I was living for over 6 months with unbearable back pain that had left me with limited mobility, unable to do the things that I loved - unable to sleep…&& so VERY CRANKY!! after being told from another place I needed over 10k in therapy - I thought this was my life now. After one visit she practically fixed me! I walked out of the office standing straight. After a few more visits - I feel almost brand new! The difference I feel is actually unbelievable, I cannot be more thankful!!! She listens. She’s very intentional with her process, while being gentle and kind. Recommend to all!!!!

Had it not been for her and the rest of the great staff here, I would have ended up at the hospital as my pain levels were that severe from my military-related injury. The next day, my pain dropped from a 9.5 to a 7.5. Following day, down to a 6.5. Dr Ashley did a great job! Thanks again. I will be coming back regularly. :)

Fantastic experience: I have not been able to find a Chiropractor Practice in the area in years! I was thrilled when a neighbor recommended CCFP. I called to confirm that they did take insurance, I was asked to send a picture of my insurance card and they would confirm, all was good. I went for my first visit last Wed. The office is clean, wonderful staff, they offer tense treatment prior to adjustment which helped having not been adjusted in more than 10 years. There is also massage services at the location , I need to inquire the details. Meeting with Dr Ashley was pleasant, informative and i felt we were on the same path. I received a wonderful much needed manual adjustment that confirmed I was in the right place. I look forward to years of adjustments going forward. Thank you

Negative experience: Dr Ashley is great, however I would not go back to this practice. My fiance was referred here due to them accepting her insurance for treatment. First off, she was charged self pay rates incorrectly when her insurance covers 100% after out of pocket costs which have been met. I work in billing and when I spoke with their billing department after she was charged she got really nasty with me and said she did us a favor by getting authorization for treatment (which is part of her job btw) and that she has never seen it pay for the visit. Insurance has now processed and PAID IN FULL. $130 charged for no reason this practice needs better staff that understands insurance and how to bill or collect from patients and how to read benefits. If claims are getting denied then she is not doing her job properly or stealing from the business. I suggest it gets looked into.

That’s when I decided to see Dr Ashley. After one treatment I was able to sing and Dance at a fundraiser. The pain is now very minimal. My voice no longer goes. I took x-rays on site and Dr was able to assess the situation. There was great consulting then 3 types of treatments and adjustments. And I can say I feel better. Fantastic experience: I have quite a few pinched nerves due to some military training, along with knee pain, should/back pain due to the injuries/pinched nerves, that trigger a lot of my mental health, and they were able to deeply massage my whole body and followed by a realignment of everything. On the first visit. Both the massage and readjustment released a lot of tension, physical and mental. I’m also 6 months pregnant, paranoid, as well so this wasn’t something easy to do. But with the care of the staff and how professional they are, made me feel comfortable.

Both doctors reviewed my xray of an old injury and referred me to my doctor to have an MRI done before proceeding with treatment. They are easy to schedule appts and I've also had message therapy on the injured shoulder which has helped.
