Experiencia positiva: I am excited about the facility and doctor overall but being in marketing/customer service my entire life, my view of the intake process was not as good. Verifying my appointment was overwhelming - a text (which I replied to), then TWO emails (which I also replied to) and then two people calling me to confirm after all that was a bit much. After I was checked in at my appointment and actually in with the doctor I then received a message that I had missed my appointment! Seems to be a lot of disjointed staffing matters. This is critical to get fixed as this was the "first impression" for the business. Patients could quickly loose confidence. I am looking forward to my follow up and will report back!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife sent me a video of Dr. Jeremiah with a patient and how he was being taken care of with chiropractic care. There was an offer for a consultation, x-rays, and a complete synopsis of the best possible treatment plan for my situation, it was a $350 dollar value for only $67.00 I decided right then that I needed to make an appointment and take the necessary steps to get myself put back together after years of abuse to my body due to the physical nature of my job. After my very first adjustment I felt better already, but I knew that it was a 12 week program and it was going to help me in so many ways, the decompression chair is also an important part of my treatment program. I came in with lower back pain, my neck was a mess and I had a lot of soreness and stiffness in my back etc. Dr. Nate is my doctor and he has done a phenomenal job of getting me back to as normal as I can be from the years of physical abuse to my body because of my job. The staff at Peak Family Chiropractic is absolutely the best around, from the office staff, Candace, Tricia, Jill, and all of the doctor's, Jeremiah, Nate, Brandon, Kody, Johnathan, and the new addition Brooke! I must also recognize Angie who gets the decompression chair ready for me and makes sure to take care of each patient she has to work with. Experiencia negativa: Buyer beware if you are on Medicare! Trying to collect deductible before sending claim to Medicare. Special rate for new customers does not apply if you are on Medicare....its double even though the first appointment was not turned in to Medicare. Plus wanted to charge a $100 appointment for end of treatment appointment that is not covered by Medicare. We went another direction that didn't require almost $400 to start treatment. Not to mention that until we signed a contract they wouldn't treat my husband.....let him go home in pain. Not for us...

I also live in Westside Medina, about 40 minutes from Peak and could go to any of my local Chiropractors here but choose, and will continue to choose, the longer commute because there is simply no one better in this field. If you have any bodily pain that you believe a chiropractor could fix, you need to stop doing your research and just book an appointment with Peak. You will thank me later!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the coolest place I’ve ever been to. I walked into and felt like they knew me. I haven’t been to a chiropractor since before I was in the Army (2010) I don’t know how I ever went without because it was covered. Kody is the most down to earth doctor I’ve ever met. It’s like he’s an old college buddy I haven’t seen in years. He broke things down in a way that I can understand and even recommended things to fix my gut issues. I’ve been dealing with shin splints and lower back pain for years and the VA could do nothing to help but offer insoles. I can finally walk more than .5 miles and push my son in the stroller at the zoo without faking breaks to see random animals. They even have stuff for kids. This is truly a family practice!

Lastly, I have to take my son with me when I go, he is 3 and she does not mind at all. She is great with him, let's him help her adjust mommy and is always including him. It was cute as a new patient expect your name on the chalk board in the doorway. I can say, if it were not for me just scheduling the appointment, I would not be where I am, and that is a good thing.
