Negative experience: Chiropractors and massage therapists were ok, but Dr. Mel kept calling me the wrong name.when i would come in, why bother trying to address people by name when you cant get the name right?? It seriously happened 3 times. Its insulting and rude. Youre just a dollar sign. Very weird energy in there. Not a relaxing experience. Don't recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from out of town and of course my back went out! Had to go to an express care due to how painful the spasms were. The doctor there referred me to Dr Young and they actually could see me the next day! I have been seeing chiropractors on and for years but this was by far the best experience I have had!! Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was the most detailed exam that I have ever had at a chiropractors office. Great experience! I would highly recommend this practice!

Doctor Mel is amazing! All the doctors in the office are great but I have a particular soft spot for my Dr. Mel.

Fantastic experience: I went as it was difficult to take a deep breathe and this was a positive experience. Starting with office staff Lauren who checked me in to meeting doctor Abby, who asked me questions then took X-rays of my spine. I was happy to hear it wasn’t all that bad, informed me what I could do. Then took me to the waiting area where I met Ziggy the Tuesday dog…got a few feet kisses from him. Then I was put on this table that rolled from my neck to the back of my legs. From there she took to adjust me as I was off. Over all wonderful experience

Melissa repairs me every so often with a deep tissue massage so she is the #1 most important (and talented) person on earth. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this chiropractic practice! I woke up with a very stiff neck and a lot of spinal pain, and they were able to fit me in last minute, which I really appreciated. They did a thorough evaluation, including x-rays, and explained everything in detail—from the findings to the treatment plan. After the treatment and adjustment, I noticed better mobility and range of motion, which was a huge relief. Mitzi did a fantastic job walking me through the adjustment, even though I was a bit nervous since it had been a while. And I can’t forget about Ziggy, their amazing comfort dog, who stayed by my side the entire time, offering support and being an absolute gentleman! Overall, I’m very happy with this practice and feel comfortable with the care I received. Highly recommend—Ziggy’s moral support alone makes it worth the visit!

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I came in and getting treatments. I wasn’t in any pain but after getting my X-rays done, she found little issues I had like leaning toward the left more or my neck not having a curve to it. She gave me different exercises to do to help maybe get it back to the right place again. I totally forgot her name but the sweetest person to talk to, easy to speak to, had many laughs in there. Made me feel super comfortable, told me in detail what’s her next steps are. If you fear the chiropractor no fear here cause I forgot her name starts with a G. She adjusted me so well. I didn’t even notice I was tight between the shoulder blades until she pushed on it and felt it. Man once she adjusted me I felt so much better like I could breathe easier. Now I got a massage afterwards, my GOD! Dayna!!! Must must see her, I told her I didn’t like too hard of a massage. Man the way she moves with her hands and knew exactly which part was bothering me and didn’t apply too much pressure but good enough to make it feel like heaven afterwards. She did this nice massage on the face and man I was about to fall asleep! So relaxing! Fantastic experience: I hadn't been in for a massage since 2022 because of Hurricane Ian. I was able to get in quickly because of a cancellation. I had a great massage with Paola. It greatly helped my hips, back, shoulders and neck!

I by no means have a super model body and didn’t feel ashamed with her. I was nervous but her professionalism and charisma made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Fantastic experience: I started coming here a few years ago, skeptical of how my pain could be relieved by having a correction. I've been returning regularly since my first trip, and I cannot understate how much better and more nimble I feel after each session. I would highly recommend Dr Mel Youngs for first time chiropractic work, as they're very accommodating and kind workers that take pride in their job!

Negative experience: They make you fill out new patient forms. Including all of your personal information, contacts, social security number before they will set an appointment for a massage. The first box I checked was that I was entering a legal binding agreement. It is strange and inappropriate to need my social security number and other personal information simply to set a massage appointment.

Her staff always treats people like they have known you for years , and you will always leave that place feeling better and better each time you go . Fantastic experience: Myself and two friends were coming to Cape Coral for a vacation and were given Dr Mel Young as possible suggestion for massage. I called and the lovely receptionist who btw is soooo happy and obviously loves her job was able to answer all my questions and even get all 3 of us in for massages at the same time. As Canadian tourist your your lovely city we had no expectations ...... the entire experience was magnificent. We each came from our 1 hour massages, refreshed, loosened, happier and honestly over joyed with the experience. Fantastic experience: I have had a wicked headache for almost 4 months. I tried every medication, both prescribed and OTC, with absolutely no relief whatsoever. I went in for my initial visit with Dr. Carrie and didn't get my hopes up about her being able to help. I was SO wrong! After an adjustment and a couple of stretching moves, the pain decreased by 75%! I still have pain today but it's not nearly as bad as it was and with continued visits, I'm confident I will be able to get a handle on this issue. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Mel for over 17 years. She and her excellent staff have kept me moving and able to do everything in my very active life. I have had two knee replacements which their therapies helped me recover quickly from. Between the chiropractic adjustments and massages, I am living my best life. I highly recommend her and everyone involved in her practice to anyone who is looking for the best chiropractic care available in Lee County.

Miladys is the most wonderful massage therapist, and always cares for me in the most genuine way. Have been coming here for years! Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: They have several massage therapists on staff, so you have a good chance of getting in when you need it the most. AND...the therapists are extremely knowledgeable and staff is super friendly. I walk out of there pain free. Love Dr. Mel's!

Fantastic experience: Hard time walking in, 10+ pain level ( was in tears) walked out feeling better then I did going in. They did everything to release my pain! Absolutely amazing office!! The entire office is absolutely wonderful. The warm feeling and love that is shown. They care so much about you as a patient , more so a person. The concern and caring they have is unbelievable . ( not fake) I can’t say anything negative at all about anyone in this office. Best office ever!! I highly recommend. Fantastic experience: K-Laser done for my son. After one treatment all the pain and tightness and gone! Highly recommend getting it done. The office was clean, everyone was nice. Will definitely be going back!

Fantastic experience: I had never gone to a chiropractor before because my husband's experiences at different offices have been so hit or miss over the years. I loved Dr Mel's story and the reviews were great, so I gave it a try. So glad that I did! My back pain which has bothered me almost 20 years is gone. Dr Carrie is awesome!!! The staff is also great. I really love this place and I'm very grateful to have found them.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr Mel Youngs for over a year. I currently go every 2-3 weeks for a routine adjustment and 1 hour therapeutic massage. Back story, I had a neck injury and started having bad migraines. So, my regular physician, after reviewing x-rays, referred me to see a chiropractor, due to a pinched nerve in the top of my spine, in my neck, which was causing my pain. Let me tell you, Dr Mel Youngs has been amazing! My headaches are gone now! Staff and doctors are all amazing and provide great customer service! They really do care! (They have a LOT of services and options available too.) I won't ever go anywhere else!

WOW, from the minute I arrived until I left I truly felt finding solutions to my issues has been handled with a plan for today and the next several weeks / months. I have had a challenge finding the type of care that would be needed... Until Today!!! Fantastic experience: I have been going here for years and so pleased with everyone there and the care they provide!!!! Dr. Youngs knows my body very well and keeps me walking. Had many rear end auto accidents which she has almost brought me back 100% very hard thing to do she absolutely knows her trade. I highly recommend her and her staff!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Walked in with pain level between 7-8 and walked out so much better. The environment is calming. The entire staff work hard on giving everyone an excellent experience. Pain & stress is tremendously reduced by the time I left the office. You decide to pay for wellness visits or at the doctor's office. Can't wait to go back!
