Fantastic experience: I had suffered from an L4/L5 disc herniation in 2019 that immediately had me in the surgeon's office. I did not want back surgery at 30 years old, especially having heard more personal negative back surgery stories than positive ones. I was just getting by for a few years after the herniation with physical therapy and light chiropractic. It wasn't until coming into Zenaptic Disc Center and going through 24 decompression treatments that I finally had solid relief! It is now a rare occasion that I "throw" my back out, I am more flexible again without pain and even regained the vast majority of the feeling in my left foot/leg that had gone numb after my herniation! Now I maintain with weekly adjustments and monthly decompression. So happy I ditched the surgery and took this route instead!

Fantastic experience: The BEST chiropractic care I have ever had. Extremely effective treatment that works!! Their approach is gentle and subtle by using the spinal decompression technique- not the cracking technique that causes more pain (not to mention the fear of a possible spinal injury). If you have this same fear and have been avoiding the chiropractic approach for this reason, fear no more! Do your self a favor and head on in to this clinic. Fantastic experience: I first went to see Dr. Troy 3 years ago after getting a bulging disc. While the initial treatment was intense. I avoided surgery and am moving better now then I have in a long time. No more living on ibuprofen. Dr. Gino has been an excellent addition the team. All the office staff are very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Steven gives a great massage! He takes the time to understand my needs and tailors the massage accordingly. His intuitiveness to identify tight area’s and apply the right amount of pressure, leaves me feeling like I have better range of motion in my neck and less pain in my lower back area. Will definitely be recommending him!

Fantastic experience: So far, the experience has been positive. Friendly people, service is provided in a friendly and timely manner. To report on efficacy of treatment, it may be a bit soon. My back pain in early morning while getting out of bed was becoming intolerable. After 2 treatments I can say my back pain is “better”! Cannot definitely say it is directly related to current treatment plan, but it is better.

Fantastic experience: I went in feeling very stiff and tight muscles that were making me feel overall unwell, Steven is very skilled and I highly recommend him for massages. Fantastic experience: Great massage therapists; I love my massage therapist who is very attentive to my needs. I’ll recommend the 2 hour massage as it leaves me feeling like a new person!

Negative experience: This establishment absolutely feels sketchy, and I have never left a negative review. They do not seem welcoming or lgbtq+ friendly at all. They would not respect a legal name and continued to use a deadname in correspondence. They also sent us a bill for ~$500 when we chose not to receive treatment and had already paid the exam fee. No, thank you.

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars I would! The only positive thing I can say is the doctor here is nice and the massage therapists are great other than that this place is basically a pyramid scheme to try and get every person that walks through the door to use this bed that stretches your spine which is not covered by insurance and costs around 4000 dollars. It's definitely a used car sales experience if your in need of chiropractic care go elsewhere I never leave reviews but had to for this!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Troy while I was pregnant with my first daughter over 10 years ago. After going through the initial treatment plan my body felt tremendously better. I now only go for the occasional maintenance adjustments. Dr. Troy and his staff are very knowledgeable. My husband had also threw out his back and was unable to walk. Over a series of decompression and adjustments, he was able to walk again and avoid back surgery. Dr. Troy is magic!!

Fantastic experience: I found Zenaptic through my doctor but was very pleased with their knowledge and care. The doctors and staff are all very nice and made sure I was understanding everything and comfortable. I had excruciating back pain, a couple of bulging discs among a few other issues. Was trying to get a cortisone shot but luckily found this office first. It saved me painful shots that may or may not work and will most certainly keep me from needing any surgeries. My biggest thanks to their whole staff!

Negative experience: I can't stand when I call a business for an appointment and they won't give me a price range of the cost of the visit. I'm paying cash, how am I supposed to know how much money I need for the appointment? is this your way of weeding out low income clients ‽

Fantastic experience: My mother was in an accident years ago. Her back has been in pain all the time since, at least until she came in to see Dr. Troy. She began feeling relief from the first treatment. I'm so happy to see her moving freely for the first time since I was a child.

