Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Dishonest I had a very negative experience with this chiropractor and cannot recommend their services to anyone. The doctor was not only unprofessional but also quite rude during our interactions. What’s worse, I was fraudulently charged after I had submitted a cancellation request for their monthly subscription well in advance. Initially, I was told by both Dr Yusef and Bryan that canceling was simple and just required a call. I called, was told it was canceled, and then received a form—with no clear instructions. " I called again to confirm, and Bryan reassured me it was canceled and asked me to email the completed form, which I did that same day. Despite following all instructions, I was charged two weeks later. When I brought this up, the doctor was dismissive and rude, claiming the charge was justified because the form wasn't received before the billing date—without even checking their records. I forwarded the email with cancellation form that was sent to them well in advance of billing date. Later, Bryan admitted it was his mistake for “not clicking a button”, and assured me again it would be canceled and returned. Additionally, I requested the corporate number, I was lied to and told one didn’t exist (I easily found it online). The doctor also hung the phone up on me. This whole situation involved multiple lies, lack of accountability, and extremely poor customer service—all over a billing error the Doctor refused to own. If this is how they handle money and communication, I absolutely would not trust them with my physical health. Also, be aware that this location has a history of randomly closing without notice, even during posted business hours. Believe the negative reviews—my experience sadly confirmed them.

Negative experience: Went in as a one time walk in with an injury. Really quickly pressured before even finishing my first treatment to sign up for a monthly program. I declined. Upon my second visit the dr finally convinced me to sign up for 4 sessions in a one month time span. He then proceeded to go on vacation for the majority of the month. I was unable to use any but the one session for my month because he was absent and did not have someone to treat in his absence. I proceeded to cancel the membership and just today was charged for it. Really unprofessional business practices. Will not be returning

Fantastic experience: This is the fifth or sixth joint that I have been to in Florida and by far the best. They were quick and attentive. They let me know that I need to do more stretching, which is always a good reminder. It is about 5 miles further from my house than two other joints, and totally worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: I first joined The Joint and started seeing Dr. Yussef back in August of 2022, and man let me tell you he is good. Occasionally I have lower back issues where it becomes very uncomfortable to do just about anything but lay completely still. When the issues flare up it’s time to go see Dr. Yussef! He knows exactly what to do and how to move me in such a way that gets those cracks going, and I’m drastically better within a couple hours, and back to normal within 1-2 days. The front counter staff is also incredible, especially MC! He is so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a pleasure to come visit these guys! Thank you Dr. Yussef and MC for always providing a wonderful and pain relieving experience!!!

But no one has called me back I’m trying to cancel because of health issues and I just had surgery I haven’t been there in two months and they keep charging and won’t return any phone calls. Fantastic experience: Dr. Yussef is excellent !! I would wake up every morning in pain not being able to walk comfortably. I couldn’t bend forward or do the normal things around the house. Standing and sitting for long period was unbearable. Unfortunately I pulled my lower back out by just getting up too fast. I have a degenerative disc disease that affects my every day life. Going in I could barely walk inside to be adjusted. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly by Mc and he set up my appointment and offered a comfortable place to sit while waiting. I waited less than 5 minute before I was seen by Dr. Yussef who identified my pain areas explained what was going on with my tight muscles and how my back was horribly out of alignment. He let me know how they the adjustments worked and adjusted my spine back into place without any pain. It was all to easy and I felt so much better afterward. I woke up the next day having my flexibility back and I could walk without the pain I had been feeling previously. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. I don’t think I’ve had such a successful fix from any chiropractor like I did from Dr. Yussef. I drive almost 11/2hrs just to be adjusted. Thank you for fixing my back and giving me back my mobility!!!

Negative experience: Very stressful dealing with this location. First dealt with showing up and them not being opened on multiple occasions. Now after trying to use my last few sessions at a different location they called saying I can only use at this location. Even though this is the first time I’ve been told I can not use my sessions at other locations. They also put in my notes I was “very upset”. Of course I’m upset with how much of a hassle it’s been trying to get treatment.

Upon meeting with him as soon as I've arrived, Dr Yussef asked me some preliminary questions regarding my back pain and then began to look for any misalignment throughout my back.
