Doctor Chad took time to really listen and do thorough adjustment then called to check on me as I was a first time patient. The.only negatives I would express is first not being informed exam and xays would not be covered so I had an awakening to the tune of $360 at check out. The other would be lack of privacy and patient confidentially at the front desk/reception room. Totally open so everyone hears everything that is going on including receptionist's phone conversations. I understand wanting the office to look open and welcoming but I think privacy when discussing your bill, appointments, etc is more important. Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion.
