Fantastic experience: I have seeing Dr. nick (Doc) for probably close to 5 years. Him and his staff are so amazing whether your just in the area a walk in or call and make an appointment, they are always there for you! They have seen just about my whole family and have all of us from sports injuries, car accidents and more! We have had dry needling, and massages also done here! It’s a one stop shop So if you are looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about his patients give him a call. And when you get the chance to meet Miss Casey at the front desk you will love her too! Idk how she remembers so much about each patient but she always makes you feel important!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff here is wonderful, with a wide variety of treatments they use to help you on an individualized level! I've been coming here regularly for over 6 years now and it has been so consistently helpful. Special shout out to Dr. Contner, their physical therapist, who is incredibly knowledgeable, and without a doubt has provided the most helpful PT I've ever experienced. Definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: Some pros: The staff/assistants were very nice. Always greeted with a smile. They also were pretty flexible on the times I came in. They were able to adjust times day-of which was nice. Cons: Very pushy sales pitch kind of place. You will walk in for one issue and get told you should purchase a $5,000 treatment plan that lasts 8+ weeks, 3x a week. The doctors never listened to my issues, they give the same treatment to every single patient. You lay on the roller bed. You get your neck cracked. You vibrate for 10 min. You might go on the back stretcher machine that only made things worse if anything. Then you leave. Nothing about the treatment will change at all no matter how much you tell them things aren't getting better. If they arent better... you know what you need? Another treatment plan! Sike... I left there when I could, and it was awkward having to deny all of the pushed offered plans. Went here in 2023.

Negative experience: This place is a scam. My wife scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hekler for a simple adjustment. It turned into a pushy spiel for a treatment plan. They charged us almost $300 for x-rays, then afterward told her they would only do an adjustment during a follow-up appointment. Then, they double-billed our insurance. They have ignored our numerous voicemails and emails. Unprofessional and dishonest. We are being charged almost $500 for attending a sales pitch.

Fantastic experience: I came here for shoulder pain and a pinched nerve. I had no idea the shape my back was in. I am leaving this treatment as a new person! And the staff treats you like family!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is amazing. They are always so accommodating with my schedule. Dr. Heckler and Dr. Estep are wonderful at what they do. Lexi and Chloe are so friendly and welcoming. Physical therapy with Alex has helped so much with my symptoms. I’m so glad I started my chiropractic journey with this practice and definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. So helpful and transparent. I was in severe pain before I started receiving services and I feel sooo much better. No more pain. Doctors are amazing. And I cannot say enough about all of the staff. They are friendly and make coming into the office quick, easy, and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: When I first came here I was full of doubts. But, 2 weeks into their routines I started feeling a difference in my back, my sciatic, and my neuropathy in my right foot. They really made me a true believer. Then I had some health issues that put me off my feet for approximately two months. What I learned was if you want to keep pain free you must keep up with your appts.

Fantastic experience: The staff from the receptionists to the doctors at GCC are amazing. They’re incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I was in a severe car crash, hit by a drunk driver, and GCC has helped me make a full recovery. I cannot recommend them enough!

Negative experience: Was in immense pain and called scheduled an appointment at 1130 and they closed at 2pm... got he r e at noon and the doctor already left for the day and they don't have to honor their business hours.... interesting and thought I should share. Can't honor business hours what can you honor?

Fantastic experience: The best chiropractor I have ever been to the staff is great and the Doctors are amazing when it comes to treating what is wrong with you they listen and care about how you are feeling and doing.I’ve felt some improvement over the past 3 weeks because of the doctors and what they do I am glad I found them and will always speak highly about them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with neuropathy in my feet this past year. I’ve had numerous neurologists and they have offered no solutions. I was skeptical at first but Dr. Gallentine helped me understand what was happening. After 3 months of treatments my tingling and numbness have greatly improved. I’m feeling better now than I have in several years. The doctors and staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to help you. I drive over 2 hours one way and I don’t regret a single mile. It's rare for an entire team to know your name after just the first one or two visits, but this staff does. Everyone there looks like a fitness model. I was greeted with a smile every time I walked in the door. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating with my schedule, super friendly and extremely professional!

