Fantastic experience: All chiropractors at The Joint are not created equal! As a longtime member who travels frequently, I visit multiple locations across the country. By far, the best chiropractor I’ve seen is Dr. Tyler Erickson at the Fort Lauderdale location. He is incredibly thorough with every patient. At many other locations, you’re in and out in 30 seconds with little to no relief. Recently, I visited a location in Atlanta (around Buckhead). I explained to the chiropractor that my hips felt misaligned and that I typically need an adjustment on the drop table, along with my lower back and neck being adjusted. He asked if I minded if he did a “manual adjustment.” In my head, I was thinking - aren’t all of these adjustments manual? Still, I agreed. He then used a handheld clicking device on my ankles. After about 15 seconds of clicking, he said, “You’re good to go.” I asked, “My hips are straight?” He said yes. At that point, it felt pointless to ask about adjusting my lower back or neck—I half expected him to start clicking my shoulders next. The difference in thoroughness and care was night and day.

Fantastic experience: The joint got in and out so quickly, even with it being my first time there. I’ve never seen a chiropractor before & was pretty scared at first but I was walked through the whole process and it was not painful like I was expecting. I had a great experience and will be back.

Fantastic experience: Joel and Dr. Johnson were very attuned to my condition. As a Medicare eligible patient my cost is less than 30 dollars each time. Dr Johnson was very gentle and explained everything before he did it. I did not feel rushed at all. His manipulation loosened up the tightness in my neck and back. Joel was excellent at getting me signed up. I’m going back 2 more times before my trip back to NY and plan to go to the Joint everyone I’m in Fort Lauderdale.

Fantastic experience: I didn't know what to expect on my 1st visit but the staff was really friendly and gave me a tour and the doctor communicated very clearly and made sure I didn't leave without relief. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Doug & Dr Erickson are the best team this clinic has had in the 3 years I’ve been going here. Always appreciative of their care and professionalism! Saddened to learn today that Doug was terminated by the district manager Joann. It’s apparent their management is not concerned with patient care and customer service.

Positive experience: Dr. Ericsson is an absolute wizard. The neck adjustment was a LIFESAVER.

Fantastic experience: Doug is always so very pleasant and so helpful. You can tell he always puts the patient in their needs first. Dr. Erickson is very thorough in his examinations and adjustments. He always wants to make sure he is taking care of the need that you are therefore. I have been coming here for several months now and I look forward to every visit.

Fantastic experience: I have a few age related issues but I've been especially having a lot of trouble with my right shoulder. Constant nagging pain and sharp at times. Went to a massage therapist but that didn't help. I found this place randomly, through an advertisement, while just scrolling through the internet and social media platforms. Doug, at the front desk is super friendly and Dr. Erickson found the spots that were giving me trouble immediately. Went there just to try out a one time offer and ended up getting a 10 visit plan after my adjustment. Thank you guy's and see you again soon.

Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago, I went in to the Joint Chiropractic clinic on N Federal Hwy in Ft. Lauderdale with horrible back pain. I could barely stand up or function. I almost went to the emergency room because I was visiting from out of state and didn’t know where to go. A friend recommended these clinics and I immediately got a ride over. I got in very quickly, saw the chiropractor and left feeling immediate relief. I was previously diagnosed with a bulging disk but hadn’t had pain in a couple years. The chiropractor was smart and knew exactly what I needed. It only took 10 minutes. I went back the next day just to follow up and felt even better after that. I got on a cruise later that day. I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to go but I was ecstatic to continue my vacation and have that kind of relief from the horrible pain. I absolutely can’t recommend this clinic enough. I’d give them 5000 stars if I could. Anyone that gets back pain relief quickly will understand. They are fantastic and I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Of all the a The Joint Chiropractor locations that closed, this is the one that stayed open. The chiropractor that works here can’t help you if you need anything more than a basic adjustment. Please don’t waste your time here and go to another Joint location. I will say, the front reception lady was very sweet!!

Fantastic experience: Stopped in while visiting Fort Lauderdale and had a great experience overall. Dr. Brian was excellent — professional, attentive, and delivered a really solid adjustment. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the visit feel both efficient and effective. There was about a 15-minute wait, which surprised me a bit since I’ve visited The Joint locations in many cities and usually get in right away. That said, the quality of care more than made up for it. Would absolutely visit again, and Dr. Brian was a big reason why.

Negative experience: I was in excruciating pain and needed an adjustment. I called before I went in and asked if they do walk ins and I was told yes but I’d have to wait. Said I didn’t care how long the wait was just really needed the treatment, which was an adjustment, which literally takes minutes to do. The person on the phone said come in. Drove almost 40 minutes to come here in the rain. I get there and was told I can not be seen because another walk in showed up minutes before me. I practically begged and mentioned my drive. I heard the girl in the front ask and I heard the doctor say NO instantly no questions asked. What a way to treat a new patient who called before coming in, made the drive in the rain, stated they were in really bad pain. It’s the end of the day and I wouldn’t have time to go anywhere else and can’t see a doctor till next weekend due to work. This place was a reminder Of how much people can suck. I showed up an hour before they closed and I called prior. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but wonderful things to say about The Joint Chiropractic! Finally an affordable and productive office for chiropractic care. Dr Erickson is an amazingly understanding individual and I wouldn't want to see anyone else for my healing journey.

