All the doctors a great. However, I mostly see Dr. Ward. I can walk in with pain and discomfort and know I will walk out feeling great again. I like how the service is always safe and efficient.

Today we saw doctor nick he listened to exactly what I needed and cracked me like a thanksgiving turkey. Took the tension building up off my back and knee ( he was able to pull a pop out both legs) now I’m stretched and ready to indulge in any activities Valentine’s Day may throw at me. Shout out the entire team HAPPY VALENTINES DAY UPDATE : just got popped by doctor chris and this is literally the man the myth and the legend we decided to consistently come in the first place because of him and he has just reaffirmed the pain relief I felt from the first initial appointment so glad he will be near more often I’ll trust him with my spinal column for a lifetime ‼️‼️ “I literally felt my lungs get more breathing space after the board pop”

Experiencia negativa: ***Don’t buy the package!!!! And make sure they update your wellness. Automatically charged $89 per month whether visits take place or not. Bought two plans for my 80 YEAR OLD PARENTS. I canceled after first month but they did not record it and charged my parents. When I reached out to them they said they tried to reach us, I explained my brother died and the family has been grieving…the woman I spoke with was awesome but her manager refused to refund two months of no use. Empathy is lacking for an industry that deals with pain!

Experiencia negativa: Go to an actual chiropractor’s office. This is a membership hungry business. The staff were very friendly. I have a horrible stiff neck. I booked online for a next day appointment. I included on my intake paperwork I’m in pain. The person who helped me adjusted my neck but didn’t help my neck. It was a very odd experience. I’ve never been to a chiropractor so I didn’t know what to expect. I left with the same level of pain and worry that I might get worse with the adjustment. Overall If you are looking for adjustments this place will do that but if you actually need treatment go somewhere else. They don’t take insurance either.

Experiencia negativa: I have been getting chiropractor adjustments for years. I have been lucky to have only had one bad experience where I was in worse pain after. I had to see a different chiropractor to help about a week later. After seeing Dr. G on Saturday, I now have two bad experiences. My back didn’t hurt like this. The back pain is worsening. I went in for pressure relief. Now I can’t walk standing straight or twist. Never had a bad experience at this location until now and now I will need to get adjusted to reverse what Dr. G did.

Experiencia fantástica: I went here on a whim because I slept poorly on my bed a few days ago. My boyfriend and I found The Joint online accepting walk-ins. We decided to go with their $29 first exam and whatnot. I also suffer from a non stop migraine. Dr. Alex definitely did his job with all the maneuvers and cracks. I felt so much relief from the neck crack that it reduced my going on 2yrs migraine a great ton. Pressure released... he talked about a consistent visitations. I look forward to the future. Also the ladies at the front desk (Zarin & Asia) were definitely informative, nice and super sweet. They made the process smooth and welcoming. I definitely enjoyed my time with this team. The front staff is always very friendly and Dr Alexander Auli has helped my husband with his debilitating sciatic nerve so much that we were able to hike Machu Picchu recently. He wasn’t able to drive more than 30 minutes without pain prior. He tried everything. One weekly adjustment over a period of time did the trick! Highly recommend!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the denial of my refund request for the monthly membership fee charged to my account yesterday. As I explained previously, last month I was only able to visit the clinic once due to personal circumstances. I have been in Lake City, Florida, taking care of my sick parents while also working full time. The nearest Joint Chiropractic location is an hour away, and given my current responsibilities, traveling that distance for care is simply not feasible right now. I am not asking for a refund for last month, just this new month(that I was just charged for yesterday) that I have not utilized and know that I will not be able to utilize due to my circumstances. I fully intended to resume my membership upon returning home and to my regular schedule. However, this situation has made me reconsider. It feels as though the focus is more on collecting fees than understanding and accommodating the genuine challenges that your patients are facing. This lack of empathy and flexibility is disheartening, especially during such a difficult time for me personally. I urge you to reconsider my refund request and the broader approach to patient care and satisfaction. I’ve always appreciated the services at The Joint, but this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a patient. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter. I look forward to your response. Update: they commented on the review saying someone would reach out. No one reached out to me nor did anyone respond to my email. I’ve been struggling with L5/S1 back pain and referred pain through the SI joint and down my legs for over a year, which has really limited my activity both in the gym and in everyday life. As someone who’s always been active, it’s been a real challenge. Dr. Alexandra is incredibly thorough, explaining exactly what’s going on and why my body is reacting the way it is. Each week, I’ve been feeling improvement, and he’s helped me start to implement new strategies that I never thought possible. Experiencia fantástica: I have a left rib that used to randomly pop out of place and the only thing that would fix it was an adjustment. It hadn’t happened in a few years so I no longer had a chiropractor i would see regularly. Then on Saturday I turned to leave a room and bam! the rib popped out, just for old times’ sake I guess lol. It felt like someone drove a knife into my side and left it there. I knew about The Joint because I would always pass it when I went to Wegmans, so I looked them up and saw that they were open and that they take walk-ins, so I immediately got in my car and headed there. When I got there I was greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk. I filled out the intake form and was seen by Dr Alexander moments later. He listened to my explanation of why I was there and then began adjusting me. He worked his way up from my lower back and when he got to that rib he gave it a little extra oomph and it popped right back into place. The relief was immediate! He completed my adjustment and I felt like a new person. It no longer hurt to breathe and I could turn at the waist again. Amazing! I can’t recommend Dr Alexander and The Joint highly enough. They will fix your aches and pains, I promise.

