Fantastic experience: I 'm still enjoying the massages to my back, neck, shoulders and lower back. Morgan is really good & provides me with 'after massage' strategies to perform prior my next session. Always looking forward to my next session.

Negative experience: Healing Hands has a phenomenal massage staff that does the job well however as a representative of one of the insurance company they have a work practice that I believe may be a breach of contact as a INN provider that I and my superiors will be taking the time out to investigate. Our members deserve the absolute best when choosing INN providers and should not be forced to have to sign a document that would negate or undercut the insurer for profits made outside of contacts agreed upon. Lindsey the red head at the front desk was very condescending and rude towards me once I declined to sign said document and I dare say it was because I am a POC. The behavior and the way she spoke was beyond disgusting in a role of customer service, if the owners are using her as a representation of the business I will strong advise we remove them permanently from our provider network and will be writing a letter to our CEO amongst reaching out to our provider network director personally to push for the removal of them from our provider network if the situation is not resolved before my next appointment. Update: I was denied medical services apon my return for not agreeing to be financially responsible for service that insurance providers deem experimental, what this means is the overall concern is not your health but the finances, many members of insurance pay hundreds apon thousands of dollars in premiums to pay for your healing and the agreements made by your insurance company to not only protect your financial agreements but your health are not enough for Healing Hands wants to charge you for procedure that do not have any medical evidence they are actually helpful to you as the patient. Sometimes these cost can be in the thousands in this current economy is this something that you the patient can afford? Protect yourself as patient and as a citizen.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always so friendly and inviting. The facility is always very clean and comfortable. Dr. Kin always goes above and beyond to help me! She definitely takes her time and make sure I understand her lingo/exercises. I never feel rushed and always feel very well taken care of! She is literally the best and recommend her to absolutely anybody!

It turns out my hips were causing the pain, tingling, burning, and numbness. I've been to 3 appointments and I feel so much better. Even with the tenderness and soreness from the adjustments and therapy I feel a huge deal better. Thank you Andrew!!!

Fantastic experience: Some people go to college to learn how to do their craft, but a few are also gifted. Dr. Rodulfo is one of the few. He always educates himself, not only to stay connected with new and improved techniques, but he does so in order to offer his patients the best care. Dr. Rodulfo also loves what he does. His staff is knowledgeable, kind and professional. It is worth the 3 hour trip from Vanceboro, NC to get treatment.

Fantastic experience: Healing Hands has been a huge impact of my life. The staff is extremely friendly. I can honestly say that I have never experienced any negative situations. I remember one time I arrived on the correct day, but the incorrect time. Instead of turning me away even when I agreed to come back at the correct time. They insisted on working me in at that time. I have only seen two doctors there. My main doctor is Dr. Rodulfo, I put a lot of trust in what he tells me because he interacts with me like person instead of a patient. The other doctor is Dr. Carlos. I saw him once but he was great. He provided me with great tips to help with my situation. This place isn't just about correcting issues, it is about living your best life. The services and practices this place offers will change other areas of your life that you wouldn't think it would because everything is connected at some point. You are truly missing out if you are not utilizing all the benefits they offer. They gave me my mobility back when I was losing my ability to walk. They gave me back my quality of life, and I cannot be grateful enough.

Fantastic experience: Post sinus surgery, I suffered from acute vertigo attacks every 2-3 weeks for months. I’m fairly young but was made to feel quite old & quite frankly scared. My ENT didn’t offer answers while putting me in a months long queue for therapy. I was suffering. A friend mentioned Dr Rudolfo and I made an appointment thinking it couldn’t hurt. I’m here to tell you that since my first appointment months ago, I haven’t had another vertigo attack. He heard me, validated my symptoms and while it may sound dramatic, changed my life. I went from timid to drive by myself, not knowing when vertigo would take over, to living/feeling as I did before my sinus surgery. I can’t recommend him and this practice more highly. Total game changer.

Fantastic experience: I found out about Greensboro Sports Performance (GSP) through a friend — so happy I did! I have shoulder impingement in my left shoulder and had loss quite a bit of mobility by the time I showed up for my first appointment. My visits have been predominantly with Dr. Rodulfo and only one visit with Dr. Bonilla. Both doctors have great bedside manner, work efficiently, and are extremely knowledgeable. Their support staff are very friendly too. I’ve always been nervous about visiting the chiropractor but my experience at GSP is consistently excellent and relaxing—my only regret is that I didn’t come to them sooner. My shoulder mobility and pain has greatly improved, giving me time to worry less and focus more on other important things. **Bonus: they also have great smoothie shop adjacent to shop with no-added-sugar, non-diary, and pea protein add-in options—so thoughtful!