Positive experience: Doctors were great but this is NOT a place to go if you need an occasional adjustment. They want to get you into long term programs which are pricey. When I asked if I could come in for an adjustment, they quoted a high price- more than Medicare- as they charge extra for a stretching bed which was included in other places and would not do just an adjustment without it.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very pleasant, and when the doctor came in he was also pleasant and very easy to talk to. They actually talk to you and explain everything that's going to be done with every step, I love that.

Fantastic experience: I came to Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic ("GCC") in December to assess some upper back/neck pain that had been persisting for a few weeks. I am a carpenter by trade and a finance guy by current occupation, so I really wanted to get it figured out for both being on my feet and also a lot of sitting. My first visit was an assessment where i was sent home with some instruction on how to be a little more comfortable while a plan was created and my insurance was consulted. On my second visit, we had a plan, and the "treatment" started. I'm currently a little past 1/3rd of the 3-month plan, and I have been feeling great! We have even addressed some lower back discomfort, but more importantly, the experience is helping me learn more about my body as I prepare for my 50s. The Staff at GCC are extremely friendly, and communication around scheduling and any issues is easy through text or calls. I travel for work, so my scheduling is haphazard, and I could not be happier with their ability to accommodate. I highly recommend GCC to anyone looking for help. I'd also like to say thanks to the Doctors and Staff for all the support!

Fantastic experience: Been going to greater cincy chiro for quite sometime now. Most of 2020, then moved out of state and made sure to come back in 2022 to help with my twin pregnancy. Clean, friendly, professional, timely, and most importantly, this is not a practice that just wants to find an excuse to see you 3 times a week for $$ purposes. They really do the most to decide the appropriate care and treatment. Scheduling has always been more than flexible and their text confirmations are so convenient that you can converse via the text conversation to reschedule your appointment if necessary. I’ve been to multiple chiropractic practices in many states and this is by far my favorite!

I made my way through the door going on a few weeks ago I had so much pain in my back that at times it seems unbearable it was a scary feeling. I came to the greater Cincinnati chiropractor. I was welcomed with respect and the willingness to help professionalism at its finest!! then spoke with Mr Dr.Heckler he then examined my situation there was no hesitation with what he found with his communication with me. Fantastic experience: I have to brag on Dr Garrett Gallentine here for a moment. Last week I took a nasty spill on the tile and hit my head when I didn't realize the dogs had knocked their water bowl over. As a result I was suffering from a bad case of whiplash. (I'd like to add that was my first time ever having whiplash, its extremely painful I would not wish that on anyone I had no idea!) The pain and stiffness became so bad I could hardly work or function. After a couple sessions with Dr Garrett it is literally night and day. The relief has been amazing! I can't say thank you enough. I highly recommend his fantastic office and staff. Truly a lifesaver to me!

Fantastic experience: Convenient hours and kid friendly. Kind staff have graciously let me bring my toddler along for the ride. I have a 3 month program to correct a hip issue. I’m noticing a difference after sticking with the program for a month and a half. It took about a month before I noticed a major energy shift in addition to my mobility improving. The first month I actually felt lethargic and sick but learned it’s normal for some who’ve never been to the chiropractor before. The second month I feel completely recharged and energetic after appointments. Looking forward to finishing the program. As a side note, they play great music in the office so it’s a cheery atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: My OB recommended that I see a Chiropractor to help with common back pain as my pregnancy continued. It was a great decision for health and well-being. I had not seen one before and was a little nervous at first, however I could not have asked for a better experience. I felt accommodated for through the different trimesters of my pregnancy and we’re very gentle but so effective. It helped me so much to alleviate pain and discomfort I was feeling. I will be continuing on as a patient after the baby arrives. My husband was already a patient at Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic and I had personally witnessed his amazing results. He would often suffer from headaches and migraines often. It is now very rare for him to get one after he started with GCC. That alone was worth it to him.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of GCC since Aug’20. Since the early 2000’s, I had knots in my mid-back and it finally got painful enough to do something about it. I found GCC based on the great reviews and almost 2 yrs later, I’m very glad I did. I went through a 12-wk treatment that loosened up my back and go for maintenance biweekly. It really has helped me, enough so that I have recommended them to several other friends and family members. The staff is so friendly and Dr Hekler is amazing. If you have been procrastinating with back or neck pain, I think you’ve found help here. I highly recommend you give them a call and get on the way to feeling better.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience from the moment you walk through the door. You are greeted (by name) by a friendly staff who are dedicated to making your visit a positive experience. Dr. Hekler and Dr. Estep are very knowledgeable and answer questions in a way that is easy to understand. They are compassionate and care about their patients as well as passionate health and well being. Both my husband and I are patients and have greatly benefited from their treatment plans which produced results. My husband could hardly stand the daily pain from his sciatic nerve and is now no longer downing ibuprofen like it’s candy. I’ve endured a lot of lingering neck and back issues after a rollover car accident. I have seen several chiropractors, but none of them produced the kind of results and experience. If you’re looking to get rid of pain and better your health then I encourage you to go to see Dr. Hekler, Dr. Estep, and the staff at Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic. They will make you feel good both inside and outside.

