Negative experience: Absolutely absurd they close offices and then don’t let you cancel without coming in person. This is a big crap show!

Negative experience: Can’t get service lately. And I pay $80 a month to be able to visit. I came in today Monday Jan 5th at 1:15 pm and was told to “come back after lunch” which starts at 2pm. Terrible service. The guy chiropractor is slow and wastes people’s time. PS This is the second time within a week I’ve gone in during operational hours and been unable to get service.

Fantastic experience: All personnel at the Joint Were so nice and respectful! All questions were answered and they asked me questions as well. I had no nervousness or reservations while getting the adjustment on my neck and back. I have felt so much better since my appointment!

Positive experience: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Dr. Monica is very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. The only downside to me, is everyone in the lobby can hear whatever that's personal being discussed, behind the wall.

Negative experience: I know that your main business is the membership, but even if a client pays for one session, I think you should treat her with respect and try to achieve the objective of the session: I went for two reasons (back pain: low and middle parts) and the person who attended did me my neck and any other stuff except what I indicated, she tried to convince me that I have to return and whatever and not treat what she had to, even that I told her that i cant return because I'm leaving the city. Bad service. I wouldn't return.

Negative experience: Their hours posted that they are open until 7:00. PM I got there with 15 minutes to spare and the doors were locked with nothing posted on the door. The man at the desk was just looking at me. This is a walk-in clinic. Nobody has an appointment. They should not be able to close up early. Constantly disappointed with this location, but this was the final straw.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are thoughtful, caring, and very very skillful in their craft. As a person who has had several different chiropractic providers across the country, this has been the best experience so far. I am also thrilled that the program has so much outreach, I look forward to the availability of offices as it will simplify continued care or emergency visits. Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: I came in about two weeks ago because one of my colleagues recommended that I see a chiropractor for my back. My back was in sooooo much pain. I wasn’t walking right… I was holding my back as I was walking, and I was limping. After my first visit Dr Hargrove Was able to tell me exactly what was going on. He ended up, adjusting me But told me that it would take a few visits and came up with a visitation schedule. After my second visit I was already feeling better. Then Dr Gilbert What’s telling me other things that she had noticed about me and my posture. These are things that apparently I’ve been living with and wondering why I’m in pain and now she’s adjusting me too. My back And my hips have been feeling so much better just after four or five visits so far. Honestly, I would be crazy not to continue to Get adjusted at least once a week. And let mean not forget about the front desk receptionist David. He is awesome and he’s super friendly and he knows how to find the plans that’s right for you. So thumbs wayyyy up for the Savannah Abercorn location. !

Fantastic experience: I have always been skeptical of going to a chiropractor as you hear the horror stories of what could happen. However this past Memorial day weekend, I threw my back out of whack more than it already was due to an accident years ago. I called the Savannah location in tears as I have never been in this situation before or let alone gone to a Chiropractor. Went in and have been working with the most wonderful Doctors, Dan and Monica as they retrain my spine and muscles to be in the proper position. I thought I wouldn't feel normal again at only 27 and it's all thanks to them! The whole experience and the team has been better than I could ever had imagined. Shout out to the receptionist David as well for being a light when you walk in! Highly recommend

I'm only 26 years old, and around my birthday last September, i was unable to get up off the couch or even get out of bed. Due to the fact that my sacrum, hips, and spine were completely out of place, I spent so much time and money on doctors and physical therapy before I decided it was time to go to a chiropractor. After making my decision to go, I met Mrs. Monica and she have been amazing and have done a wonderful job on fixing my spine. I'm now able to return to my normal life, and with me having the job I have, returning to my normal daily activities is more of a necessity than a want. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gilbert is so good! Her tableside manner & care for her clients is friendly & professional! This practice does a thorough intake for new patients & they have a great membership with various options. I like there's a variety of chiropractors as each docs technique is different. SATURDAY STAFFING really needs to be two doctors, at least at the Savannah 12oaks location. A brand new patient takes about 45mins & drastically slows down the entire day. Everyone deserves chiropractor care & the staff deserve to have a bit of breathing room & breaks in their schedule.