Negative experience: At first it felt like any other chiropractor visit, but then quickly started to feel more like a dollar sign then a patient. I was told they were in network with my insurance but later found out they weren't. During my first visit, I was asked about paying for my xray out of pocket, which I expected but after she mentioned it was $180, I said "hmm" then she instantly dropped the price to $150, which I thought was nice but odd at the same time that she was willing to drop the price so easily. I paid for all 12 visits up front because it was a lot cheaper. I felt a little better after the first visit, so I came back. They second visit was with a younger man and I was in the office all of 6 minutes and felt the same afterwards. They didn't recommend doing anything at home to improve my conditions and made it seem like they were the only option to fix me which seemed wrong. What they billed my insurance was not what I was told the billing would be.

Fantastic experience: I get the best adjustments from Zenaptic. The doctors are very skilled and I always feel great when I leave. I am seen promptly and they take my insureance. Great place!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Zenaptic a couple of years ago after a back injury that just wouldn’t go away. I never stopped going, even after Dr. Troy got my back all fixed up. Sometimes you don’t realize how much tension and stress you hold in your back. When I leave Zenaptic there is some serious relief that always makes your body feel great.

Dr. Troy is a miracle worker who has allowed me to walk without pain for the first time in 15 years. Fantastic experience: Old sports injuries have left me with back pain and neck issues. I really did not want surgery so I opted for the spinal decompression treatment. It worked. I am so much better now and my range of motion has returned as well. Dr. Troy really helped me out.

Negative experience: I booked a session for my girlfriend. I wrote out on my pad at 11:30am and asked her if that time was good while on the phone with them. My girlfriend showed up at 11:20am and they immediately told her they charged a $35 late fee and said the appointment was for 11am and then berated my girlfriend. They said they didn’t have a phone number to call me, but I had to give them one when booking! It feels like a scam as they said their massage therapist just left. Stay away from this place! What was supposed to be a nice thing I did for my girlfriend became her being yelled at by two ladies at the front desk calling her and I, a liar. I’m listening to it all happen as my girlfriend is on the phone with me!! I cannot believe they have a business like this! Run away from this place!

Fantastic experience: Zenaptic Chiropractic is worth the trip if you are not from Vancouver. This is not my first experience with a chiropractor. It is the first time my neck pain has been this drastically reduced. I am back to my job full time and it was honestly touch and go for a while if I would ever be able to say that.

Fantastic experience: My sciatica acts up from time to time and I thought I just had to suffer through it. Then my friend mentioned I should try a chiropractor. I met with Dr. Troy not sure what to expect, but he knew exactly what to do to get me up and moving. I haven’t had an issue in over a year. It’s incredible.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Troy has done work on me several times now. After years of blue collar work and being quite a physical person I am always tight and feeling weird aches and pains. Dr. Troy does a great job to decompress my back and help me keep all of those aches and pains away for weeks at a time.

Positive experience: This has been a new experience for me as there are so many different things being done by this facility versus other chiropractic clinics I have gone too. I really feel like we are working to get my back better! I really love the staff and everyone has been very friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars is because we are still under a mask mandate and what I see is patients not wearing a mask and no one asking them to or asking but not enforcing (including mesh masks). Since this is considered a health facility it would be nice regardless of what you believe to have everyone wear a mask and to keep in compliance of the mask mandate.

Fantastic experience: I have had pain from the disc in my back for some time now. I did not want surgery, so I opted for the spinal decompression treatment that Dr. Troy recommended. He was right, I feel so much better and can get out and move comfortably.

Fantastic experience: I have sciatica and was tired of feeling bad and not being to have a normal life. I tired the spinal decompression treatment that Dr. Troy recommended and it has made such a difference. I have my range of motion back and the pain is virtually gone. This treatment works.

