I came in with chronic lower back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, etc. that had been bothering me for years. I’d tried everything stretching, massage, pain meds nothing gave me more than temporary relief. After just a few visits with Dr. Lynch, I started noticing a real change. Fantastic experience: Been treating my back pain for a few months now and it has helped tremendously. All staff is very nice and professional.

Negative experience: They do whatever they can to pad their billing like ordering unnecessary low quality x-rays that result in unnecessary radiation exposure. Also recommend “treatment plans” that involve coming in 3 times/week when there have been studies that show that coming more frequently does not help pain (and are only recommending so to charge you as much as possible). If you wait over a year to see them, they charge you like you’re a new patient (over $100) and simultaneously do nothing to actually help your pain other than recommend getting a massage (actually happened) since they know you’re not going to come regularly. Or at least this was my experience.

Fantastic experience: There aren’t many doctor appointment’s that I enjoy going to, but getting my weekly adjustment with Dr. Ryan is one of the few exceptions! I’ve always struggled with back issues/back pain, but ever since I started coming here, I’ve practically been pain free in my back. I also struggle with headaches and migraines, which I have also noticed a significant decrease in. The office staff are all very friendly, and the wait time is always next to none. Negative experience: They lied and told me my insurance covered my visits as long as I paid the copay. 6 months later they took a few hundred out of my bank and told me that my insurance never covered. Let me mind you, this was never an issue while I was going there, it only became a problem 6 months after I stopped going. They can be crooked.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Lynch Chiropractic for years for back and neck pain. The entire group over the years has been great. Very easy to get into when needed. Stopped for a few years due to Covid, but then had a back issue and had an appointment in a couple of days which worked out great. Back doing so so much better again.

Dr. Ryan listened and made me feel like a person instead of a name on a list of people to be dealt with before an afternoon of golf. My back and neck had been hurting for years, and a work injury had caused my hip to feel like it was being pulled out of socket while sitting or lying down. After a few weeks with Dr. Ryan, I was able to sleep on my back again for the first time in nearly 20 years. My pain was gone, my sleep improved, and my weekly headaches went away. Fantastic experience: We took our 6 week old to see Dr Lynch because she was having a lot of trouble turning to the left as well as having a lot of gas/acid reflux/colic. After two weeks of several sessions she is fully able to turn to the left with no problems. Dr. Lynch took plenty of time discussing the spinal and nerve anatomy, and also some disorders and symptoms that may be attributed to specific areas of the spine. He then prepared a detailed treatment plan and encouraged my questions and thoughts. Best off all, not only is my back pain completely gone I have also had relief from my seasonal allergies, am sleeping better and have much more energy and overall strength. I had no idea I would experience so many additional benefits...it's not a stretch to say that I feel 10 years younger! I couldn't recommend Dr. Lynch and his friendly, professional team more highly!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Lynch for over 30 years. He's the best chiropractor in Lexington. I went to another one once. Not the same at all. I recommend Dr Lynch to everyone I run across having back pain, neck pain, headaches etc... I first went to see Dr Lynch when I was about 20 y.o. I was having sciatic pain. I was working at Rafferty's as a waitress. The floors were very slippery in the kitchen and the waitress areas. Waitress's would fall and managers would think it was funny. Shame on them. Anyway, I was straining the muscles in my legs to try not and fall. And this was causing the pain. I would cry at night the pain was so bad. I went to Dr Lynch because my mom went to him too. He helped me back then and he's still helping me get a healthier spine today. I had a MVA Jan 8th. I didn't think I was hurt. But 2 weeks later my neck, back and hips hurt. I hadn't seen Dr Lynch in almost 7 years. Life got in the way. I made an appointment and he gave me a full exam and we're starting all over. I feel better. My hips feel better. My back isn't having spasms anymore. My lower back feels less unstable. And my neck is doing fine now. After my adjustments and treatments I feel calmer and relaxed. He even works in coordination with my foot doctor giving me suggestions to modify the exercises she gives me to do to get rid of the plantar fachiatis. He shows me a way to do the exercises without them hurting my back and sciatica. His staff is excellent. My treatments only take about 45-50 minutes. His office is very well coordinated. Everyone is kind and listens to my needs. His treatments are holistic. His office plays nature sounds for relaxation. It's like a spa feeling. I can't tell you how good Dr Lynch has been to me. When my little boy was two years old he was in an accident which resulted in a head injury, he was cleared by doctors and his pediatrician however was still irritable, crying excessively and having trouble sleeping, he was asking for Tylenol and ibuprofen all the time. We tried many remedies to comfort him, relax him, massage his tight little muscles with no relief and as a PTA I knew that the rest of his spine was affected by the injury so I sought out to find the best pediatric chiropractor, and I did.
