I’ve been dealing with severe foot pain for about two years and was honestly a bit skeptical at first. I expected the orthotics would take quite a while to get used to, but they were comfortable right from the start. Since using them, I’ve already noticed an improvement and feel they’ve helped alleviate some of my chronic foot pain. The process was smooth and professional, and I appreciate the care and attention that went into getting the fit right.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. D. and his staff are AMAZING! We drive in from over an hour away because we have found the care at New Gen is so superior to other providers- it’s WORTH it! As a former long distance runner, I have struggled with a hip issue that has lingered for years. Dr. D understands how important physical activity is to me- I am so thankful for a provider who listened when I expressed my goal to heal & return to optimal physical condition. 10/10 recommend- if you want a provider that listens, makes a plan, and helps your body heal- Dr. D is your best option!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gone to several different chiropractors and physical therapist over the years and was looking for a different approach to my neck and back pain. I also had my hip replaced a few years ago with some residual pain that would not go away. Since I’ve started coming here my neck feels less sore, more range of motion and less headaches. As for my hip Dr.D has the best up to date equipment and am already seeing improvement from only 2 weeks of treatments. I would highly recommend seeing if this is an alternative option for you.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend Blair enough! I came in with a shoulder injury from Jiu Jitsu and was immediately impressed by the clinic, it's incredibly modern and well-equipped. The entire staff was super friendly, but Blair really stood out. He was thoughtful, took the time to understand my training background, and clearly explained exactly what was going on with my shoulder. He recommended shockwave (sound wave) therapy, which was highly effective. What I appreciated most was that he personally performed the entire treatment process rather than handing me off to an assistant. If you’re an athlete looking for personalized, expert care, this is the place to go.

We walked in and Dr.Dibra immediately identified the problem, He recommended orthotics and PT. After 4-5 sessions of strength training and pain management, I was finally pain free. He’s been working with my teen son following leg surgery that has resulted in some nerve damage and ligament reconstruction. My son is an athlete and so starting PT right away and with someone who can help him recover as quickly as his body will allow was imperative. As a medical professional myself I can say that I am confident in and thankful for the care he is receiving!

After a couple months of PT here, including laser therapy, my finger regained almost all of it's range of motion. The staff was also knowledgeable and kind throughout this entire process. Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing, I have scoliosis which causes my back, shoulders, and knees to be in constant pain, and this helps relieves the pain for quite a bit after one of my sessions. They put these little patches on my back which zaps the affected areas, causing them to loosen up and not hurt as much. They have this massage table which has these wheels inside that run along your back which further help with loosening it up. After my back is noce and loose they have me do this pilates machime which helps strengthen areas on my back that help lessen the pain. The atmosphere is really calming with amazing staff, that you can have enjoyable conversations with. Concierge Health and Wellness is an amazing way to help deal with the pain, and would really recommend it to anyone who deals with back pains and other complications.

Blerim has a very high tech practice yet he approaches each patient with hands-on care, compassion, and a holistic view. He is a bulldog -- he will fight for his patients to get the services they need, whether its sending them to another provider or helping their insurance approve treatments that may not initially be covered. Blerim has been incredibly collaborative when we have shared patients and it's been easy to navigate the healthcare system with him on the healthcare team. He goes above and beyond as far as customer service and hospitality. He has over 20 years of experience and is very knowledgable and passionate about helping his patients. Heather is just as delightful. Her smile when you enter the door and her cheerful voice when she answers the phone gives patients full confidence that they are entering an environment of healing, support, and even fun! I work with Dr. Dibra outside of his office, and one morning, when he went to shake my hand, I instinctively pulled away due to a boxing injury from the night before. Knowing I had a big fight coming up, Dr. Dibra didn’t hesitate—he insisted I come into his clinic to try their cutting-edge robotic laser treatment for the swelling. Best decision ever! By the next day, the swelling was down, and within a week, the pain was completely gone. Experiencia fantástica: Came in for my lower back, I have stenosis in my L3, 4 and 5 along with a couple bulging disks in the same area. Then last year, I had a knee replacement. They have addressed all my issues with my back and left over surgery pain. I'm sleeping again and able to sit at my office desk without having to get up every few minutes to move around and relieve the pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I had surgery on my left ankle 4 years ago and it didn’t heal well biomechanically. My mom took me to this place because I was having major issues with my ankle after work. I’ve been going here for a month or two and every time I go the pain and tightness is relieved every time and I can walk around without limping constantly. They use vibrations and compression methods to help treat joint problems and it is very impactful for me. I just got custom insoles today too and they feel amazing also. :)

