Fantastic experience: Remarkable, to say the least. For my initial visit here, I was suffering from terrible back and shoulder pain that radiated down my arm continuously night and day. I suffered from headaches in the forehead area, anxiety, temper shortness and blurred vision; all from a vehicle accident. No more. The staff here, doctors and office staff, are very welcoming, polite, caring. Always concern and personable. They just don't treat your issues but treat your mental well being with the utmost care. Well equipped office with continuous educational information to support your well being. State of the art and highly recommended for your healing and overall health.

Fantastic experience: Since attending Bright Life Chiropractic i have been treated but nothing of understanding. The staff here is amazing. Assessments, Adjustments were done to see how far along my pain have subsided. I have a terrible accident on I-95 where I was rear ended. It did substantial injuries to my neck, shoulder hip, and lower back. Dr. Cole, and Dr.Bradley and other staff members took care of me as if I were family. My ending results since attending are about 75 to 80 percent better than when I had started. I would recommend anyone with serious pain to go see them. They are the best. Kudos to All !!!! Fantastic experience: Back in October I had an accident that caused some bad mid back and low back pain but after coming here and having weekly adjustments done my back pain is totally gone! The people in that office are very helpful and super sweet !

Fantastic experience: I was on a road trip from Boston to Orlando when I tweaked my hip. By the time we got to Savannah, I couldn't walk without limping. Luckily, I found Bright Life and they fitted me in same day. I had a few adjustments and returned the next morning for a few additional adjustments. By the time I got to Orlando, I was painfree and walking as normal (and able to enjoy Disney). I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: As a cancer survivor the after effects of chemo can be devastating and mine left me with permanent peripheral neuropathy. Through treatment created especially to fit me, I have been able to regain some of the feeling in my hands and feet, enough to be able to go back to work. We are still working towards an even higher goal now in hopes to help my hands and feet to get even better feeling in them. After the second treatment most all of the pain I was having went away and has not come back. It’s amazing. Fantastic experience: I came to Bright Life Chiropractic using a cane, following steroid injections in my back that really wasn’t working for me. Doctor Scott and the other Doctors were able to provide me with real pain relief without any medication or frightening procedures. I had avoided seeing a chiropractor for decades, despite the constant pain in my three compacted vertebra. Medical treatments of steroid injections worked for a short time, but it was becoming unsustainable. Dr. Scott on my first visit and after my first ever adjustments, gave me my life back. No more canes! I was so impressed and relieved, that I continued getting weekly adjustments until I was able to get on and ride the bicycle that I had bought months before for my birthday, and was just gathering dust next to my front door. Without their expertise, I would not have been able to drag myself out of the black hole of depression that the constant pain and mental distress that pain had me wallowing in for so long. I was unable to work (even my work from home job) or recreate for any more than an hour or two, before Dr. Scott, his colleagues and their kind and patient staff came to the rescue. If you’re skeptical because other chiropractors disappointed you, or (like me) you have never trusted chiropractors before, Bright Life Chiropractic is the one to change your mind and being you joy! Fantastic experience: It’s been a year of health improvements for me on several levels. My back and hip were primarily the problem. I had to get back to “moving” without pain! Refocusing my efforts to improve my physical health with the help of Bright Life, have made a huge improvement! I can keep up with my grandkids now! I will continue maintenance to stay on top of it!