Fantastic experience: I went wellness docs today!! And let me just say Jade the weight loss coach is absolutely amazing.. She is the most friendliest understanding and non-judgmental human being I have ever met!! I have high anxiety about my body. She literally made me feel comfortable and confident in my skin!! The treatment that she did she explained everything ahead of time.. The treatment was absolutely amazing. I did the red light therapy first. Then she took this machine over my stomach! (Totally forgot what it was called!!) And then she shook me up like a can of paint .. She helped talk to me about my stress level and how to meditate and everything that has to do with a healthy mind-body and soul!!! To sum up this review I highly recommend.. 20 stars hands down!! I am literally going to refer them to absolutely every single body I know!! My weight loss journey has been a complete yo-yo. I have tried everything absolutely under the sun. But she literally spoke confidence into my journey!! And Jade is literally an absolute amazing human I cannot stress that enough ❤️ Highly recommend most definitely

I have tried physical therapy and pain management, none of which helped. The doctors at GCC know what they’re doing and have given me so much relief that I’m sorry I did not go sooner! Negative experience: The staff is very friendly at this clinic. However they use gimmicks here that I have not experienced at any other chiropractor. If you're not paying attention they will begin to upsell you on a lot of different therapies. I came in looking for a regular adjustment and was told I needed a 12 week program that cost way more than what I was expecting. I ended up just asking for an adjustment which is all that I wanted. The care I received here was good but no better than what I have had in the past. Unfortunately it cost more than double too.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic to anyone who will listen. I have been coming here for a little over a year and a half and the differences I feel in everything I do keep me coming back! As a dentist who sometimes finds herself sitting like a mad scientist while working and as a long time sufferer of scoliosis, my spine goes through a lot. When I initially came into the office, I had a few areas of concern that likely could have put a spinal fusion in my future, but I have seen (in the X-rays they take throughout treatment) and felt so much improvement I feel confident I am being taken care of now. Anytime I come in with even the smallest possible injury it gets addressed and I leave almost instantly feeling better. All of the doctors are great at what they do and easy to talk to, whether it be about areas of concern or just life in general! Every staff member is welcoming and knowledgeable and the office is very clean and modern. They are also really flexible with busy schedules. Check this place out if you are in need of a great chiropractor team. Thanks GCC!

