic was under minutes late as a result but had called on the way to let them know. They refuse to see us & our previous appointment they cancelled at the last minute and we are yet to be seen. My friend was the one being seen, I was the driver. I myself have many back issues and Will never go to Meeks myself as a patient after the way she was treated or rather not treated. That 3 minutes when we called and advised them we were on the way is unbelievable. She would have been sitting waiting anyway. They are disrespectful and the office staff were rude.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this facility! The front desk staff have been nothing but helpful. Dr. Steinlee is working MAGIC on my back. The team during therapy has been more than accommodating for me when I couldn’t lay down on certain machines. Highly recommend! I also did not know about the chiropractor benefit through my insurance until I called. Thanks for treating me so well!

Negative experience: Coming to Dr. Dani while pregnant has literally been the most amazing choice. I came with insane low back and hip pain. She not only gives me plenty of time and attention but goes out of her way every single visit to help as much as she can in every way. I can't recommend Meeks as a whole enough. Edit* dropped to 2 stars since they have such a high rotation of doctors which would indicate an upper mgmt problem and this year they changed their policies so that with my insurance I would have had to go multiple times a week rather than one full visit because they “don’t make enough from my visit when insurance covers that much in one visit”. Definitely more money focused than the genuine care they used to be.

Negative experience: Left me in more pain than when I first went in. Started getting random shooing pains when I would move my legs. Ever since I stopped, it’s been better.

Negative experience: I have seen Dr Meek numerous times. He is a great Dr. and has helped me with my back and neck. Unfortunately, they no longer accept Medicaid or Medicare Advantage plans. There are other Drs that do.

I accidentally had the wrong day and I had three kids in tow… One which I had to get out of school for his appointment and they were able to lift and shift! In general over the last year, scheduling has been a very positive easy process! No issues with insurance either which is a make or break for us.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amber is my hero! I've been going to Meek now for several months for chiropractic care and my experience has been wonderful. Very organized and efficient operation. My wait is usually minimal... (5 minutes or less). Very pleasant staff and really easy scheduling. I feel like Dr Amber takes my back problem seriously.. she always listens and develops a plan of action based on my current complaint. My first visit, I had to be taken to the room in a wheelchair and I left my first visit being able to walk again after a thorough exam and then treatment.

Negative experience: I have a chronic condition and hadn't been in a year and a half. Would not give me an appointment without charging me $200 for x-rays and an "exam". My condition will never change. I can't afford to pay $200 for an exam I don't need. You lost a loyal customer. Seems like they care more about money than helping people. But I guess that's your "policy".

Dr. Littman is always willing to discuss overall health and wellness and I never get the feeling that it is the sort of place that is just there to keep me coming back for the rest of my life. Then Dr. Meek called me from his cell phone that night, after hours, to discuss my daughter's issues! And if I remember correctly it was even a Friday night! Let's just say we think Dr. Meek, and his staff, are pretty AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing. It’s a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are very nice. When I first started coming I definitely was all out of wack and had a lot of muscle tension. I’ve been getting adjusted for almost two months now and haven’t felt this great in a long time. My knee pain, headaches, and neck pain have been improving with every adjustment and therapy session. And, the staff are very through on their exams and take your concerns and pains very seriously.
