If you experience fraud on your business account and need to update your payment method, they won’t work with you, they’ll cancel your policy and reprimand you for it. Experiencia negativa: Kelly called and emailed me recently. She told me that I was no longer with my employer and wanted to sell me another plan. The problem is that I am still employed, but I'm currently on work comp and they canceled the policy while I'm not seeing patients. I explained the situation to her and she said "I'll take that into consideration" and "thats usually implied". She never bothered to apologize or say she'll do better. This caused a lot of problems because I thought I had been fired and my malpractice was the one notifying me. Be better.