Negative experience: The brightlife staff was very unprofessional overall and it was a terrible experience. I was told that I had great insurance and that they wanted to do a full x ray. I did it and then they started working on a treatment plan. My plan covers 16 visits to the chiropractor and they created a plan that exceeded my visits from insurance and that they wanted me to pay $2550 before I even went to see the chiropractor. I told them that I would prefer to pay per visit as I can and then I spoke to one of the chiropractors and they stated that it wouldn't be a problem. They offered me an adjustment for that 2nd visit and we made an appointment for the next week. I went back to this next visit and again, I was pressured into paying for all these visits up front. I told them that I had no problem paying for the services that they provide at the time of service. It appears that all this company wanted to do was to charge my insurance from crazy expensive x rays and try to get to pay thousands of dollars up front before I even saw the chiropractor. I've never had any type of experience like this with any other Chiropractor. They also do not offer the normal adjustments where you actually get a manual adjustment. During my first visit they used a little tool for 3 minutes and said you are good to go. No adjustment. It was a terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: Full disclosure: I never liked the idea of a person “cracking” my bones and did not ever see myself seeing a chiropractor. From making the initial appointment to every encounter with the entire staff has been wonderful. I was starting to workout and start my health journey and noticed that it was painful when I walked for longer than 10 minutes. I saw an ad for an initial visit exam for only $39 and thought, just going to one exam couldn’t hurt. The initial exam appointment was eye opening. They give a personal tour of their entire facility including the history of the practice and chiropractic care. They go over all the reasons you are there, your goals, and then do a full ROM and body scan. They also do X-rays in office and once those are done they go over all the findings and care plan with you. Pricing is very reasonable and if you have insurance even better! After just a few adjustments I began to notice a significant difference. The feeling of having my body in alignment really showed me how bad it was before. After two months, my body started to crave being in alignment. Dr. Scott took great care of me through it all! It has increased my range of motion, has given me the ability to workout more efficiently and consistently, and while sitting at a desk most of the day at work, I’ve been able to workout on my tech neck. Deciding to make that first appointment was possibly the best decision I ever made in my adult life. I could have never been able to stick with working out to get healthier to be more involved with my family and friends. To not be in a constant dull achy state is incredibly life changing. I recommend Brightlife to everyone I come across. My whole family are now clients, even my 6 year old. I could go on forever, give them a try!

Negative experience: After fill about 12 sheets papework I was there about 1.5 hours and nobody said anything about my appoinment i just left

Fantastic experience: I began this healing journey nearly 6 months ago. For a long time, I ignored and dealt with the pain in my body. This manifested in jaw tightness, frequent headaches, and less movement - from doing my hair more simply due to shoulder pain to exercising less due to hip tightness. I've never experienced this type of chiropractic care. However, I've been seeing chiropractors since childhood due to several injuries and accidents. I've been impressed with Bright Life Chiropractic since the beginning of my treatment. The office is beautiful, and the staff is always friendly. Still, I've been mostly impressed with the passion and care provided by the doctors. Dr. Bradlie is the type of person who lights up a room when she enters it. She treats people like her family—she is genuine, loving, and so kind. Besides that, she is brilliant. She greatly understands what she does, and I've enjoyed learning from her through her care. When I think of Dr. Scott, I think of his smile and easy-going nature. He's friendly and fun, but he's also profoundly intuitive. His natural ability to heal is awe-inspiring—he often identified areas of pain before I was even aware of them. I'm endlessly grateful for my experience at Bright Life Chiropractic. I recommend this practice to everyone.

Negative experience: The doctors here are very good at what they do. However. This facility overbooks and on several occasions I have had to leave because at the appointment time we agreed upon was overlooked and one ends up sitting there for an hour sometimes. Been there and seen people walk in and be seen right away and when I ask why it was because they had a special appointment. What a bunch of B.S. When you have a business to run and your time equates to $400.00 per hour. There is no time for delay. IMHO a patient should not have to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. If not seen within fifteen minutes of my appointed time then I just leave. Good doctors but need to work on seeming customers in a timely fashion. Good doctors.

Fantastic experience: After yrs of construction work and extreme sports my body was a wreck.i have tried other chiropractic places with no lasting relief. Bright life has turned things around for me and I'm practically in better condition now than I've been in 20 yrs I highly recommend Bright life ,thay take their time to identify your issues and address them with a care plan that ABSOLUTELY WORKS.

