Negative experience: Spam They charged me for 5 months without telling me or asking me if I liked their service at all. They told me the first month was 109 and if you want to continue 79 per month. I went twice and I didn't like the place and they kept charging me until after 5 months I found out

Negative experience: This place was AWESOME it was my very first time seeing a chiropractor….. My daughter recommended this place so I asked what did she get for referring me? They ask if she wanted to be adjusted. She said not right now, so she was suppose to get an adjustment at no charge. They are liars, she went back to get adjusted only to be charged the regular amount. She was told that I got the benefit, I paid the new client charge which was $29 I was just told that I should’ve paid $19 but there’s nothing we can do about it at this point. I wanted to pay the $199 and continue going, but at this point NO THANK YOU!!! that’s not good business, it’s too many places that I can go, I expect honesty

Fantastic experience: Dr. Washam is a professional, and he is warm & welcoming. He hears your concerns and proceeds with thorough checks of your body and with follow up questions, before proceeding with an adjustment. He has concern for what is going with you at the present moment, but also has an eye to the future and what your health goals are long term. He is a gift. And Kendra at the front desk is a gem too!

Negative experience: I had a great experience with the provider and reception. My one star reflects the seriousness of having such low, inaccessible furniture at a chiropractic center! The waiting room chairs are all extremely low to the ground and not suitable for people seeking chiropractic care. Regular height chairs with hard backs and both arms and armless options would be more appropriate. Money needs to be invested in purchasing chairs that fit the client’s needs. This would be like going to a pediatric hospital with an infant and being told the hospital had no beds with guardrails, so the child could roll right off. It’s like going to a vet and expecting a dog to step on a human scale meant for two feet not four! It’s like a weight loss clinic’s waiting room only containing plastic chairs with a 150lb weight capacity. It’s like a grocery store not having any shopping carts. I could go on…but my point is clear: buy new chairs.