Negative experience: My regular chiropractor was closed and I needed to see someone for a popped rib. I called and they said they could see me that day for an adjustment, so I went in and it was incredibly shady. The doctor told me he could "cure diabetes" and that I needed x-rays despite me explaining I knew exactly what was wrong (as this is a reoccurring problem). He insisted I needed x-rays and didn't tell me that it would be $308 and that I'd need to come in the next day to have them reviewed and that I wouldn't be adjusted that day. I went back in and went over the x-rays and the doctor kept saying my problems where along my whole spine and that I'd need to do a 12 week program and come in 3 times a week at $106 per visit. I said no thanks and then they took me to a room and I got the adjustment from a different doctor who didn't even listen to me, and ultimately didn't alleviate any pain. Then they had me stand on this machine (see pic) that vibrated my whole body for 10 minutes which also did nothing but annoy me. Shelby Chiropractic is so much better and only $40 a visit out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: I combined my neuropathy treatment with chiropractic care. So glad I did! The staff and doctors are professional, and have my best interest at heart. They have a variety of modalities to help one improve, which I hadn't experience in other Chiropractic offices. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain before I found this place, I couldn’t do basic things without crying out in agony. I thought for sure I was goin to be miserable for the rest of my life! Not only was Dr. Heckler able to tell me exactly what was wrong me he told me he promised to get me better (which by the way I didn’t believe him at first lol) They set me up with a wellness plan and I got to meet a bunch of amazing people. The staff treats you like family and work with you if you have a pretty demanding schedule and I absolutely looove Dr Naples! He does such an amazing job on my back! All the ladies that work here are so sweet & welcoming, they remember your name & make it a point to connect with you. Fantastic experience: I came to Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic with an excruciating nerve pain on the left side of my L4 / L5. I saw specialists in Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Rheumatology, and Dietetics (I wanted to turn vegan since plant-based eating reduces body inflammation) to try to come up with solutions as to how I could recover from this disc bulge causing a buckling shock to my system. I went through hoops to get referred to chiropractic care, even though I explained to every doctor that it had helped me historically. To set the stage a bit - I went through the pain for 1-2 months and my quality of life drastically diminished during that time. The pain caused depression, lack of focus, anxiety, and hopelessness - nothing a 31-year-old should be going through! I couldn’t sit, stand, lay down, twist...do anything without having to brace for the big shock to come. Keep in mind that I am fit and an amateur climber - and I was still going through this. From the FIRST PHONE CALL, GCC was the best. They got me in immediately and listened intently to all my concerns, even taking X-rays in my initial meeting and doing an initial assessment. They invited me back the next day for an in-depth look at my X-rays, what my prognosis was, what their recommended recovery plan was, and how much it would cost (even offering a discount if I could pay upfront - I was impressed by the doable amount). I got my first adjustment then, too. I’ve been there 3x a week for 4 weeks, with 8 more weeks to go in my initial recovery plan. Every second I come in I’m treated with dignity by the kind staff. They answer all my questions and always have a smile for me. I was so moved by the relief this place gave me - and just genuine courtesy as a human being - that I decided to bake something for them every week. I am not exaggerating when I say how grateful I am to be their patient - I thank God often for this gift. If you’re going through pain and haven’t seen a chiropractor, I would consider these guys. Chiropractic isn’t just about “making your bones straight,” but also helping the body function in a healthy way. Misalignments can cause the choking of important nerves in your body (subluxation), cascading into underperformance for certain systems or organs. (Edit - I’m another month in and still improving, but more slowly. I have advanced enough to start doing special stretches and laying on back orthotics every day. I felt like I was plateauing a bit and that the orthotics were very uncomfortable, so I shared my frustrations with the doctors. They helped correct my technique and also encouraged me that we’re on the right track. I have been using Everlasting Comfort’s coccyx + lumbar pillow for my desk chair / car, which is great relief. I also went to Cincinnati Foot & Ankle Care to inquire about foot inserts, and am getting a custom one soon - I heard that can help. I ALSO ordered a new mattress. Excited to try it. I’ve stuck to the veganism. You should try it! Feeling great in that department. Watch Game Changers on Netflix. In this journey, sometimes you’ve got to change 20 things to improve. Fantastic experience: I have had chronic migraines for over 10 years. I found GCC and they got me in for a consultation so fast! Everyone is very welcoming. After much discussion, X-rays, and more discussion, we determined I would benefit from chiropractic care. Dr. H explains your X-rays so well and you know what you’re looking at and what you’re trying to fix. I’m halfway through my set treatment plan and I have noticed a major difference in my body! I was having such an increase in my migraines before I met with them. Now, I haven’t had but maybe 1 so far! My body feels great. Fantastic experience: I’ve been having pretty serious back pain since I hit puberty, and in only a few months Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic has alleviated a significant portion of it. I had never before seen a chiropractor because my dad doesn’t believe in them, and I am so glad I didn’t listen to him. Not only are they fixing my back pain, they are also fixing headaches, nerve pinching, sinus pressure, and neck pain as well. Fantastic experience: Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and makes you very comfortable during your visits from the start. I came in 5 months pregnant with a pinched nerve in my back. My first visit I could barely walk or stand. The doctors were very experienced with treatments during pregnancy and explained the process from the beginning so I knew what to expect and stay patient.
