Negative experience: My daughter was seen at this facility due to a car accident. The provider was wonderful — we had no issues or complaints about him at all. However, when my daughter later called in to gather information regarding her visit, she was spoken to very rudely and unprofessionally by a woman named Tammy. The way she handled the situation was completely inappropriate and did not reflect the level of care we expected. Staff answering your phone lines are a direct representation of your business, so it’s important to be careful about who is hired for these positions. Tammy would benefit from retraining on how to communicate and handle situations like this in a respectful and professional manner. Have a blessed day!

Negative experience: Please take a moment to read this. I’m sharing my experience in hopes of helping someone else avoid what I’m going through. I went to this chiropractor over a month ago, hoping for relief and clarity. I specifically asked for help with my left ankle, but he ended up adjusting both my left and right ankle instead. The adjustment was done incorrectly, and ever since that day, I’ve been dealing with constant, painful discomfort that has not improved. This has been really discouraging, because I went in trusting that I would be taken care of. Instead, I walked out with a new injury that has affected my everyday life for weeks. I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. I’m not writing this out of anger. I’m writing it to gently warn anyone who may be looking for care here. I truly hope you find a chiropractor who listens, cares, and helps you heal. But based on my experience, I would strongly recommend choosing somewhere else so you don’t end up in the same painful situation. Your health matters, and you deserve better.

I was able to get an adjustment the same day that gave those satisfying cracks and pops, and scheduled for an additional adjustment within two days.

I have brain disease, spine damage neck to hips, part of my jaw is wore away and other issues since 2016, I found some success maintaining the pain and slowing it down from progressing with general chiropractic care the last few years. I’ve been seeing Dr. Isaac for almost a year and I went from mostly solely sitting in a recliner to being active most days. I had full rotation in most of my joints and I lost all of it after the accident but over the last year I’ve gained back at least 25% flexibility. Dr Isaac is such a compassionate person who truly hears his patients, most doctors only hear what they agree with but Dr Isaac treats you as an equal and listens carefully to what you feel you need in your medical journey. Above all else, he’s just a genuinely caring person. I had brain surgery last year that cut most of my cranial surface nerves and there’s massive damage where the titanium plate was placed, Dr Isaac took the time to gently find a safe placement to manipulate my neck. This past year my surgeon and my husband were the only other people I let touch near the surgery area!! Highly recommend consulting with this medical team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WOW! My first time ever at the chiropractor was recently even though people told me for the past 10 years I needed to go. I went in with a pain scale of 10/10… for 2 weeks prior, I was groaning every time I moved. I spent days in bed & couldn’t get up without wanting to cry. I wore 2 different back braces, tried heat patches & massages. There was temporary relief, but I knew I needed more help & I couldn’t do it anymore. My first visit I thought I would get “cracked like a glow stick” … that was my impression as to what a chiropractor did. I was wrong!! The technology is amazing! I was shown exactly where all the inflammation was. Everything I was told matched up perfectly with the way I had been feeling for YEARS. I was able to start treatment the next day. Come to find out, my spine and neck were CROOKED. It was recommended that I’d come 3x/weekly for 4-6 weeks. After that first adjustment, I said SIGN ME UP! I groaned on my way down to the table and the doctor explained everything he was about to do. The tool, the Activator— is MAGIC. It didn’t feel like anything was going to happen honestly, but as I got up…I wasn’t in (as much) pain for the first time in weeks. I didn’t groan and I didn’t want to cry in pain. I instantly fell in love. On top of the staff providing very easy to understand information, they are extremely friendly and welcoming. I’m going on week 3 of treatment and it feels like I’m amongst friends every time I walk in. Makes sense, going so many times a week! SO worth it! I went home with a booklet full of information. One side of my neck has been STIFF as long as I can remember, and I felt some relief in it finally!!! Recently I’ve also been having a Carpal Tunnel flare up. Absolutely blew my MIND that the Chiropractor could help this too!! My wrist & finger feel better already after only 2 adjustments. They make me feel welcome every time, even when i have my toddler with me throwing a fit sometimes during my appointments. If you are pregnant and looking for chiropractic services, this place is it. I have been going during my 3rd trimester (I have never tried it before while pregnant), and it has been great for my lower back pains. Dr. Smith has been amazing and i have heard great things about the other doctors as well.

Fantastic experience: It feels so great to feel better! A gentleman saw me suffering on my walk one day and stopped me to ask if I was ok and recommended FFC. After an injury over 4 years ago that left me with crucial back and neck pain everyday, now the pain has lessened tremendously. I was taking pain meds for years, using heating pads, needing assistance getting out of bed and getting undressed. I could not open my bottom dresser drawers. It was difficult to walk most times, wash dishes every time, to even sit, stand, and sleep short periods of time. Now, I may have taken pain meds twice since seeing Dr. Dave in one month. The stiffness and swelling is very minimal even in my feet. I can get out of bed by myself and stand and walk without even thinking about it now. I can open my bottom drawers as part of my exercise and proof that I’m better. I just take it slow. Dr. Dave showed me exercises and also told me which ones to stop doing. It feels so good because I truly wondered if I would ever get better. Dr. Dave proved it. He examined me and explained in detail my assessment and his plan for my improvement. And it’s working! He was God sent! I look forward to my visits because his plan is bringing success to restore my quality of health. I’m loving my life again because I have the ability to move 90% better now. Fantastic experience: For my initial visit to Fayetteville Family Chiropractic, I arrived early to find the parking lot not even half full. As I waited, more cars arrived just as others were leaving. It was obvious that people who were there for their appointments got in and out quite quickly. After my first appointment, I realized this was true. I have always experienced very short wait times, as well as very friendly professional, well informed, well staffed front office personnel. The waiting area offers a relaxed atmosphere with helpful chiropractic information sometimes being shown on the TV. There are also small white boards with thoughtful or encouraging quotes on each of the doors of the doctor’s. I also receive periodic thank you cards in the mail from my awesome doctor, who helped get me properly adjusted and set up the perfect plan, specifically to what my needs are. Something else I appreciate, is the display of patriotism. From the flag poles outside, to the military decor inside, there is a feeling of pride for the USA and for those who serve and have served. Fayetteville Family Chiropractic, also has an event area in their office that allows their patients to participate in seasonal or upcoming events, such as voting for the best decorated pumpkin at Halloween time, canned food drive, and currently there is a display to enter the Cape Fear Soap Box Derby. It’s good to see a business that is involved in the community where I live. To me, Fayetteville Family Chiropractic, is the best Fayetteville has to offer when it comes to chiropractic services.

Fantastic experience: I've been to other chiropractors but wanted to try someplace different. I was pleased with how they welcomed when I arrived and went over the paperwork that needed to be filled out. It was a easy process. After that I was taken to a room and they took my vitals and then had me watch a short video discussing how chiropractic care is beneficial. Next a dr came in and did a quick diagnosis and asked questions about my issues. Then another dr came in and used some tools to measure problem areas and the muscles in my upper down to my lower back that revealed the areas of most concern. After those results were over I finally went back and had my neck;shoulders;mid and lower back adjustments made. It was a very thorough process and I was pleased with how the whole process went. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that asked.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate how quickly I was able to be seen. The care I received was the best. I have severe back/leg pain which makes it difficult for me to stand upright.
