Fantastic experience: So I’ve always been afraid to get anything popped and even went with a friend to watch them and got scared and left (we all have our thing ) But I finally gave it a try due to wanting to work on my health and fitness and Danyle was so great it was actually enjoyable, he explained everything he was going to do before even touching me and it felt amazing. I also had a 2 hour work out after and worked a 14 hour shift. I will definitely be utilizing my 4 visits a month probably for the rest of my life

A miracle worker. I ha a lot wrong with my upper back, neck and head. The pain is excruciating at times. I go see Dr Sherman and she does her thing and I walk out with no pain. Truly thankful to have The Joint available to me and my needs.

Fantastic experience: EDITED AND UPDATED I joined the joint chiropractic I in 2017 down in San Diego. Nine times out of 10, when I walk in any place, I get great service. Every now and then I’ll find a chiropractor I don’t like. However, right now, all the doctors at both locations in Vancouver have been excellent. If anybody saw my last review about the one doctor that had poor bedside manner, no worries, he’s been fired. I guess I wasn’t the only one that had complaints about him. Since he’s been gone, I’ve been very very happy again. For people who have never been to the joint chiropractic, if you’ve recently been a huge accident or have a court case or something like that then this is not the place for you. If you’ve been receiving chiropractic care and you need regular maintenance or have an occasional flareup, then stop paying huge prices and start coming here. For a monthly subscription you get four adjustments and reduced rates on any additional care. Most doctors have a regular schedule, so you can see the same person.. But everyone is trained the same, so you get the standard of care. Most of the time the doctors are great. Once in a while, you might find someone you don’t like, that’s OK just don’t go to them again. The office staff is always great. And the benefits are fantastic! Consider it like the drive-through. There’s no fancy warm-ups no Massage tables no water tables. None of those things. You come in you wait, you lay down. They start your feet work their way up to your head on your back and then you flip over and they do the same thing starting at your head. Let them know what’s bothering you and they will help you. It’s fast. It’s easy for everyone. And yes, it’s all in one giant room. They do have you update paper annually as required by law. And of course they do a thorough intake exam.

Fantastic experience: Went to The Joint and really appreciated the staff. Dr. Sherman was kind and knowledgeable and helped with some lower back pain. They had a monthly plan but weren’t pushy and had alternative plan options if I wanted to make repeat visits. I chose an affordable 6 package that cost less than a single appointment at some other locations. Pleasantly surprised at the service and price. Great if you are not looking for a location with private rooms or anything over the top to address your pain.

Fantastic experience: Went to The Joint Chiropractic office in Vancouver (Cascade Park) to get adjusted. The receptionist was very nice & helpful, especially filling out the forms online to get my account setup. Prior to Danyle adjusted my back, she made sure that I overstood the process & asked where I experienced the most pain. Danyle adjusted my back & neck which made me feel instantly better. Although I still have many visits to go, I'm able to turn my head further to my left without pain. If you're experiencing pain & need adjustments, please go see The Joint Chiropractic so you can feel better.

Negative experience: Made an appointment and when I arrived I was asked to answer a ton of questions which had nothing to do with my sciatica. I finally just got fed up and left after working on the questions for over 30 minutes. Totally insane. I would never go back.

Fantastic experience: my neck has been been in pain for quite some time, I usually have headaches every day and it was becoming unbearable. so I decided to come in and give the joint a try as some of my coworkers in the past have gone and really liked it. I am so happy that I did. I honestly can’t believe I didn’t come in sooner. I cannot believe the difference one adjustment has made. I was able to sleep really good FINALLY and also woke up without a headache for the first time in a very long time. I’ve never been to a chiropractor before, so I was kind of freaked out. Dr. Sherman was great at reassuring me that there was nothing to worry about. The front receptionist was also very welcoming. The office itself was decorated very fun, it was clean and it smelled really good in there! Needless to say, I will definitely be a regular from here on out!

Fantastic experience: Joint Chiropractic & their wonderful team of chiropractors have been a life saver. I live with chronic pain illness issues and getting adjusted here has helped me be in less pain. Dr. Sherman & Dr. Vernon (along with Dr. Will, who is back at the Hazel Dell location) have been so helpful with their adjustments & suggestions to help with pain between visits. I am so glad that I took a chance on Joint Chiropractic because the team here is both professional but also extremely friendly and don't just treat you like you are a random faceless entity walking through the door. Negative experience: We won’t be coming back after driving all the way from Portland while my partner was in excruciating pain and in need of an adjustment. The front desk woman coldly told us we couldn't be seen because its was 5:20 and they were closing in 40 minutes… despite the fact that the waiting room was completely empty.