Negative experience: Thank you Chay for the warm welcome and positive thoughts - very relaxing and spirit lifting. Dr Molina was able to get my moving in the right direction again after a really tight back A year later, this place is a disaster with adjusters that go through the motions with no effect. Every month it sinks. Went back today with son that needed a walk in and my new doctor couldn’t do a last minute. This is a training ground with marginal knowledge/experience or need to be reevaluated.

Fantastic experience: Got in right away we were visiting town and I had back and shoulder stiffness so called them Doug at the front desk got me right away and it’s so inexpensive great place very close to las olas downtown clean office good flow of pts Dr Ericsson did good adjustment and explain things clearly being cardiologist for 27 years and running a big practice I know what a great office and service they provided .

Fantastic experience: The staff here is incredible. We come in for a weekly adjustment, and Joel and Doug are always so friendly at the front desk. The wait time is usually minimal, but the doctors always ask good questions regarding my body and adjustments needed. Dr. Erickson is great and always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. Getting a weekly adjustment, I never feel like I need one, but when I leave, I always feel better than I did when I arrived. Highly recommend this location!

Negative experience: ⭐ 1 Star — Worst Company Ever! Total Scam! The Joint Chiropractic is hands-down one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They’re complete scammers. They keep charging your credit card even after you try to cancel, and then lie about needing “paperwork” that they never actually give you. It’s all a scam to keep billing you month after month while pretending they can’t help. Calling them is a total waste of time — no one ever answers, and if you’re lucky enough to get through, you’ll just get transferred around until you give up. Managers are never “available,” and customer service is absolutely useless. They don’t care about their customers at all — only about squeezing every last dollar out of you. Their services are garbage anyway, which is why I wanted to cancel in the first place. The chiropractors rush you through, you get little to no relief, and they treat you like a number, not a person. The entire company is built on lies, greed, and zero accountability. Avoid this company at all costs. There’s a reason they have so many bad reviews — they’ve earned every single one.

Negative experience: My boyfriend and I did not have a good experience and left feeling exactly the same. We didn’t feel any adjustments like we did with our old chiropractor in a different state. It seems as if they’re just practicing on people. We were told to stretch, drink water, and not sleep on the areas that are hurting. Total waste of time and money. We still feel discomfort.

Positive experience: I had a great adjustment, in and out in a jiffy! Doug was very informative and Dr. Erickson was pleasant. Thank you! I have decided to become a member and look forward to my next adjustment!

Fantastic experience: Where to begin. What an amazing experience. From walking in and being greeting by Doug. Amazing conversation and just a friendly environment that makes you feel so welcomed. This was my first time coming and we immediately got the membership. Then we met with Dr.Erickson and wow oh wow. He made us feel super comfortable, explaining everything he was doing. Negative experience: Very deceptive “wellness plan” they’ll sign you up and won’t tell you the fine print. They will say it’s just a few sessions etc but the truth is it’s a subscription that there is basis no way out of unless you “fill out the cancellation form” in person. Chiropractor didn’t speak English and used a towel to try and yank my neck backwards. It was painful and not enjoyable. Don’t go here.

Fantastic experience: This office has such a fast turnover of Doctors! Some great doctors have come by and I hope they have moved to store where they are truly need although they are missed here. Kayla is so patient and helpful always with a smile and welcoming. Dr. Smith is amazing! Adjusting all the right spots. This is the second time I am treated with him. Definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever!!!!! They will make it seem like they are caring and nice people but they aren’t. My card got charged for a service that they aren’t providing, I request for my refund. It’s no manger on site it’s none in charge to assist. It’s going on a month. I’m still fighting for my refund and all I keep hearing is someone will reach out to you but indeed it’s none. So they took my money, plus I didn’t receive no type of service for the fee that was withdrawn from my account! My next step is to despite this with my bank! I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but this is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my granny!!

Negative experience: I visited the joint chiropractic on May 15, 2025, while on my honeymoon, hoping to relieve back pain and left leg weakness. They got me in right away, which was great. The neck and back adjustments felt fine, but when the chiropractor moved me into a side-lying position for an adjustment, things went terribly wrong. Before he applied pressure, I asked to move my right arm because it was pressing uncomfortably on my rib. I tried adjusting it myself, but before I could, he slammed down, and I felt an intense crunch and pop in my left side. I immediately told him it felt like he broke a rib, but he assured me it was just a rib out of place. The next morning, I was in extreme pain—breathing, twisting, and standing were unbearable. Hoping to fix the issue, I returned to the clinic, where a different chiropractor told me my rib was in place and that lingering pain was expected after an adjustment. Despite being in misery, I pushed through the rest of my honeymoon. However, the pain only worsened. When I returned home, I went to the ER, where X-rays confirmed I had fractured ribs (6 & 7 on my left side). Now, I’m facing weeks of recovery with severe physical restrictions—no bending, climbing, twisting, or heavy lifting. My job requires physical labor, and now I’m forced to burn my PTO and go on short-term disability. I’ve lost my livelihood, gained a deep mistrust for chiropractors, and am battling depression over my inability to provide for my family. To make matters worse, the original issue—my back and leg pain—was never even resolved. This was my first and last visit to a chiropractor, and I deeply regret

Negative experience: Not sure how this place gets five stars. I showed up for a new patient consultation was told to come back later and try again as they were seeing somebody else. I thought their whole thing was just show up and get treated? Total lack of respect for my time. The lady at the front desk couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried.