Fantastic experience: WARNING: If You Don't want Phenomenal Personal Health Care and an extensive evaluation and treatment regarding your pain, then don't go here. There are Plenty of places to go where you will not receive top notch medical care. Dr. Miller is OUTSTANDING. He provides State of the Art Medical care and up to Date Current Medical Knowledge. Every member on the team, from the minute you enter thru the doors, The combined team goes and Are Above and Beyond to insure your Personal Medical Care. Needless to say: The relief, The realignment, The Mobility! If your not looking for the aforementioned, there are plenty of places to go, that won't even know your name, and don't care, but will be glad to tell you where to slide or tap your credit or debit card. Fantastic experience: I love this place! I’m so glad Shania (the most fabulous assistant) convinced me to come. They are into total body wellness from a less invasive approach. They really take time and listen to you. The nerve scan was unbelievable. Both of the chiropractors I met were incredible. I will definitely be back!

Negative experience: This was , by far, the worst experience I've had at a Dr. office. Made an appt. on a Friday. $135 to tell me what I already knew, and then...the Dr can't see you today, have a nice weekend. Monday...kept me waiting in the parking lot. Then at appt. time, they had at least 3 patients booked for the same time with 1 chiropractor. Kept me waiting again. Finally saw Dr. , sent me on my way with no relief for the pain I was having. $60 goodbye.The Dr. called the next day to follow up as he knew I wasn't happy when I left. I returned the call...Dr. can't talk, would you like to schedule another appt? Really?! 20 years of chiropractic care and I've never seen anything like this.

Fantastic experience: I was in pain continually for 6 months and I went to the doctor and they gave me meds and I didn't make me feel any better. Then I went to Bright Life Chiropractic and they found my problem with my shoulders and neck pain. After 2 visits the pain left without any meds.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Dr Ben and the whole staff are great! Professional and courteous. Made an improvement on my back issues, even improved my shoulder strain pain I was having. The technique used is far more comfortable than the manual adjustments I've tried at other chiropractic offices.

Negative experience: Far too much “fluff.” Takes forever the first two visits just to see the chiro. They Make you watch a video in the office with headphones about chiropractic care that’s like 20-25 minutes long. Just way too much extra stuff before you can get adjusted. They do not manual adjust…. I am 33 weeks pregnant with twins and I have ended up hurting worse after their adjustments.

Negative experience: Proceed with caution!! I’m in the medical field, and was referred to BLC by a fellow medical associate. I went to them for sciatica due to a bulging disc. Multiple red flags for me, one major being no transparency with the financial portion. I asked on day 1 for copies of anything relating to payment and how that breaks down… I was given 1 form. When I had to stop treatment, they magically produced a new form I had never seen, used to tier my price WAY up. The red flags with treatment are that no account was taken when I told them week over week my pain and symptoms were worsening… to the point I couldn’t drive there for my appts without stopping and getting out due to increased pain. They added little variations to my treatment, but the overall message was “it’s part of it, you got to stay the course.” I went for 5 weeks, and in that time got significantly worse, which ultimately ended in surgery. I can’t say for sure this was the only cause, but I do know FOR ME, this did not help my sciatic pain at all, it worsened. And when I was trying to stop due to pain, they tried hard to keep me coming, and when I wouldn’t, charged an outrageous amount using the never before seen tiered financial sheet. For me it seemed more of a mass producing money maker (year long recommendations for treatment) than an individualized, person to person, care plan. Every form of treatment isn’t for everyone, and for me, this chiropractic care wasn’t helpful.

Now at 5 months old, my son has been seeing him since he was only 1 week old! There is truly no better way to begin holistically healing your body than Chiropractic care; and there is truly no better Chiropractor in Savannah (in my experience) better than Dr. Ben!

Fantastic experience: My appointment went really well. I was there for an hour and a half doing several different kinds of assessments and getting thorough x-rays. Unfortunately, but fortunately, they will not adjust someone until they have looked at all of the assessment data and the x-rays, so I go back in two days for them to discuss everything they saw and how to move forward and get my first adjustment then. They were extremely thorough. It amazed me that I have not only worked for a chiropractor previously and saw everything that ‘they’ did, and I’ve been a patient at two other chiropractic offices since, yet no one has ever done anything like that before telling me to get up on the table and give me an adjustment. I’m really happy with what all I saw today and have a lot of hope that they are going to be able to help me!

