Fantastic experience: High Point Chiropractic could teach Chic Fil A a lesson or two on customer service.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend for the whole family! I went throughout my pregnancy and now with my newborn and had great results. My teen son and husband have also been patients and I can say we all have been pleased with the results. Staff has been great to work with and I personally see Dr Hendel who id absolutely recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous at first because I've never been adjusted before. I'm 68 yrs.old and had a recent fall followed by surgery on my ankle. I suffered afterwards with some dizziness, shoulder pain & lack of sleep. I finally wanted to feel relief again so I reached out to HP Chiropractic. Dana scheduled me with Dr. Ryan & let me just say that he's been a blessing! The adjustments are such a wonderful relief with no associated pain. It's been over a month & I'm sleeping comfortably thru the night. The staff including Heather are friendly & my appointments always on time. Thank you HPC!!

Fantastic experience: I worked a tough job and often mechanic work at home, along with caring for my elderly parents led me with a serious back pain. All I could think of is a good chiropractor and I have certainly found it here. Upon 1st visit I received a tour of place and friendly staff along with my diagnosis which was extremely close to a herniated disk. From then on my back has been getting better and better than before. And the most important thing is I didn't need any medication . So if you ever experience anything weird with your back or spine, this is the right place. I really believe you will NOT be disappointed.

Positive experience: Doctors are great. Office administration has no bedside manner at all -- note to the business: you may want to look at that before you start losing patients due to it. Edited 2 months after this review was originally left to say that for roughly 2 hours, the company had responded to this review in a positive light. That response has now been removed. Fantastic experience: Except for the music, I look fwd to the visit because of the receptionists acknowledgment of me as soon as i enter and the expedience of treatment from my assigned doctor. i have no complaints except when my time coincides with children there that are noisy. i like silence during my treatment and close door. it works fine for me. as long as the VA pays for it, i'll keep coming as long as necessary.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend High Point Chiropractic enough. I have been a patient with them off and on for over a decade, through both of my pregnancies and for treatment of flare ups relating to a back injury from over 20 years ago. Dr. Smith was my maternity chiropractor. With regular adjustments, I didnt have any back or hip pain or round ligament issues like a lot of people experience. I started seeing Dr. Mendel about a year ago for a severe and debilitating flare up in my old back injury. She had me patched up and feeling much better in a matter of weeks but now I see her regularly as part of a maintenance plan. My flare ups are far rarer and much milder now. She is a fantastic chiropractor... Gentle but very effective. She also addresses other concerns I have with the aches and pains that come with being a middle aged woman. The rest of the staff are wonderful as well. Everyone is kind and welcoming and it makes you feel at home in the office.

Negative experience: Utilized a "Feed The Hungry" event as an opportunity for a "complementary adjustment" only to require monetary compensation upon arrival. In addition, the "complementary adjustment" does not count toward your "care plan" even though you receive health benefits from the adjustment. They request you makeup that appointment because the monetary donation goes toward the event cause rather than their pockets. Their care plan is based on their greediness of money rather than assisting you to get better. I explained the situation to two workers and they refused to acknowledge fault on their behalf as they tried to convince me I am in the wrong. As a place that prides themselves on Christian values I am appalled at their disrespectful and hypocritical actions.

We live 6+ hours away and were desparate to find him good care for his recurring lower back tightness and pain. You went out of your way to help him and were able to squeeze him in last-minute. He was not expecting the time and care you took to get to know him given that his appointment was at the end of the day near closing time. Fantastic experience: I've been going to High Point Chiropractic for approximately two months now. I can't say enough about how great they are. From the initial consultation to where I'm currently at (middle of treatments), they have been top notch. They weren't pushy in the beginning trying to force me to get treatment...let me come back when it was best for me and my plan. I've had Dr. Funderburk, who is awesome, for most of my visits. But I've also had Dr. Hendel a couple of times who is excellent too. They are very knowledgeable and though they stay extremely busy, are willing to listen and converse with you while giving you new suggestions to help with lingering pains or concerns. Chris and Heather are the two I typically see upfront due to my treatment times but everyone who works the front is always kind, respectful and greet me on my way in. It feels like a big family and I've enjoyed being a part of it. Chiropractic care can help out quite a bit as I've learned through my time there and has definitely helped me.

