Fantastic experience: Dr. Brian & his team are so welcoming when you come in. Highly recommend taking the time to do treatments with the emsella machine especially if you’re a mother who struggles with leaking or urgency to pee. Great experience wish I had a chair like that at home. I also had Dr. Brian look at my ankle that’s been bothering me for months that other doctors couldn’t seem to figure out. After just one visit he had me fixed up & I haven’t had problems since! Great place, great people!

Fantastic experience: After 3 years of trying the traditional route (doctors, meds, injections, ..) for my shoulder, I finally gave in and tried a chiropractor. My son recommended Dr. Gabe - who is absolutely amazing. I have seen another Dr. but can't remember his name - but he was excellent too. In just over 3 weeks, I've got more range and less pain than I've had in at least the last five years. All of the staff I've met are friendly and know me by name already. And the location is great - my husband can hang out at the nearby bar & grill while I get adjusted!

Negative experience: Read full review. This business offers a $5 gift card for a coffee to anyone that writes a review which is why they have so many 5 star reviews. Got a DOT physical here. First, their online scheduling system doesn’t work. Scheduled the physical and received email confirmation - showed up and was told that I would have to come back the following day. Came back the following day and the physical went smooth. Was told at the end to take my paperwork to the DMV, and when I asked about it, was told that I just need to go to the DMV. The DMV that you need to go to for these items is right around the corner from this clinic about a mile away, but I was just told to go to the DMV, so first I went to the main one across town…. When I went to the correct DMV, I was told that I should not have been sent to the DMV because I do not have a CDL or a CLP(commercial learners permit)….. I called the Ascend clinic to just inform them that they need to not send ppl to the DMV if they do not need a CDL. I was upset when I called, but rather than listen to me, the “owner” cut me off and told basically told me that I shouldn’t be complaining because they tell everyone to go to the DMV after a DOT physical - even though this isn’t necessary for everyone and just bogs down DMV lines more. I was very upset about having my time wasted on multiple days do to their poor scheduling system and their misinformation. The woman on the phone that was a “owner” berated me and told insisted that I was upset about nothing. I mentioned that I was going to write a review and asked for my money back. I was told that they would give my money back if I didn’t write a poor review. I told them that the review was going to happen and was not refunded. Further more, I was hung up on by this so called “owner” so then I went back to the clinic since I was close. Brian spoke to me there and was a little nicer, but overall didn’t seem to care a lot. Their reasoning is just that they can’t take the time to learn about the physical they are doing so that they don’t send ppl places they don’t need to go. All they need to do is look at the box that is asking if someone getting a DOT physical is getting a CDL or CLP - if they are, send them to the DMV. If they aren’t getting a CDL or CLP, don’t send them to the DMV. Again, this is a question on the physical, so it should be easy for them to see if we need to go or not. It’s clear that this clinic is only doing these physicals to add to their bottom line financially and not actually trying to help the ppl that need them. Response to owner response: you did offer to give my money back if I didn’t leave an honest negative review though, correct?

I know it can takes years to find the right fit for a chiropractor and I found a great one on my side of town. You can not beat that!

Fantastic experience: Dr Rob Lane has helped my knee pain so much. Other places would tell me I’m looking at knee surgery, and would only adjust my knee joints. Dr Lane does cupping and Active Release Techniques on my knees to relieve the pain. With a few exercises at home, and coming in once a month, I am doing so much better. I strongly recommend a visit to Ascend Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: In January I started going to Ascend to see Dr. Gabe, after trying several other chiropractic places in town. The appointments were much more comprehensive and not just a quick repetitive adjustment that doesn’t really address specific areas of concern. My first visit I went in with a lot of shoulder pain, that I had been dealing with for months. After about three visits, I could notice a significant change where I could finally sleep through the night again. Very thankful for Dr. Gabe and the team at Ascend Chiropractic!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Rob. I initially went because I was having trouble sleeping because of back/hip discomfort and that’s not an issue for me now. I’ve also been trying to fix an issue with my calf muscles for a year and that was resolved in a month to where I can maintain. Everything has been a combo of treatments and a few home exercises - not a huge commitment and well worth my time!

Positive experience: Was in severe pain. Took prescription muscle relaxer only made me feel dopey and sleep- for 2 days! After med wore off, pain wasn't much better. Relief was temporary. Went to Ascend, one appointment, I honestly didn't feel much different when I left- but I took a short nap...and felt a bit of tightness where I had been treated, so I went on a short walk. Everything felt much better! My sleep was better. The remnants of soreness from adjustments disappeared. OK...so Rome wasn't built in a day-- but I felt better after ONE visit. Fantastic experience: I have been very happy with my results at Ascend Chiropractic and Ascend Aesthetics! I’ve noticed a positive difference since doing the Emsella treatment especially. After having 3 kids, this treatment has helped my stress incontinence tremendously! The staff at both locations are always so friendly and helpful when I come in for my appointments. Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research to find a chiropractor that could help me with my back and shoulder pain. Ascend is not a quick “crack your back” place, but instead takes time to question and evaluate what type of treatment is best for your specific condition. They care about getting you back to normal, and don’t pressure you into more sessions than what are necessary. I was even taught and given exercises to do at home to help. Dr. Gabe explained everything he did, and why he was doing it. Front desk staff very friendly! I feel very confident they will get me back to normal!

Within a few short minutes Dr. Rob Lane accurately diagnosed my problem, performed some active release stretches on some of my muscles, adjusted me, and gave me just a couple short easy exercises that has got me back up and running 100% in just few short days! Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr: Rahn and I am impressed by the vast difference I had with pain management and movement when compared to other chiropractors. I’ve been going to chiropractors for most of my life and was used to going in and, despite having different issues, being treated the same way each time with little difference between visits. I was also used to going in almost once a week to maintain headache and lower back pain. Dr. Rahn, however, takes the time each session to understand what pain I have been experiencing and follows up with questions to gain a better understanding of what I’m doing that may be causing the discomfort. He has treated be with cupping, stretches, dry needling, and adjustments. My headaches have become something that pops up once or twice a month rather than almost daily, and my lower back has never felt better. He has also given me stretches to do at home to prevent pain! Fantastic experience: I came to Ascend when I was in the third trimester in my pregnancy because my previous chiropractor didn’t accommodate to those pregnancy discomforts I had. Oliva is so kind and listened to my needs and helped my discomforts. She educated me pre and post postpartum with different things I can do to help with some issues I was experiencing. They don’t just adjust you within seconds and send you off, they listen to your needs and do different adjustments according to your needs. Absolutely love their practice and would 110% recommend them!