Fantastic experience: After a car accident (rear end) I was experiencing a lot of pain in my neck and horrible migraines. Dr. Troy made me feel better immediately and after couple visits I was feeling "normal" again. Fantastic experience: Presented with a very unique and scary situation right after the birth of our baby boy, we were directed to Dr. Troy. He skillfully implemented a chiropractic activator safely and gently so that our little one was able to relax and we could get some sleep too. Hearing that the good doctor had used the same instrument on his own three children gave us much needed reassurance.

Fantastic experience: My mom has been plagued with migraines for as long as I can remember. With the slew of medications I see advertised constantly on TV, I’m always encouraging her to ask her neurologist to change up her meds. A few changes have been made over the years but nothing seemed to really help much. That is until I convinced her to consult Dr. Troy. Negative experience: I've been coming here for a while now. Today, I have a rib, possibly two out of place and it is causing me a great deal of pain. I came in as usual and there was some confusion at the desk as to which form I should fill out. They settled on one and I gritted my teeth and filled it out as best I could. Even now, typing this is difficult to focus on. I turned in their form and proceeded to wait, after a bit, they brought me 4 more forms saying they had given me the wrong one. I filled out the front page, but could not focus any further, so I asked if it was really needed (since it was really only about continuing care beyond the first page) and I was told that I would have to fill out the entirety in order to be seen. I do want to say that the chiropractors themselves are great, but you have to get to them. I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I recently started going to Zenaptic Chiropractic after doing my due diligence online and I am so glad that I made the right decision. Dr. Troy is welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. Initially I came in for my bad shoulder which he fixed in just couple of visits and now I am there for other aches and pains which I suffer on a daily basis.

Negative experience: I was in a car accident and began visiting Zenaptic through my auto insurance personal injury protection. I really enjoyed going here, everyone seemed friendly for the most part....until I asked for more info about the specific cost of my visits, and later decided to cancel. I was met with a very standoffish, condescending tone when I asked to be taken off the schedule, as if I didn’t understand how the payments worked. (I did), but couldn’t justify the almost $500 being billed to my insurance with each adjustment and decompression (mind you they wanted me to go 3x a week for 8 weeks to start, and this wasn’t including the $200 massage appts they scheduled me for as well). Was made to feel like a dollar sign, and the way billing handled it only validated my decision to leave.

Fantastic experience: I work in the construction industry and recently threw out my back doing some heavy lifting. Dr. Troy got me back on my feet in a week and now I continue to see him for my adjustments, physical therapy, and massages three times a week. I couldn’t get my paycheck without Dr. Troy. Thank you!

Negative experience: There was a definite lack of customer service. After 20 sessions the staff was still asking me how they were suppose to be treating me. I would not recommend this clinic. I would describe them as a used car sales lot with appearance of a 4 star hotel where they treat you with a 2 star over all value.

Fantastic experience: I had an injury from a bad fall and it had been causing me pain ever since. I did not want any surgery, so I was referred to Dr. Troy. We had a great consultation and started treatment which has been very successful. Spinal decompression treatment kept me from going under the knife!

Positive experience: Overall my experience was good, the staff were really friendly and Dr. Brian was very nice and spent some time with me initially to help me understand what was going on. After a couple of adjustments the majority of the pain from my pinched nerve was gone, I was super relieved to be able to sleep again. In working with my chronic tension/alignment issues, I do wish there had been more focus on active recovery and on the state of the musculature, rather than just continuing adjustments. I understand that it takes time and you do have to keep adjusting periodically, but I didn’t feel like the root cause was addressed.

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical when I first came here! My Neurologist sad that I had to have surgery. He said I had to have two bolts screwed into my lower lumbar #5 and then a metal cage put around that and that I would have to wear a brace for three months. All of my friends and family suggested to see an alternative avenue first. From day one, I felt relief. I was at a pain level of 9 when I walked through their doors. I am now at a 1 to 2.