Negative experience: I went to this place based off an ad figuring they were looking for new clients. I was expecting a full work up and how to best treat my ailments. Instead I was told I have to pay for X-rays when the way the ad was written everything was included. I walked out with no adjustment and was told to come back basically for them to get me to pay for another visit. I was told during this visit we would just go over my care but again no adjustment. I don’t anything else about this place but definitely seems like a scam for money. Update I was told that on Monday I would get a phone call and talked to about my appointment. Here it is Tuesday and still no phone call. This place is a scam just to take money.

Negative experience: Swindlers. Will not tell you they stopped taking your insurance... and then mail you a bill after you've been informed the remainder of visits are covered under a credit I have on my account. Very odd business practices I don't find to be reputable. I do not recommend. They care more about highering someone to do chalk art and decorating the office for every holiday than highering people that know how to handle medical billing and insurance filling. Just go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: First i had to call to ask for help in finding the office. I just recently have made Savannah my home. The young lady that answered was kind, empathetic and gave me directions I could easily understand. As I entered the office I was greeted with smiles and kindness in their voices. The personnel at the front desk were all very helpful. Wait time was very reasonable for a new patient as I am. The office had a very professional and efficient atmosphere. I was given a tour of the office by a very knowledgeable young lady. You could hear the passion she has for chiropractic care and explained things in a way that made one feel welcome and excited about being there. A woman doctor new to the office took my x-rays and documented answers to her questions to help them better serve me. She was very kind and efficient in our exchange of information. Dr Jarred Brown completed my first adjustment and further explained their mission and the individual care I expect to receive. All along the way assuring my comfort and gave me detailed explanation of the procedures. I was impressed with the enhanced knowledge of all the team members. And the kindness, compassion and understanding of everyone that will be a part in my needed Chiropractic care. Fantastic experience: Took my son today for his first appointment. I was pleased. The wait time was kinda lengthy but they were very busy. My wait time was acknowledged and apologized for. The tour of the facility was nice and everything was explained clearly. I loved that the restroom was equipped with a changing table and diapers. I thought that was thoughtful for moms with babies. Dr. Ben was nice and gentle with my son. The only flaw I would say is, the intercom that calls you to the room isn’t very loud. I could barely hear it.

Fantastic experience: I must say this is such a cool way to do chiropractor care. They use this little tool to do a more accurate adjustment. And I have to say I was hesitant at first but I have noticed a tremendous difference in my back and neck. I was recommended surgery with two herniated disc and two bulging disc but after just coming here after a short few weeks I’m not so sure I will get the surgery . I never believed chiropractic care actually worked , I felt in the past it made it worse. And I had a negative perception about the whole thing in general. It definitely has changed my way outlook and I am very satisfied with the outcome . I definitely recommend coming to this practice , the staff are always so nice and welcoming ! I always compliment this practice to all my friends , coworkers, and my husband! My husband knows if I’m complimenting a place it must mean it works . I’m very hard to please lol. I recommended my husband on coming and with his line of work of being a dentist it’s very tedious and always hunching over. This will help him tremendously. And I can’t wait for my husband to see the outcome !! They are very communicative with me and always welcome me with a big smile. You can tell they all love what they do. And that makes a big difference. They are very lucky to have such a wonderful staff and wonderful doctor. Thank you all for making such a big impact in my life.

Fantastic experience: This is the first Chiropractic office I’ve been to and the staff is very friendly. I was surprised that they even seen me because I’m paraplegic. They set up a affordable payment plan and membership for you. The Dr. called me the next day personally to ask if I liked it(Never have I seen/heard this done.) and I was shocked. I Highly recommend this place because your guaranteed to Love it!!!