Negative experience: Beware of the “specials” they have going on. If you set an appointment you will not be seen at that time. They will see “established patients” first and have you waiting. They are just trying to get more new patients.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to The Joint in my home town for a while now and there are many different Dr's in the location and you never know who will be there. Just left this location for the 1st time seeing Dr Monica and feel so much more informed about my back issues as well as being givin daily exercise routines to help strengthen my back in key areas. Negative experience: Not very happy twice booked appointments online twice I show up on time for my appointment and once again they are an hour and half behind. Never seen. Not very happy. 1 star. Could have really needed that adjustment after back going out on me. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: I have been to three different locations, and this is by far the worst one. Dr. Danny Hargrove was the only one working at the time I went. He allowed me to speak for 10 seconds before cutting me off and telling me to lay down. He timidly performed the three most basic adjustments to my spine, then sat me up and asked, "Are you good?" as he walked away to the other patient. The problem is, I came in for shoulder pain. His response: "I don't do extremities." Fresh out of school? Nope. Practicing for 27 years—what a joke. Dr. Hargrove decided he would just treat whatever part of the body he was qualified to treat without even addressing my complaint. This is a failure of management for allowing someone not qualified to be working alone, and a failure of Dr. Hargrove for his apathetic attitude.

Fantastic experience: Customer Service very professional and courteous. My treatment on scale 1-10 is definitely a 10 for excellent. I would recommend 365 Days a year my day couldn’t gone better without the care that was provided to me

Fantastic experience: I had put off starting with a chiropractor for years because I was very nervous. It got to the point where I could no longer put it off. I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Dan and Dr. Monica are both amazing at what they do. In just 6 visits, I am already feeling better and noticing a difference in my body. They've even given me exercises and stretches to do at home to manage my symptoms. But most importantly, they have made me feel comfortable. I look forward to many more months of adjustments at The Joint!

Negative experience: I have been experiencing neck pain for a few weeks. So, I figured I'd stop by this place to get checked out after seeing multiple advertisements online about this place. I called several times around 11 am to inquire about an appointment. After not being able to reach a receptionist I received a text message stating they do walk ins only. I looked on their website to verify the time they were closing because I planned on visiting the office after work. After an hour drive, I arrived there at 5 p.m. Once I entered the office I was greeted by a receptionist and informed they weren't seeing any new patients today. The receptionist provided me with a pile of papers for me to fill out and told me to return tomorrow before 5 p.m. if I wished to be seen. I asked why were they not willing to see me. I was told the Doctor was tired. I took the in processing paper work and left disappointed and in pain. I'll find another chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: The doctors, especially Dr Monica are great and Katie at the front desk is so helpful and kind. Only problem the doctors are over worked and quite often there is only one doctor on staff. Lots of clients get turned away due to this problem. I luv the Joint but I’m disappointed how over worked the doctors are.

From multiple X-rays, physical therapy and physicians nothing truly helped me… For the last 8 months has been a dull chronic pain. Until, this past Thanksgiving. I was visiting Savannah and I had a gut feeling to see a chiropractor, so I went to The Joint. As soon as I walked in the facility, I could feel that the energy of the atmosphere was good. I saw Ms. Monica and she educated me while she was adjusting my pain. While she was aligning me, I had an emotional release of pain leave my body. I started to cry because I felt whatever was causing me pain leave my body. It was like a miracle happened. Ms. Monica has miracle hands that brings one’s self back into alignment. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at The Joint for a few months. I had my first visits at the Pooler location. Things were fine at first, but then with each visit after the first it seemed like the visits were rushed. I'm a scoliosis and degenerative disc disease patient. I told the doctor where it hurt and he pushed deeper into the curve when it was supposed to be pushed from the opposite side. This caused me more pain. So one day I decided to try the Savannah location in 12 Oaks Square and it was wonderful! EVERY TIME I went in for an adjustment I left feeling better than I went in. The doctors at the Savannah branch are more attentive and patient and I love it and will continue my care with them. The atmosphere is always great. I always look forward to going in. Fantastic experience: I just moved to Savannah. After driving across the country one of the first things we did was look up the local offices of The Joint. The service we've received has been outstanding. Not only were the adjustments great, but the customer service was better than any other location we've been to. Bree is a delight to work with and extremely helpful. If you even think you might benefit from chiropractic, ignore every other provider and go to The Joint Chiropractic in Twelve Oaks.

