Negative experience: The website states that one of the things that make them different from other Chiropractors is they have on site X-rays & MRI. This is not true at all. They did not have X-rays and have to refer you to another place who has you wait over 2 weeks before setting you an xray appointment. Not what I was looking for. Was tricked on website. They should really change that. I think the one location with the main doctor in photo may have X-rays but all other locations do not. Last thing a hurt person want to do is travel again to another hospital.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first physical therapy session with Shehzad, and I am genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, Shehzad's professionalism and calm presence made me feel at ease. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and clearly explained what he was doing and why, which immediately built trust. It is very clear that Shehzad is highly educated and confident in his work. He has a deep understanding of the body and explains everything in a way that is both informative and easy to follow. I appreciated how thorough he was during the initial assessment, making sure to understand not just the symptoms but also the bigger picture behind them. What stood out the most was his bedside manner. He is kind, respectful, and patient, which made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I never felt rushed or talked over. Instead, I felt truly heard and supported throughout the session. Even though this was only my first visit, I left feeling more hopeful and motivated about my recovery. I can already tell that Shehzad is someone who genuinely cares about his patients and brings both expertise and compassion to every interaction. I am really looking forward to continuing my sessions with him and making progress under his guidance.

Negative experience: Finally decided to give a chiropractor a try. I made sure to look around in my area for ones that had very good reviews and a lot of reviews in general. This seem to be the perfect fit of a place. Upon scheduling on the phone, the girl didn’t seem very knowledgeable however, she was kind and, made it a pleasant conversation. I told her about the free consultation I saw online and she told me that I would be able to be examined by a chiropractor and then treated at additional cost. I agreed. She got me an appointment for today and told me since I was paying out of pocket they can see me right away. Once I arrived to the location I was not greeted kindly at all. Rather a girl sitting at the front desk with a nasty look on her face, rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing upon me walking in. She asked me what was I here for. I felt like that in general was weird to even ask. I told her I had an appointment at 4 PM and she asked me what did I want done. again this just felt really weird to me. I told her I was a first patient in need of consultation/exam and adjustment on top of whatever treatment the chiropractor would recommend. She then made a big sigh, leaned back in her chair and said “ Who told you about a free consultation?” . I told her I saw it online and mentioned it to the lady on the phone upon scheduling. She sat there for a few seconds just looking at me like I was crazy and then started typing on the computer. She asked me to have a seat for a few minutes. A few seconds later, she said the consultation doesn’t include an exam or the chiropractor touching you at at all. You’ll just tell them what you’re feeling and they can suggest treatments for you. At this point, I just didn’t like how she was even talking to me anymore. I couldn’t take it so before I made a scene and stoop down to her level, I decided to end my visit before it even began. I told her that what I was told over the phone is completely different than when I’m hearing in person and she’s extremely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I wouldn’t want anyone in this building to even touch me with the way she’s treated me so far. Told her to have the day she deserves and left. My advice to this business… You should definitely terminate your front Grl at the front desk. I’m also an entrepreneur so trust me ,she’s hurting your business more than helping. The fact that I didn’t even want to meet a chiropractor based on fromt desk service alone. I will not be treated like I am trash on the side of the road from anyone let alone a front desk worker with no authority over me or anyone in that building for that matter!

Negative experience: The staff was competent. The doctor seemed competent (quite likely was too) but was a bit of the rush you around glad hander vibe which made me doubt the things I was receiving. Under normal circumstances I’d likely still give 4 stars but within 2 visits and one week I was called twice and texted 3 times requesting a review. The first call actually asked me to leave a five star review after my first visit without even asking if it went well. So they may quite possibly be good or competent. It would take me several more visits to find out but I’m being pressured to leave a review so these are my current impressions.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Davie Ledwitz and his team are always welcoming and friendly, treating me in the most appropriate way. I have been suffering from disc issues, leading to sciatic pain since last October. I visited chiropractors, surgeons, underwent x-rays, MRIs, cupping, acupuncture, took strong medicines (which were harsh on my stomach), and engaged in stretching gymnastics daily, all in the hope of feeling better. Basically, I was immobile; after just 10 minutes of walking or standing, I had to sit down and decompress with my legs pushed against the wall. I was miserable and depressed. A friend suggested I try BackToMind services. After 4-5 sessions with their decompression equipment, I started to feel a release of tension. I am now at the 7th session, experiencing no pain while in the machine being pulled with almost my full body weight. My mobility is improving, and my pain level has decreased from strong pain to discomfort. Finally, I see myself slowly getting back to dual activities. Thank you BackToMind (Hollywood location) !!! This commitment in time and financial resources is worth every cent.