Fantastic experience: I started feeling better within my first week of treatment. It is a year later and doing better now than with any other chiropractor I have tried (and there has been many over several different sates). I recommend them to anyone that has back or movement issues.

Positive experience: This isn’t your typical snap, crackle and pop chiropractor. Their methods are much different. I’m suffering from an auto accident injury and though I’ve only had one visit so far, I’ll give them a chance and we’ll see how it well this works out for me. The staff was really polite and professional. They’ll put you through a series of tests before treatment begins and notate where exactly you’re hurting before you’re seen.. So far, the only downside I can see is the crazy long packet of paperwork they have you fill out at the beginning. To me, the series of tests was redundant after the long packet of paperwork. Be sure to arrive 30-45 minutes early on your first visit for this reason. Will update again as treatment goes on. All in all, it was a great first visit. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. 4 stars only because I’m such a critic. If they make me a believer or not, I’ll readjust..

Dr. Ben really makes an effort to connect with his patients and takes time to explain the process and answer any questions I have. I’ve been going here for two years! Negative experience: Was really excited to try this office after all the great reviews. I moved to the area in August of 2021 and had formerly been going to a chiropractor regularly, so I was open to paying for a plan. I knew they didn’t focus on manual adjustments but I didn’t realize exactly what I was getting myself into. The appointments themselves are generally 2 minutes long, after quite the wait. After going for months I realized that while they are great at the marketing and business side of chiropractic, there wasn’t an emphasis on patient needs. My shoulder and neck pain didn’t seem to change much at all, so I decided to move forward with a refund- maybe manual adjustments were better for me, I thought. This is where I became frustrated. Now that I was asking to be refunded, the doctor was suddenly attentive. Mind you this was the most in depth conversation we had in 4 months. He asked and pushed for one more month and that he could add in more manual adjustments… yet for 4 months I was saying I felt the same. Really felt disheartening that the only time an alternative approach was brought up was because I wanted to move forward elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Love this office!! Not the traditional crack & pop chiropractor. He uses treatment that aim for long term goals. Physician & staff are friendly, outgoing, & go above and beyond to make sure the clients/patients are happy & taken care of!! Hands down, this is a top notch office & I recommend everyone go to it!!

Fantastic experience: Best ever… very gentle for those who need a less hands on approach. I was always in pain and adjustments hurt at other chiropractors. BUT not with Brightlife they helped so much and never hurt me. They can help you!

Fantastic experience: I came across Bright Life Chiropractic when attending/working at a women’s convention. I’m glad I stopped at their booth. It’s been almost 2years since I started getting my adjustments and I have no complaints. That staff is very friendly and helpful. everyone is very open to offer their assistance all while maintaining the necessary protocols for safety. The chiropractors are extremely knowledgeable and intentional w making the adjustments, so that you reach your desired goal for healing. A lot of love for this place.

Fantastic experience: The Staff at Bright Life Chiropractic is fantastic. They have excellent customer service skills and are always so helpful. I have had to reschedule appointments before and they always work with me to fit me in. I use to get bad migraines and had lower back problems. It has only been a few months and I already am doing much better no migraines and haven't had lower back problems recently. They are patient and answer any questions I may have. You don't ever have to wait long either. Amazing service thank you!

Negative experience: Me and my wife paid in advance and it was my worst mistake, because they only asked her to lie down to give the same massages for months when my wife asked her to change her routine they asked for an X-ray and they continued with the same massages we prefer to cancel and ask the refund for which they did not refund us as they should, they avoided giving us feedback. The only thing I say is that this is something delicate, it is the health of the people and they do not take it very seriously

Positive experience: When I arrived at the office, I was in a lot of pain as a result of a rear end wreck. The office staff made sure that I was comfortable until I was called back for x-rays. I was then sent to the therapy room and placed on equipment which helped reduce the pain immediately. I was simply grateful for pain relief without Tylenol.

