His staff is the absolute nicest, and always the same women so they seem happy + well taken care of! Dr. Kosterman has a really nice polished demeanor, and the office spaces (exam and treatment rooms + lobbies) are all spotless. They let you call or text to reschedule if needed and you can get a really amazing deal on first time xray packages (that we took advantage of). Highly recommend (especially if you're a but neurotic when it comes to office cleanliness and customer service). We see kids to elderly in the lobby so I think he treats all ages!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm happy to make the change! I was unhappy with my previous Chiropractor (referred to by a neighbor) and felt like I wasn't making any progress in the treatment. For years, I had driven by their corner building on the way to work. Now I wish I had turned in there sooner. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed by the friendly women at the front desk. After I was brought to the back, Dr. Kosterman sat down with me, and we discussed what my issues were. Next, we did some x-rays, which is awesome that they can do that in office. We got to look at those results right away. We briefly went over the results, and he gave me my first adjustment. He explained to me that he wanted to get a chance to thoroughly look over my x-ray, and we planned for a follow-up the next day. I could already feel the subtle difference in my body as I walked out the door . The next day, when I came in, those same lovely women greeted me by name. First, they took me to a room that had an electric table to loosen up my back, and after that I went in to see the Doctor. He explained to me what he discovered when he looked over my x-ray, and we came up with a plan of action. Then I got up on the table, and he did some more adjustments. Never, at any time, did I feel discomfort or that he was pushing my body too hard. From peaking in the other rooms, I could see that they can use different types of equipment to treat different types of issues. They dont just rely on one type for everyone. At the end of the appointment, I was given a little homework to do until my next visit. Im excited to see the progress we will make in adjusting my back. I was tired of just masking the pain with brief relief. I'm looking forward to this journey of getting my life back and not being held down by pain and discomfort. Thank you, TEAM KOSTERMAN!

Experiencia fantástica: I was involved in an auto accident two years ago and the whiplash was fairly extensive considering the light damage to the car. Dr. Kosterman explained the damage in detail and treated me three times a week. Injuries like that can cause light to moderate brain damage for life but I was able to go back to work in months and now have resumed all my normal activities like walking and gardening thanks to his treatments and guidance. Moreover, I was in excruciating pain and frightened as I did not want to go to the hospital for an epidural or to even consider yet another possible surgery. Not a fun state of affairs to be in! I have discovered that all the staff are highly skilled in what they do, and very compassionate, as they work strategically alongside Dr. Kosterman to help stabilize one’s injured body. All staff did everything they could to alleviate my pain, as they listened to Dr. Kosterman’s recommendations and compassionately followed through. The atmosphere Dr. Kosterman and his staff create in the office is like non-other: “ calm, gentle, truly caring, professionally informed, knowledgable, skilled communicators and technicians, and they are all fun to be near!” Moreover, Frank Sinatra can often be heard singing to office clients from a happy recording that makes one “want to dance and sing” even while wiping real tears away! This is a caring and “state of the art” clinic based selflessly on “your needs.” To be honest, “one cannot find better care, or a happier upbeat place to receive professional back care!” The positive attitude of Dr. Kosterman and his staff truly makes the world of difference. They gave me hope when I did not feel such myself. I’m improving, and for the first time in weeks, my natural strength is returning, my cane is slowly being put to one side, and I’m optimistic that I’ll make close to a “full recovery.” Why? Dr. Kosterman is NOT about fulfilling a self-centered arrogant agenda. NO, he takes time to truly care. I don’t know how he does it? This young Doctor LISTENS to your concerns, and to what your body, mind, and your soul needs to recover, and he makes it happen. Patients are respected here, and are not made to feel like an incapable dependent invalid. He empowers you to feel better and get better through honesty, collaboration, and skilled adjustments alongside of other treatments if necessary. Yes, from your initial x-ray to the weekly adjustments, he is right at your side wanting you to fully recover. You just need to trust him and to learn how to be patient! What has taken time to cause acute pain, also takes time to resolve! Since recovery takes time, Dr. Kosterman and his staff are very realistic in their communications on how to help you recover and feel better IN TIME. If he thinks that he can’t help you, he makes suggestions on what might be your next step. In short, he looks at all the rubrics, and decides what is the best course of action. He is open to helping you connect with other medics, PT’s, and does not push a particular agenda! He is interested in “what care is best for you!” You just need to learn to fully trust again. It takes time. My family see the difference in me; I feel the difference in my healthier spine; and Dr. Kosterman’s and his team have made every effort and then some to help me to recover. They walked alongside of me weekly, to help me rejuvenate my injured spine; and as a result, soon I’ll be able to return to caring more fully for others! You are giving a questionnaire to fill out and then they take X-rays. Then Dr. Kosterman discusses the issues you have and sets up a treatment plan. The staff are efficient, positive, friendly, and eager for everyone who comes through the door to feel their best. Dr. Kosterman doesn’t rush through the initial assessment. He actively listens to your complete history and every thing that is causing you pain. Dr K then takes time to combine what he’s heard with what he sees on the x-rays to determine a care plan. He takes the time to explain your x-rays and how the care plan will address issues. Dr Kosterman is also the first to offer me foam correctives to use at home for my neck and lower back. He explained how to use them and that their use combined with chiropractic adjustments will help your progress. I’m feeling the best I have in years and go in for maintenance adjustments to stay that way. I highly recommend this office. Experiencia fantástica: When I woke up with pain in my left hip I was told by an orthopedic Dr that I had arthritis and received a cortisone shot which did not work . After two weeks and then was told to get a MRI. Instead of that I came to see Dr K . And after my adjustment my pain was gone!!