After my daughter sustained an impaction fracture of the femoral condyle and a dislocated patella, we contacted the office for guidance. After consulting with Dr. Dibra, we chose to forgo surgery in favor of Non-thermal Robotic Laser therapy combined with physical therapy. Dr. Dibra demonstrated exceptional expertise, creativity, and attentiveness to my daughter’s individual needs and limits, which facilitated her recovery and improved her confidence in bearing weight on her injured knee. In less than one month of treatment, she was able to walk without crutches, and within an additional week, she resumed her daily thirty-minute neighborhood walks. That treatment was great for my shoulder pain and within a few weeks my pain was minimized. Before having my consult and being treated here by the amazing Dr. Dibra ,I had constant neck and back pain from my scoliosis. He takes the time to explain what is going on in my body with my back curvature, with also giving me at home techniques to stay limber and pain relief. His incorporation of state-of-the-art technology into the practice sets it apart from others in the area, making the treatments even more effective. The decompression table and Wave acoustics compression therapy has changed my life. I am able to finish a 12hr day at work and go to the gym with out having to leave in severe pain. Please check them out with your pain and physical therapy needs, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Dibra is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional. My experience and treatment here has been nothing but exceptional! My back has three bulging discs per MRI and I have been diagnosed by my primary care physician with degenerative disc disease. No I can shovel the driveway of snow several times a day if needed without pain.! The staff is friendly helpful and caring. Experiencia fantástica: Even after having knee replacement surgery several years ago, I still had pain and stiffness in my knee. After completing a round of PT at Concierge Health & Wellness, my knee is better than it has been in several years. Dr. Dibra’s approach to therapy is much different than the earlier PT therapy I received. He showed me several exercises that I do at home to help with core strength, balance and flexibility. Rather than just going through the same exercises during therapy sessions, Dr. Dibra used a varied approach with a mixture of equipment types to help stimulate circulation, add strength and tension release. Pilates, TENS/NMES, manual massage and manipulation as well as heat/cooling therapy along with compression/decompression were some of the types of methods used during my sessions. Concierge also fit me with custom orthotics to help with alignment and balance. The front-end staff were also friendly and professional. Heather is a licensed physical therapist and is able to explain equipment and what to expect during visits. I would highly recommend Concierge Physical Therapy Health and Wellness. They treat the whole person for long term results not just symptoms for temporary relief. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a whole vibe. A wonderful, hopeful, and peaceful vibe. Let me rewind three years. Three years ago, I slammed my toe into a pallet of watermelons, pretty sure I fractured my toe but I have severe anxiety so I didn’t go to the doctor. I just kept on my same running routine, but due to the pain in my toe, my gait was off so I ended up injuring my Achilles. I was given some orthotics by a foot doctor, but they were the basic foam ones and didn’t help either problem. Again, too scared of doctors, I just kept on running. It became pretty painful even only a couple miles into my runs so I stopped running. :( this was heartbreaking but I couldn’t get myself to approach the subject of surgery. So I tried massage, dry needling, walking, low impact workouts… nothing really helped so I accepted my fate and gave up. My sister recommended Concierge because her plantar fasciitis improved drastically with therapy. I told her I had no hope, but I would try it. I am about seven treatments in and I am able to workout with higher intensity without severe pain!! The acoustic wave therapy feels amazing. It hits the spots where it hurts the most and the doctor and his wife are amazing. They are calm, explain things, and accommodate my ever changing schedule. I am excited and hopeful for the first time in years.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Blerim Dibra literally changed my life! I went from basically hobbling around and crying from the pain of plantar fasciitis to daily hikes/walks within a matter of weeks. The PiezoWave Compression Therapy and Laser Therapy are pure magic! My pain was eased by at least 60% after only one session. It is pure technology magic!! I highly recommend! Dr. Dibra is one of a kind. I have never met a more informative, caring, personable, and professional physician in my life. He is upfront, from the first consult, regarding the process and the time needed for “healing” to take place. He explains everything he is doing and is very respectful. Completing physical therapy with Dr. Dibra is nothing like I have experienced before. He explains, instructs, and demonstrates and then allows you the privacy to complete each assigned set of reps until he checks back in on you. He personalizes your treatment with what you need (stretches, taping, strengthening, massage, trigger point hands on work, Pilates, etc) and will not push you beyond what you are capable. They are both so patient, helpful, and kind. The first person you speak with/see when going to a new facility can make or break an experience. You ladies are wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dibra was the answer to prayers for my 10 year old. She had been dealing with foot & ankle pain for more than 2 years, daily. We have seen podiatrists and chiropractors who would help temporarily but never solved her issues. Dr. Dibra was there for us over a holiday weekend, got us in, gave us hope and help heal my daughters issues. His heart is in what he does and you can tell that with one conversation. He isn't like other medical professionals who want to keep you land locked into coming back over and over again, which as we all know is extremely expensive. I highly recommend Dr. Dibra for all of your entire families physical needs. I hope we don't have to return but if we do, it will be with Dr. Dibra!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Blair and Heather with a rotator cuff injury in my left shoulder. Thru the use of the laser treatment and the sonic treatment and a healthy dose of additional physical therapy, the pain is almost completely gone and my range of motion and strength are almost completely restored. During consultation, it was found that my spinal curvature is more curved towards the front. The goal for my treatment was to correct my spine alignment. Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly helpful staff. They do things gradually as not to just jump in and hurt you worse than how you showed up. Had sharp pains throughout my back and after about four or five months it’s almost gone. The rooms are relaxing and fresh smelling. Love that with each visit get to have a back massage from a rolling table, definitely helps to relax my tight back muscles.