Fantastic experience: I’m actually very pleased this was my first time ever to a chiropractor, I felt I had no choice my shoulder blade/ back was not getting better and I’m out of town helping my daughter with the moving in of her first home purchase. Mitch was absolutely amazing though very understanding of my being skeptical of chiropractors for no good reason of course. So I thank you guys very much and very very affordable I must say. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at The Joint for a while. They’ve gone through several providers and it’s been hit or miss with the level of care. However, Dr. Will is by far the best. He is very friendly and takes time to listen to what is going on with your body; he genuinely cares. I consistently get a great adjustment and a smile every time with Dr. Will.

Negative experience: The adjustment did improve my pain level. The Dr was professional. However the older lady at the front, who was wearing a mask was insufferable and rude to work with. I will not go back bc of that. If you don’t have a membership they treat you really poorly.

Negative experience: I needed an adjustment and I stopped by and was told I needed to fill out a questionnaire. They say they need it each year, so I began the questionnaire and every question I answer another ten questions pop up and this was frustrating. I don't know if I can get a refund of unused visits left. I think I need to find a better chiropractor office. This whole questionnaire thing is taking away from my experience with The Joint Chiropractic as a whole

Negative experience: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I'm in excruciating pain! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. I went in to have my upper neck and upper back adjusted and the doctor also decided to adjust my lower back. Prior to leaving and all through this next week. I have been feeling excruciating pain in my lower back that was absolutely 100% not there prior. My right leg is now shorter than the left and I can barely bend over. I did not request for my lower back to be adjusted but what ahead with it because it was a doctors suggestion and now I am going to the hospital for x-rays. I absolutely do not recommend this business because they do not take the time to warm up your body or soft tissue or even do a proper examination. My entire Time there was a proximately 10 minutes which I now understand was in no way reasonable to evaluate what was going on with me and to make a proper diagnosis for treatment. Do not waste your time going here they move you through like cattle and they do not do a proper job with examining your condition. I do not want you to end up in my situation. I'm genuinely terrified that there is permanent damage in my lower back and spine. I deeply regret coming here.

Fantastic experience: Danyle was patient and understanding on my diagnosis. She could see what was up right away. Wasnt really sure if she would be able to adjust since I was twisted up pretty good. She is strong, and gentle at the same time. Did adjustment and gave me some follow up advice with additional stretches for aftercare. So glad I was able to get in so soon on a holiday weekend! Super happy.

Fantastic experience: Today I came in as a new patient. I knew what to expect since I’ve been to a chiropractor before, however, I really liked my experience at this establishment. The front desk staff was kind, helpful, and informative. The provider that I saw was courteous, knowledgeable, and caring. It was only my first visit but I went in, in pain and tired of it and I left feeling relieved and with a solid plan of action for a cheap cost. Overall, I give this place 5/5 stars for how well I was treated, how much information they provided given my situation, and how easy and quick the process was made to be. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of chiropractic services.

Fantastic experience: I came in to see what this place can do for me. Danyle definitely greeted me with a smile. I have been in pain for the last 4 months. Been on pain meds but didn’t do much for me. Doctor explained what she is going to do and immediately after working my back and neck I felt relief and not in an excruciating pain. I must say I was a bit skeptical since it was my very first time but she made me feel ant ease even when she was releasing all the tension & stiffness. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.

Positive experience: I’ve been a member on and off for over a year. I work nearly the same hours they are open so it’s a challenge to get in. When I can make it there is often a wait since they typically have only one maybe two doctors. There has been a lot of turn over so I don’t build a relationship at all with the chiropractor so I don’t feel I get very specific care. For these reasons I decided to cancel. *edit. I had previously mentioned a negative experience with customer service, but it was a misunderstanding and they reached out to make it clear. So my 3 stars went back up to 4. It’s not quite 5 because the things I mentioned above.