Negative experience: Hello guys! I have only been to the Joint once during an acute problem, while out of town. I signed up for what I guess was a plan of sorts (I was in a lot of pain and not absorbing much information haha) and while I’m sure it was explained to me that it would be a monthly charge, I didn’t realize until checking my HSA account months later that I was still being charged. This is obviously my oversight so no problem. However, when I called to cancel this plan, I was told that it is impossible to cancel without hand delivering a cancellation form to one of the Joint locations in my city, who will then send this form to the Joint location I signed up at. I’m sure I don’t have to explain why this is completely ridiculous and am hoping that you guys will pause to review this particular policy. There appears to be no reason to do this besides making it so difficult that people are unlikely to complete the process, thereby increasing your passive income. But that’s just another way of saying that you’ve designed a system to take advantage of others and, as a healthcare worker myself, this appalls me. I want to be very clear that every staff member I have interacted with has been kind and professional. I think they deserve a redesigned system that helps them take care of people without taking advantage of them. Please reconsider.

Fantastic experience: I was on vacation from Salt Lake City, Utah and by day two of my vacation I was in serious need of help. Dr. Hargrove made me comfortable and help relive some of my pain. He then showed me a few stretches for my neck. Thanks Dr. you’re one of the best!

Fantastic experience: I'd like to give a shoutout to both Kayla & Bre at the front desk for their superior customer service and hospitality. All three doctors there during my visit today on my birthday, Dr. Monica, Dr. Dan, & Dr. Sparks were all extremely pleasant to interact with and receive care from. Shout out to them as well. The Joint at 12 Oaks has saved my neck and back over the course of the last few years. Ever since starting routine chiropractic care from them over five years, every visit is pleasant, and I'm always happy with my adjustments. If you're skeptical about chiropractic care, just know that I'm 28 and have had my neck and back popped and adjusted numerous times without any issues. In fact, I always feel 100% better afterward. Of course, I'm not a doctor and everyone reacts to treatments differently, but overall I would highly recommend adding chiropractic care to your list of health & self-care treatments. And when you do, be sure to visit the Joint at 12 Oaks if you live in Savannah!

Fantastic experience: I had to go to Savannah today for my daughter's doctors appt, but I was dreading going out because I've been in so much pain I could barely move. Sciatica has had me crippled since Thursday. My hubby suggested I try The Joint Chiropractic in Savannah on Abercorn Street, since I was gonna be in Savannah. My visit was quick, you don't need an appointment or insurance, I was in and out in 10-15 minutes, and most importantly I was able to walk out and my pain was gone! I HIGHLY recommend them! The cherry on top is that they are open on the weekends!

Both of these ladies are amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable with years of experience. They are so personable and welcoming when you enter the treatment area. They work on more than just one area and truly care about the successful treatment of their patients. Dr. Christine made a recommendation for a supplement that she takes herself at bedtime so I purchased it and tried it. It definitely works. Both Doctors have been supportive of a stretching device, that I purchased after talking to a coworker that recommended the device. They even explained what the device was doing as I use it. I love the fact that they share their knowledge and aren't fearful of their patients becoming educated. I have a greater range of motion now, my pain is nothing like it use to be, and after my visit with either provider I know the next morning I will be feeling great. And last but not least, the ladies in the front are always welcoming and greet you with a smile and are more than willing to help with any questions you may have. Thank you all for what you do!