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptionally professional staff and very clean facility. Dr. Dibra has helped me relieve the arthritis pain in my wrist through physical therapy treatments and exercises. I am so happy with the results and the fact that I don't need any sort of medications. He really works from the ground up to get to root of the cause of my pain and how to resolve it. They also accept Tricare so the local military personnel are welcome. Therapy takes place in private individual rooms and you will never feel watched which is very helpful for making patients comfortable enough in the environment to do their best at the therapy sessions.

I've tried chiropractic and that only seemed to be a temporary fix or made it worse sometimes. I tried massage therapy with the same results. I was referred to Premier Physical Therapy and as soon as Dr. Dibra walked in the room and looked at how I was seated in the chair, he knew what was wrong. I am finally finding relief with my constant back pain and crippling sciatica after years of "dealing with it". If you have any issues with your spine or need PT, please consider Premier Physical Therapy. Private, comfortable treatment rooms, individualized treatment, and no sheets of exercises to take home. Experiencia fantástica: I was referred here due to a work related lumbar injury, and have had a good experience so far and have been physically improving since. The staff is great, the office smells good room is always clean. This is definitely a different experience to the another physical therapy location I've been to due to this same injury. My doctor changed me to this location after a trial run elsewhere and I can see why now. I now have some privacy during my sessions, it's not crowded and distracting, and I get one on one care with the same person every time. What I like the most is the prep time I get prior to starting my exercises because it creates routine and eases me into feeling more relaxed before getting into the real work. There's definitely a difference in how I am treated here compared to other places and I strongly believe the focus given to patients here is definitely something that left a good long lasting impression that had given me enough reason to leave this good review of my experience.

Now after surgery, they are working with me to regain strength and to also correct my posture to prevent another injury. The place is incredibly clean and the staff is quite friendly!