Walked in and they just did a couple things and I gained immediate relief in my lungs and was able to breathe deeper. I need to go back a couple times a week to get back to normal. Negative experience: BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! WARNING!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! I am a real person this is a real reveiw not someone paid to give good reveiws. So at first I receive a pop up promotion thing for a $29 consultation and 1 alignment on my phone and atbthe time I was in a lot of pain so I decided I could afford to do this thing for $29 and see if it helps and go from there so I make an appointment go in full out paperwork see a worker get aligned and after everything was done my worker recommended that she see me at least a few more times to see if its something she can fix or will I need to be referred to a real doctor so when its time to pay the $29 and pay for a few more visits the receptionist suggested a 4 visit deal that would cost $89 which would make it just over $20 a visit so I say lets do it so 1 month later I haven't used any of my visits and my debit card gets charged another $89 so I call to straighten it out I get told I signed up for a 2 month deal that I have to use my 4 visits in the month that they don't roll over and even though I never intentionally signed up for that that they will not reimburse me and basically I'm burnt out of $210 this is something I can't afford and I explained that to her and she says she's sorry but I'd she were sorry she'd do the right thing and give me my money back so beware of these scammers this is how they can afford to make money. So heres the question of the day if I signed up for 2 months of visits then why didn't I just pay for all of it then why would I wait for a month to pay the 2nd month when its a required payment if I signed up for 2 months that would only make sense if I could cancel wanting the 2nd month but I can't cause that's what I apparently signed up for and they take your card information down on a paper that they use to pay for the transaction later I honestly dont know how they charge your csrd but its not on any card reader while your there which allows them to charge your card again later for that 2nd month you signed up for Good Luck to anyone who decides to do business with these scammers..

Fantastic experience: I am a huge fan of The Joint. Great service, no insurance required, and I can use any location across the country. However, the lack of consistency with staffing is an issue. Mitch Powers is the best chiropractor I have come across in the last 20-years, but they keep shifting him back and forth from Hazel Dell to the Cascade Park location week to week. I make it work with my schedule, but not knowing where he will be stationed is frustrating. A set schedule would make it easier to plan when I am stopping by and making it work with my work schedule.

If you are looking for a great chiropractor I recommend Dr.Sherman she is truly amazing I’ve been trying to get back into better shape and she has helped so much. She is very knowledgeable and has a great understanding of how to handle people I’ve worked with people my whole career and I think she (Danielle) has been one of the best! Fantastic experience: My husband and I were taken care of by Dr. Sherman and Dr. Ashley! This was my very 1st time getting an adjustment. I have been struggling with painful headaches and lower back pain after I was in a car accident a few years ago. I was super nervous to go, but instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. Fantastic experience: The Joint has served me very well over the last 4 years. I love the flexibility of being able to get adjusted without a set appointment. My adjustments are always effective and I almost never have to wait very long. When I travel I have been able to find locations in TX, CO, SC. I am rarely very far from a location!

Fantastic experience: I was in horrible pain unable to move during work one day. A co-worker told me about this place and let me know they take walk-ins. All the staff are super friendly. I’ve been coming her for 4 years plus now. Can’t say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them. I’m happy they are open on weekends now too. I couldn’t always make it in on a week day previously.

Dr. Ashley remembers my body and what it needs, taking the time to make sure she gets everything. Also it is so convenient. No need for pre planning . Never waited more than 10 minutes. Quick in and out all while receiving high quality, attentive care. I’ve never enjoyed going to the chiropractor like I do now!

Fantastic experience: Updating a year+ later - still my go-to chiro. Dr. Ashley and Dr. Powers have been great additions. I trust all of them with my adjustments. I love The Joint. Their care plans are affordable, and they have great hours which allows so much flexibility. Dr. Sherman is great, she listens to your needs and takes the time to work on you and make sure everything is where it should be. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sherman has been my Chiropractor for the last 12 months and she has always been very professional. She always explain things clearly to me and always treated me with respect. When I first came seeking for help I could barely walk because I was in so much pain. Since she has been treating my lower back/hip problem, I am now able to exercise everyday and even jog three times a week. I’m so thankful that I found Dr. Sherman. I highly recommend Dr. Sherman.

All the doctors and staff there are professional, kind and patient. They listen and are gentle. Not only do I give five stars but two thumbs up as well. Fantastic experience: I'm reaching 2 years since switching to The Joint Chiropractic. The doctors here are amazing with the way they check up on what is bothering you in order to target the affected area. I love going in after a hard day from work to feel the tension being released from my joints. I find that my lower back pain isn't as constant as it was years before coming here, which is huge progress for me. So if you have any discomfort or pain, give them a visit and you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have done chiropractic treatments for years and am so grateful for The Joint. I have been a member for 4-5 years now. The Vancouver clinic is great. It's open till 7pm and I can make it on my way home from work or I can take advantage of them being open on Saturday. Dr Ashley is amazing and I am always in great hands with Dr Sherman too. Also the price is wonderful. I get 4 visits a month for what i paid for 2 visits with my insurance at another office. The office staff is always helpful and welcoming especially Danyle. I will be staying a happy (well adjusted) client for years to come.