The doctor told me what my problem is in one minute and when I went and checked in the hospital he was 100% right about everything he said. What a doctor !!! It’s quick and you walk out feeling better. The Doctors are great and always have your file handy, so no matter which one is working that day, they know your pain points and which adjustments you need.

Experiencia positiva: Good hospitality but only thing is my old chiropractor would take his time evaluating my body down to my ankles and would crack my whole body and massage out anywhere im feeling hurt with a massage gun or his hands before even starting and after would give me stretches and exercises after to ensure that my pain would go away faster, and the adjustment here was only about 1 and half minute tops , and I really didn’t feel any different after the adjustment nor did he focus on relieving any discomfort I was feeling in my lower back or ankle which I told him before he started, basically wanted me to come back for another couple weeks because I asked him for some stretches that he said he was going to tell me and he told me when you come back we will work on getting your discomfort in those areas good, and at the register they’ve already seen to set all these appointments before even really asking so I had to tell no I just want to pay for just today… so imagine coming from the 2 situations right totally different.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place. It is worth it . Marvin and the entire team knows where the pain located and get fixed it. I have been working with Marvin dealing with up and lower back pain and neck due to stress. Today is the second session and I can move without pain in my lower back and neck. The Alexandria location has plenty of parking, easy access.

They offer quick, professional, reliable, caring, honest, and effective treatments and alignments that will make all the difference in your daily life! Zarin has set the new standard for all front-office employees! She greets you often by your name like a clairvoyant and disarms you with her infectious small and warms. She sets the tone in the office, and Dr. Alexander is a magician who knows all the right spots to push and pull to get you straighten out instantly! Seriously, we all have various injuries or ales and pains as we age, but if you don’t treat them it will only get worse. These two have truly figured out the flow, and you are on and out in less than 10 minutes feeling a relief that is hard to quantify, but it greatly improves your range of motion. We don’t even think about skipping out on our paying for cars, housing, and pets care and regular maintenance need to keep all of these healthy and running right. Yet, we still go through multiple models of all of them. Yet, we only have our ONE body and struggle to justify thanking the best care for it! Stop making excuses or putting off critical life changing care. Do NOT skip out on YOUR MAINTENANCE! Do yourself a favor and pop on in to THE Joint Chiropractic, and give yourself some TLC!! Dr. Auli is super knowledgeable, extremely professional, and an unusually kind and caring healthcare professional. Zarin is always cheerful and extremely helpful. Experiencia negativa: Usually my trips to the joint across the US are pleasant. This trip not so much, soon as I rejected there advertised plan. I walked in to the front desk on her cell, after getting off I stated I was just coming for an adjustment she proceeded to explain there advertising I told her I got the email and was not interested. She told me to let her finish explaining it. After I again said I was not interested I live in Texas the chiropractor comes out and says I over heard you saying you had discomfort in your wrist. I had told her I played basketball and my back was sore so wanted an adjustment, he then starts to push the advertised program as well. She then checks my information and sends me back. I went to the back must of been 15-30 secs total don’t think the chiropractor liked that I rejected the program. Both adjustments on back there was no movement then came the head adjustment were he didn’t feel out anything just grabbed my head and cracked it left and right(kind of scary) Iv been around chiropractors a lot in my life and they don’t just do what he did. Needless to say I won’t be going back there next time I’m in town for work. Feels like I completely wasted my money this time.

It isn't fancy, but you'll get good, affordable adjustments by a chiropractor that cares, with easy walk-in hours and no hassles. I had been seeing a pricy concierge-style chiropractor with pushy sales techniques and am so happy I switched to The Joint. Dr. Alexander has really helped my neck and back after multiple traumas and surgeries. Once I started going frequently and consistently, I was surprised by how much more freely I could move and turn my neck after many years of stiffness and headaches. He also recommended at home exercises so I can keep the improvement longer after adjustments. Definitely recommend!
