I called on a Saturday asking for a first patient spot and there wasn't an opening but she asked to take my number and call me back if someone wasn't gonna mg to make it. Fantastic experience: Welcoming, lovely atmosphere, clean environment! Mr. Gallentine is very good at explaining details regarding your ex-rays and the ways to fix it! He does his own ex-rays and is able to go over them himself with no outside opinion. Then can adjust you right afterwards! BONUS!! They also have massage chairs after or before you get adjusted and they feel amazing!!

Negative experience: I've been experiencing pain for quite some time and thought I might give seeing a chiropractor a try. I went in open-minded and tried to remain that way. Unfortunately, I felt deeply uncomfortable very quickly. The chiropractor I saw made it no secret that he was strongly anti-vax and anti-mask and questioned my beliefs for being pro-vax and pro-mask. I did not feel safe, comfortable, or respected during my visit and spent the whole time waiting until I could leave. I promptly canceled any follow-up appointments and will not be returning or recommending services.

Fantastic experience: I work in manufacturing and on my feet 10-12hrs a day so my lower back issues was a real issue by the time I finally sought Chiropractic care. The care that I receive here is very nurturing. My biggest piece of advice to any patient is to stick to your care plan! It took me a few weeks until I turned that painful corner, but when I did it was worth having those pain free days again. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Lexington Family Chiropractic! I previously went to another well known highly rated chiropractic office (TCC) where I was treated like a number and never treated like a person. However, Lexington Family Chiropractic treat me like a member of the family. I first came to them on 02/16/2024 in excruciating lower back pain (10/10 pain) and could barely walk. During my first visit, Dr. Galentine did x-rays of my back and discovered I was born with an extra vertebrae in my lumbar region (L6) which had previously been undiagnosed by the other chiropractor mentioned above. Dr. Galentine took his time to throughly explain the results and his treatment plan and even allowed me to take photos of my x-rays to get a 2nd opinion from my PCP. It has now been a week since that first visit and I’ve seen them 5 times. My lower back pain has improved greatly! I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Galentine and his team. The office is so warm and inviting. His office staff (2 receptionists and wife Kristy) are the sweetest office staff I have ever met in a doctor’s office. They are always so warm and welcoming. They always have free fresh baked cookies and a coffee/tea and water bar. Best of all is with every visit, I get not only an adjustment, exercise on their machines (very similar to physical therapy), plus electrostimulation machines AND best of all - the zero gravity chair. It is my favorite part! It both massages your whole body but also helps with chiropractic relief as well. I highly recommend this practice! One of the best decisions I’ve ever made hands down!

Fantastic experience: First of all who doesn’t love fresh cookies?!?!? Imagine this you walk-in, greeted by smiles and a warm hello. You fill out the easy paperwork in minutes. In the clinical room the doctor actually explains how your body works, what helps and what doesn’t. Your ex-rays take 10 minutes no joke. You get a plan figured out and go for the day. Easy and fast appointments every time always a great experience.

Fantastic experience: When I say this place is good, I mean they literally gave me my life back. I was bedridden. Couldn't walk, couldn't sit, I literally had to lay in the back seat of my dad's car just to get to my appointments. From the first time I called for an appointment, they have truly been amazing. They are so friendly, they really make you feel like family. I'm not completely healed yet, but I can walk, sit, stand and stretch. The wait times are never that long. I honestly went from being scared of a chiropractor to telling everyone that they saved my life and my back. They took the time to explain my treatment plan and answered all of my questions. I went back to work last week, which I thought I'd never get to do again. If you are on the fence about chiropractic care or just scared like I was, just give them a call. They will make you a part of the their family too.

Fantastic experience: I was in an extreme amount of pain and had very limited range of motion. Both doctors have done wonders with me. Only after two visits, I have full range of motion back in. The pain has subsided some. The therapies that they utilize to help are so comforting and relaxing. By far, the best care I have received!

Fantastic experience: Great staff and providers! Very upbeat and helpful. Scheduling was super easy, wait time was low once I arrived for my appt, and I was actually a tad late. This was my first visit since 2017, I LOVE the new therapeutic massage chairs and the stretching benches.

Dr. Shan was very thorough in caring for my elderly father and I couldn’t ask for anything else. He was amazed with the massage chair and almost fell asleep but I was amazed with his posture with one visit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Gallentine at Lexington Family Chiropractic after hearing some friends rave about how wonderful Dr Gallentine and his staff were. It's an amazing place with caring people. The office staff know your name when you walk through the door, if it's your second visit or if it's been months since they've seen you. They always ask how you're doing and actually want to know. And there's always food and drink on hand. It feels more like a mini-spa than going to the doctor. :) When I started my treatment it was initially for an old injury to my lower back, but Dr Gallentine has helped with so much more than just that. The lower back injury can sometime cause my hips to be out of line and it would often make my knees and hips hurt by the end of the day if I was on my feet a lot. After the preliminary adjustments I noticed less pain in my knees and hips after being on my feet all day. And with routine maintenance I've gone from having my entire back spasm up 2-3 times a year, to now over 3 years free from having that happen. I've also gone from 2-3 migraines per month to 3-4 migraines per year.

It is professional yet chill. They used to helps me rebuild mobility after injury. That was until I started maintenance appointments instead of treating it like a spare tire. Despite my long hours spent at my desk or standing at events - they keep me cracken (that was for Dr. Shaun lol - dad jokes for days).