Fantastic experience: My two kids and I have been going for varies ills for a year. We decided to continue for another year because it has been a God sent for our family. I love the way every special person that works there treats us. Fantastic experience: I always leave happier than I came! Dr. Ben is always so wonderful! Got to meet Dr. Jared today, and he’s great! I bring my 4-year-old daughter, and she just loves it here. She actually cries when it’s not her turn to get adjusted. My previous issues are gone- no more back or neck pain, my allergy symptoms are almost nonexistent, and I sleep much better. My daughter had digestive and constipation issues, and now it almost never happens anymore. We have benefited so much from our care here at Bright Life. Plus, the people here just always put us in a great mood. Even when my crazy schedule causes me to reschedule more often than I'd like, they're always graceful, kind, and so helpful with getting me back on track. Love, love, love this place.

Negative experience: I was taking part in a health seminar for work and got their flyer so decided to schedule a visit. Right off the jump it seemed like a hustle. They created some images and digitized a profile of my back, which I told them was not an issue but I swam competition for over 10 year so my shoulders are getting a little rusty. Long story short, with no known symptoms or any suggestion that I actually needed rehabilitation, they offered a payment plan for years worth of treatment and tens of thousands of dollars. Treatment I have no medical need for mind you. This place is a total scam, and has no problem with trying to coerce healthy people into expensive and unnecessary “treatment”.

Fantastic experience: LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE! I was not able to fully sleep through the night in over a year but after my first adjustment with Dr. Jared I got my FIRST full night sleep! I even slept in! I woke up to a phone call from Dr. Jared himself asking me how I felt I almost cried. Fantastic experience: ** after my initial review we were invited back for another adjustment and we were very satisfied with our second experience. Carolyn was wonderful! Bright Life Chiropractic came recommended so we brought our daughter in for her first adjustment at four days old. The communication between Carolyn wasn’t clear at all when it came to pricing. Carolyn was the person who evaluated our daughter, we paid for the visit and then she asked us to step out of the office back to the front. At that point we assumed our visit was over so we put our daughter back in her car seat. Then she asks us to step back to another office for her adjustment by a whole different person named Dr. Ben??? The communication and process was just not good at all. Overall everyone was nice but the process made our experience a bad one. I would recommend being more clear with patients and not switching up rooms and having someone pay for the services before they even receive them. It was just not professional in our opinion. We won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Started receiving care after finding out we were pregnant. I’ve heard phenomenal things about chiropractic care during pregnancy to aid with any discomfort and the growing changes. Bright Life has been wonderful! The customer service is exceptional. From day one, you feel like a friend and not just another patient. We’re only a few weeks into our care plan but we’ve already noticed improvements. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and practices at Bright Life Chiropractic!

Fantastic experience: Got in a car accident that was not at fault when I was 16 weeks pregnant, and what was a very easy pregnancy turned into a very painful one. I had to take time off work, couldn’t sleep due to the pain, and even just walking was way too hard. Started seeing them at Bright Life very quickly after and immediately saw results. Staff is incredible, facilities are clean, and very nice. The pain started going away within the following week and I was back at work. I’m now 31 weeks pregnant and will be continuing care for just pregnancy needs. Would definitely recommend them for a small or large issue!

Fantastic experience: Okay. This place knows what they are doing HOLEEEEY SHMOKES. I have been to a few chiros before but the level of service was nothing compared to this place wow. I am a small business owner and went back to my boutique with tips on how to improve our service because this was so amazing. They walked me through the whole place, were very thorough, took their time explaining everything from the process to what, how, when, etc. Everybody was so friendly and this place is CLEAN and immaculate. I’m looking forward to continuing to go here throughout my pregnancy to help with birth and also for my lower back pain! Fantastic experience: All of the staff members are absolutely wonderful. I started my realignment back in December and have noticed an incredible change. My posture is phenomenal, my neck pain is practically non existent (which is insane since I broke it a few years ago), and my back pain is decreasing after every appointment. I had no idea how big of a deal the spine is until I went to them. It has been a very educational and beneficial process. I would definitely recommend, the people are wonderful!
