Additionally, one of our top priorities is to provide affordable chiropractic care and ensure that our member processes, including cancellations, are as straightforward as possible. Our cancellation process is designed to protect your medical privacy while being simple to complete. It requires submitting a signed termination form to your home clinic. While this typically needs to be completed in person due to medical privacy standards, we are always here to help find a solution if a patient is unable to visit the clinic.

As a convenient, walk-in clinic, we do our best to establish proper expectations for everyone who arrives. For new patients, visits take longer in order to conduct a proper consultation, exam, and adjustment, in addition to initial paperwork. We need to ensure that we have the proper time to give you the thorough care that you deserve.

This is why new patients may be asked to return at a different time, depending on the volume of patients already in the clinic or if the visit is too close to lunch or closing time. We truly apologize that this process was not communicated to you effectively and understand your frustration.