Fantastic experience: I really recommend High Point Chiropractic. They give phenomenal care. Dr. Ryan saw me today as I was in a lot of pain in my hip. My alignment was so off my husband saw the clear difference after getting adjusted and I was able to walk out much straighter. He eased months of neck tension as I hadn’t been in a while. The last time I got a pinched nerve was last year and Dr. Ryan healed it within a few sessions. It was so bad before going in, I was all hunched over and couldn’t stand from a sitting position. So thankful for chiropractors! Literally life changing!

Fantastic experience: Did something to my lower back so moved my appointment up. They got me in on short notice and Ryan did a great job. He also suggested I lay down for few minutes on their massage bad in the back and that did the trick by stretching my back. All's good now thanks to the incredible team at HP Chiropractic.

I've had some less than positive experiences with chiros in the past but Dr. Ryan made me feel super comfortable and relaxed by explaining everything before he did it. Positive experience: I came in for my initial assessment and met with the dr for 10 minutes or less and was surprised I didn’t get adjusted. I asked why I wasn’t and they said 1. my insurance doesn’t allow for an adjustment at the initial exam and 2. They needed to develop a care plan before adjusting. I thought this was really odd and disappointing as I desperately wanted to be adjusted. I have had my current insurance for years and have seen many different chiropractors during that time and I’ve always got adjusted at the initial exam. For 2, you would think you could adjust someone without needing to develop a care plan first- shouldn’t experience and knowledge allow this? Anyway, I didn’t get a good feeling from this experience and decided to try a different Webster certified practitioner in the area. I did another initial exam with a different Dr at a different practice and they did a super thorough first exam with a full adjustment- no hassle or questions asked. It’s what I’ve always been used to from chiropractors so this place just was not right for me. It felt like a waste of an appt and not doing an adjustment because you won’t get paid seems really off to me (they are getting paid for the initial exam mind you). If you are looking for a Webster certified chiropractor there are others in the area you may want to try out first. I also didn’t love the gospel music and religious decor- doesn’t feel appropriate at a drs office- a church yes but at the drs? No.

Fantastic experience: I love High Point Chiropractic! They always listen to my issues and I feel so much better after an adjustment! None of that bone crunching, old style adjustments, just easy gentle persuasion. They have helped me deal with headaches, neck pain and back pain. Every now and then I end up doing something that causes me back pain. Dr. Fonke's office staff gets me in quickly and in two to three visits Dr. Victoria helps me get back on track. They really care about their patients, and I honestly don't know what I would do without them! Thank you, Dr.Victoria Fonke and staff!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Tracey since Oct 2021. She is AMAZING!!! She recently redid her part of the office and I love that my wife and I can be adjusted in a room instead of in the middle of a huge room with other patients looking on. Our kids now have a huge playroom to play in when we bring them and I feel that the change is even more family friendly than before. Parking up front and walking 10 extra steps OR parking in the back and getting an extra 40 steps in is a breeze now. With the old setup we had to sit outside a lot of times and today we walked right in and headed right back to the waiting area outside her office and it was easy-peasy, lemon squeazy!!! I'm really confused why one patient feels so upset about the new setup. Why be an eeyore when you can be a Tigger!!!

Fantastic experience: We started at High Point Chiropractic in 2014 because my son had chronic ear infection at 2 years old. I have been going to a chiropractor for over 20 years but never knew it could help with ear infection. A friend of mine told me about Dr Tracey and a "funny" ear adjustment. She has been a life saver and saved us from getting tubes in his ears. Since then we stay on a monthly schedule and it keeps us both out of the Drs for sick visits. chiropractic care is not only good for your spine but for your immune system and also good for mental health. Dr Tracey is the best!

Fantastic experience: Took my 8 month old in for the first visit to be evaluated and adjusted. Upon arrival, nikki gave us a tour of the office, sat down with us and explained some background to adjustments and got our info from pregnancy-delivery to where we are now. When I say this was such a great first time visit, I truly was impressed. My little one was scared so Dr Tracey let him lay on me while she did his adjustment, which truly made me feel so great. Dr Tracey was so nice, gentle and very involved in her patients and present in conversation with us. Needless to say, my son is going back two times within the next month, and I even made me an appointment for my first Chiro visit as well!