Fantastic experience: I am traveling out of state for a vacation and needed a chiropractor bad. We ended up going to the Joint Chiropractic in Fort Lauderdale Florida the staff was friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable and able to help with my issues.

Negative experience: I left the joint do to constantly changing doctors after Dr Molina left. After I canceled my membership they still charged my credit card - so I went to their office “so sorry we don’t know how that could happen” we will refund within 3-5 business days!!! 9 days later still no refund - called again “so sorry we don’t know how that could happen”. Still waiting on my refund!!! Just happy that I found Dr. Molina with his own office…

Fantastic experience: Dr. Israel is the best chiropractor I have had at the Joint in fort lauderdale. I hoping he can stay at this location. He is one in a million.

Negative experience: I give 5*++ for Dr. Diego, Dr. Campbell, Dr. Andima and all the girls on the reception, but I give 1 star or rather a 0 for the company. Hope it reaches some people who can actually decide over changing your system to better. Now every day, every week is a different doctor, they are alone and overworked.. I understand why everyone leaves after time, but why not give them more salary or provide a nicer working environment??? Being closed on Sunday in every other Joint’s in the area, makes all the people from everywhere to come to this one, which creates again a stressful overworking day for the doctor and for the clients as well who have to wait so long to get in!! The inconsistency is unbearable, we are talking about our body and health and it doesn’t feel safe to see a different person EVERY WEEK for adjustments!!! And most of them are not even that good unfortunately.. who is really good, they leave because they are not compensated!! What is going on with this place??? PLUS in your system many times it shows that we used our sessions and we were not even there on those days… Make sure you double check at their front desk always.

Negative experience: I called prior to go to make sure wether i need to make an appointment and ask them if I could use a groupon that purchase at that location because I went to the one in Aventura and that location sa8d they don't accept groupons. The person that answered the phone said yes I could use it and I didn't need to appointment. I went there today for the person at the front desk to tell me that they don't and she wouldn't even know how to use it. And now groupong is giving me hell to get my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at the joint Fort Lauderdale location this morning. Jakala was very welcoming at reception and explained the entire process very thoroughly. She was very friendly and professional as well. From the moment I met Dr. Ondina I knew that I was in very good hands. He knew just by looking at my posture where my problems were. Within a matter of minutes and a few adjustments he had me standing tall again! His experience was very evident. I will be back on a regular basis in the future.

I also appreciated the kindness of Jakala at the desk, moreover the affordability of the services. I took a plan of 4 sessions for $79. Pretty good deal. Lucky I am to found them for my weekly alignment maintenance.

Fantastic experience: Dr Magdy was amazing. I left actually able to walk again like a human being! Chay was amazing as well, very helpful and so kind. My husband was treated by Dr Magdy for sciatica. We are both now upright!

Negative experience: Nasty business. I went because I had a stiff neck and explained that I was only there for a couple of days. The lady said it was fine and that I would get 7 sessions, I only used three sessions because of the time. I remember specifically asking if it was a one time fee since I don’t live in the US, she said yes. Turns out they charged me again and now I can’t opt out of the plan because they have to review the paperwork. I was very clear that I didn’t want a monthly subscription since I didn’t need it. Reply: I think you should watch the cámaras recording when I specifically talked to your front desk provider and said I was only here for that week and if it was better to pay for the three visits. She said you will still have to sign the form and I will CANCEL it. It wasn’t a misunderstanding, it was a misleading practice on your end. I will contact a lawyer because that’s a misleading practice and there were two other people listening to that conversation. I would have paid for the session I didn’t need the two months service if I wasn’t going to use it, but on your side you need to take the money and lied.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Magdy at the Joint Chiropractic at 1586 N Federal Highway Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33304 is an excellent female chiropractor and Chay, the wellness coordinator with a pleasing professional personality upfront. It was a long planned visit to the Joint Fort Lauderdale location together with my brother’s graduation ceremony that day at the University of Miami, Florida. I arrived @ 9:45am of 12/12 then Dr. Magdy already accommodated me right away with no question asked because I have a tight schedule ahead of me and I want to be adjusted right away because I’m from NJ and just be in FL for 2 days short vacay. I’ve gone to other chiropractors, acupuncturists and physical therapist provided by the VA to help me solve my chronic neck and chronic low back pain in serving the United States Navy from 2002-2010. In addition, the franchise owner of The Joint Fort Lauderdale, took his time to give me a phone call for a “wellness check” to know “how was my experience” with Dr. Magdy’s adjustment.
