First, they got me in same day, which gave me such peace of mind when it felt like time was really of the essence. Negative experience: Went in for a 3.00 appt for a $29 special , consultation and adjustment, filled out probably 30 pages of my health history and life story, waited 40 minutes in the office to find out that they were trying to get a payment from my insurance and when they discovered Medicare didn't cover they wanted $250 for the same service, what a scam can't comment on what her chiropractic talents are and it seemed like a nice run office but dragging people in there under false pretenses or There is fine print that doesn't tell you about your insurance getting charged to me is a crime!

Positive experience: Upon arriving they were fast my appointment was at 4pm but I came in at 12 and they were still able to get me out the door quickly. They didn’t do any knee x ray but they did the shockwave therapy on my knee. I went to hope health wellness clinic in west palm beach before and got a knee x ray and shockwave therapy and that doctor at that facility told me I would only need about 5 sessions to feel better, this was my 5th session and I thought I would be done but at Dr Gena clinic that didn’t even examine my knee properly told me I need to come back for shockwave therapy 9 times (2 times a week) for 2000$ I was like how do you know any of this information with out properly examining my knee they couldn’t even tell me what part of my knee was the problem just seemed money hungry to take my money and start my sessions without understanding the problem of my situation. Don’t seem like they are in it to help customers really progress just want money. She could have atleast did a range of motion on my leg to give me more information on what’s going on but I was just billed without any explanation of why I need 9 sessions. I just walked in the room sat down and began my shockwave therapy session with out any examination, something doesn’t seem good about that.

I suffered from a dual disc herniation at L4 and L5, with my L5 being moderate to severe. The pain was debilitating—I could barely take a few steps without being shattered by agony. Negative experience: To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement! I brought my wife in as a new patient to get her back looked at. She was in considerable pain. As a new patient she was screened and xrayed, but never treated for her issues. She came in for a 2nd appointment where she was promised she would be helped. Again, no treatment was made to help her. All that this place did was try to convince us to spend $3000 on a ridiculous plan of 3 times per week for months in a row. All my wife needed was some help and and someone to treat her...never happened! Beware of the scam that happens here. It will cost you thousands if you fall for it!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with shoulder pain and tennis elbow for a long time, no therapy of any kind helped until I found Dr Gena’s office. I’m on my 5th visit using Softwave Therapy and I have to say this treatment is A MIRACLE. I get it done with Elizabeth, who is very knowledgeable and experienced in everything that is muscular system related, her advice and the technique she uses have helped me big time on getting rid of the constant horrible pain I had and to be able to move my arm finally without pain. Fantastic experience: Overall it was a great experience. My little one was having ear pain and Dr. Gena squeezed us in . Dr. Jordan and staff were welcoming. The office was clean and everyone had a pleasant and cheerful attitude. Best of all my little one was feeling much better after Dr. Jordan adjusted her. As a mom this meant the world to me to see my daughter pain free! Dr. Jordan explained everything that would happen after the adjustment and it’s exactly what occurred. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Dr Gena and Dr Jordan for over a year now. When I first came I had numbness in my leg and lower back pain. After a few weeks the pain and numbness lessened significantly. I then fell pregnant and I always felt more relaxed and less pain and tension with each visit. I am now coming postpartum and definitely feel a difference in my back pain. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It’s just a happy place to be. I have been bringing my newborn for adjustments and she is always more relaxed when leaving and helps with her bms too ;-)
