Positive experience: Drove to Davie and they failed to mention on their site that they are closed on Mondays in this particular location. I like the team here which is the reason why I drove out of my way to go and now I have to go to another location today.

Fantastic experience: Best adjustment I ever had by the chiropractor, Dr. Peter Smith. I have very tight joints and he straighten me out. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Stopped going here when my son was getting more hurt by the chiropractor. Chiro just moves as fast as he can without assessing the person. After submitting the cancellation in November they continued to bill my card for 6 months. They are unwilling to stop payments on my card, even after being informed about the unauthorized charges. Have filed a complaint with my bank. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: I initially had many positive things to say about the service I received, as it made me feel better. Unfortunately, I feel like I was essentially scammed. Three months ago, I stopped going to the chiropractor because I left the country. Since the first month, I called to cancel my subscription because I no longer needed the service. However, I was told I had to cancel in person, which would have required me to buy a $700 ticket just to do so. Despite my efforts to cancel, they continued to charge my card every month. Unable to resolve the issue, I reported my card as stolen and requested a new one, yet they still managed to charge my new card $79 every month. Today, I called again, and they told me, “We don’t know who or why you were told that cancellation could only be done in person. There is actually a way to cancel via email.” Sadly, I’ve lost $316 due to this negligence. My question is: Who authorized them to use my new card? This is completely unacceptable, and I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this bussines.

Negative experience: Really sad, they charging you even when they know you don’t live at the area for months . They make no refund even when they knew you had limitations and can’t continue with the sessions. Be careful when you apply for that membership. Is a shame, so good physiatrists they have and so bad economic service they provide when your money is on the line.

Fantastic experience: I came in from out of town so sore crooked felt like I was going all different directions and they got me set up so well Marsha was so amazing and Shea as well and Dr Lorenzo was Miracle handworking makes my back and neck all back in shape immediately. No wait and one of my best adjustments ever.

Negative experience: Rude Receptionist, called to ask which doctor is scheduled today (I've had bad experiences with The Joint alternating new and inexperienced doctors ) So I refuse to waste my time not knowing what doctor will be adjusting me. Receptionist rushed me off the phone dismissively as if my question was absurd. Very Disappointing. Dr Miranda really was one of the best. I wish the joint did better to keep her

Fantastic experience: Feeling much better! The staff was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend! Also love the fact they are open Saturdays and Sundays with no appointment needed.

Positive experience: The constant rotation of doctors is frustrating. Dr. Andres is amazing and I was having great results under his care only for him to be moved to a location further from me. I'll drive to see him, but as a company, I hate that you do this. Please bring him back. I know he had grown a pretty loyal client base at this location and left behind a lot of patients feeling like I do.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to go if you have back pain. DR. Andres Ramirez is very knowledgeable and just has the right touch when cracking my back. I came in with lower back pain. After a few months of following his instructions I’m now 95 percent better. He also educates me on how to take care of my back and maintain it to be pain free. I’m a regular member and will continue to see him for maintenance.

Fantastic experience: A Big thanks to Dr. Andres for taking the time to go over exercises and stretches needed to get me back on track. He is Super patient, knowledgeable, and understanding the pain I was experiencing. I couldn't barely walkin on my own; however, after a few visits I am almost back to myself. Fantastic experience: Dr. Andres was awesome! I stopped by to get adjusted after a 14 hour flight (actually 2 7 hours back to back flights). Neck and back were really sore. He got me relaxed and pain free in one session. Firm and strong movements but pain free and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr. Miranda & Dr. Odalis are amazing. I’ve come here for both myself and my son. They’ve helped me get through some stressful times for my body. I don’t think I could do my job and live as well as I do after multiple car accidents resulting in injuries. I am truly thankful for the team here! Oh and the receptionist with the long lashes is so sweet! The gentleman receptionist that is sometimes there is also excellent. You truly feel welcomed and like family here!

Fantastic experience: I recently started working in an office position and felt discomfort throughout the day. I attempted to use my massage gun, bought an orthopedic chair cushion, and yoga to reduce the pain and discomfort. Unfortunately, I couldn’t resolve the problem. I feel so much better after my visit and back to my old self. They were attentive, caring, positive, and thoughtful.

Negative experience: This location is consistently closing early or closed without notice. Was in the area and said let me give it another try , we walked in at 1:54 (they close at 2 for lunch ) . While I understand we cut it close , we weren’t greeted with any pleasantries and was told they have to go to lunch and they close at 2…. This is a five minute adjustment at best. The management of this location (they all seem to be owned by the same franchisee) is very inconsistent and tips me towards wanting to cancel .

Negative experience: DEBIT CARD NINJAS Went in after I was getting neck pain post surgery. At some point during my visit, I was convinced to sign up for some monthly package. I didn't realize what I was signing up for and had $79 pulled every month from my account for a whole year. They have no system in place to follow up with people paying for services they're not using, they'll just keep taking the money as quietly as possible, which feels deliberate tbh. Anyway, I finally caught on that I was paying for almost a whole year of services that I was never using and contacted corporate, which told me a reimbursement was possible but at the discretion of the location's management. Went in and they basically threw up their hands and said there was nothing that can be done. Had their manager call me, who also said there was nothing they can do except Pay me back for the latest month. Never saw that either, still waiting. Also, my initial visit left me in more pain than what I went in with, which is why I never even went back. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Fantastic experience: I slept badly the night before and I usually go to then Miramar location but I ended up at the Davie office because it's closer to work. Dr Odalis was very friendly and gave me a great adjustment. Slightly different technique from my usual office but great nonetheless.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr.Odalis Vazquez Colón. She was very thorough and gentle at the same time ( very important for those who have sciatica). She also showed me a few stretches that help with my sciatica, I will be trying them!

She didn’t force my body to do anything that it didn’t want to do and she added just the right amount of pressure. Can’t wait to see her again!

Fantastic experience: I have been having some shoulder and arm discomfort over the past few weeks, and a friend of mine recommended The Joint. I had never been to a Chiro before so I was a bit apprehensive. Dr. Gelb and Marsha were at the front desk and explained their plans & pricing. Marsha was a huge help and got me signed up quickly. Dr. Gelb gave me a great adjustment and made me feel so comfortable. I have seen her and Dr. Alexa, and both are absolutely amazing. What I love is that each of them have different techniques and styles, but both are great listeners to where my discomfort is stemming and the ultimate goal is to ease my discomfort.
