Experiencia fantástica: Came in due to my wrist locking up and some pain caused by a small fall and landing on my hand. The doctor and staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. There was an issue with a bone in my wrist and the doctor was able to do some adjustments on it and the first session was enough to relieve the pain I’ve been dealing with for a year! As a guitarist it was so nice to be able to play again without restrictions in my range of motion on my left wrist. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a reliable knowledgeable chiropractor

Experiencia fantástica: Some before and after photos following my treatment at Monument Wellness center. When I first visited I had recently suffered from a horrific flare up. I had to roll out of bed and onto the ground to then get up one leg at a time. I couldn’t drive more than thirty minutes because the pain was so intense. I spent most of the first 2-3 weeks lying down. I honestly was skeptical a chiropractor could help me. I was convinced I needed surgery. But they told me they had helped others like me and to trust them. I’m glad I did. What I spent was super reasonable and I 92% of my full range of motion back. In one photo I had poor spacing and even rotation in my disks. In the other, I have proper spacing, no rotation and a proper arch in my back. I am forever grateful to the Olson team.

For a long time I have problems with my lower back, which periodically gets worse and I need help from a specialist. The same thing happened the day I got to Dr. Olson. My family was going on a 3-day road trip and I needed help "right now". I called the office and luckily there was an available appointment. I was immediately examined and x-rayed, which I really liked. After the adjustment, I was ready to spend 4 hours in the car and the trip was successful. Upon returning, I began a 3-month treatment. During this time, the condition of my back has improved greatly. In addition, I got rid of a 2-year problem with my shoulder, which interfered with my work and sleep. Thanks to the doctor, I have changed my attitude towards my health and I feel much better now. The atmosphere in the office is always very positive, the staff is very responsive and friendly. Despite my hopes for improvement, my back pain remained unresolved, and to make matters worse, I ended up with added discomfort from a neck adjustment. The treatment was very brief—about 4 to 6 minutes twice a week —and the chiropractor didn't seem to perform most of the work; instead, it was handled by other staff members. Additionally, the cost was quite high for the level of service provided. I can't recommend this place, as it didn’t address my concerns effectively. I suggest finding a more reputable chiropractor who offers better care at a fair price.

Experiencia negativa: If i could leave minus two stars, I would. Nice people, but...... First off, I spent my entire career in the heathcare and cardiovascular field. I know this area of healthcare and medicine very well. I have some numbness in my toes, for whatever reason, and they advertised nerve treatments that were effective. This is a completely misleading statement. The folks here are using what they say is a diagnostic tool for vascular disease by putting a pulse ox on the toe, showing a little cross section of a cartoon artery on an iPad, which is ridiculous to say the least. I asked a few questions, and they didn't understand what I was asking about. The first clue. When asked what the actual pulse oxygen saturation was, and if they could check the pulses in my feet, they didn't understand what I was asking. When she got it and checked for pulses, she checked the wrong areas of my feet and said they were fine, my second clue. They also let me know they were "certified" in nerve treatment and had cool little certificates on the wall showing nothing they were actually certified in. They had me do some stretching and decided the numbness in my toes must be from my spine, so I should set another appointment with no course of treatment, just make another appointment. In my opinion, this place is another shameless example of a chiropractic office attempting to make money using misleading, dishonest and unethical advertisements to get people in the door for chiropractic treatment, taking advantage of people with legitimate health issues. A simple money grab. I am compelled to and will email the county health department asking them to take a look at these folks. Thanks, and good luck out there.

I relocated to the concord area and moved close to Olson chiropractic and thought I’d give it a try. After a consultation and an informative visit Dr Olson setup a plan for me to help with the damage that has occurred over the years to help me get back to a more manageable point of my life. My back has been feeling better and the experience has given my a better outlook and piece of mind about my pain maintenance.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Heidi is amazing. I've been going to DCs for some 30 years (i'm about 50) and know who has the 'magic touch' and who is just faking the movement. Dr. Heidi has the ability to almost instantly feel your misalignments and joint problems. Sure, she still uses X-rays and your input for additional backup, but I would say her 'gift' is the main reason I will continue to visit her and refer all my friends and family. She has been a lifesaver for my entire family. For example: my wife had constant pain in her hands and arms, which was diagnosed (by Kaiser) as carpal tunnel syndrome. She followed the recommended treatments and changes to her work environment (mostly on a keyboard), but was having little success. She was about to give up and go 'under the knife' for surgical relief, which I am totally against. I talked her into giving Dr. Heidi a try at least before she did anything drastic. It was like a miracle. After the first treatment she felt relief, which continued to improve after repeated visits. The numbness and weakness in her hands and arms has gone, and she no longer wakes up with numb hands. But YOU, the patient, must also take control of their health and outcome. Dr. Heidi can help you start healing, but without proper care, our bodies will deteriorate faster than we desire. An active lifestyle with solid nutrition are the key to a long, healthy life. The patient must engage and be active in their desire to improve, otherwise I'm sure Kaiser will prescribe some opiates for you.

Dr. Olson worked hard to get my back in shape and out of the cycle of pain,since then, she has kept my back in line. Experiencia negativa: They told me they cannot find my insurance in the system and asked me to pay upfront $159 back in February. Turns out insurance thinks my responsibility is $1. I called and called and they never had an answer. Now it is October, my HRA account was still frozen because of three unresolved claims including this one. I called today, and they said they were contesting with my insurance company and will get back to me when they revolve that dispute. Be ware of this practice: they gave treatments that do not seem to be useful at all, like laser. They overcharge you and will never give you a timeline of when they can revolve their problem. They let me wait eight months already. Looks like they are just going to ignore my request. Well, they got the money.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Olson did provide some good physical therapy exercises to stretch out my back and improve posture. The chiropractic portion, however, is well-disguised pseudoscience without any scientific support. During my first appointment, I told her about various problems with my body, such as digestion issues, plantar fasciitis, and shin splints. She pointed to a light-up diagram of the spine and showed that everything connects to it, then explained how spine adjustments might improve every problem with my body. Wow! In reality, this is a clever technique to improve a patient's perception of chiropractics, since if ANY of their problems improve during the treatment period, then she can claim it was due to the back adjustments instead of anything else that happens during that time. Maybe it even helps her believe in what she's doing. Regardless, it's clear that her practice is not based in fact since she also promotes healing crystals and the claim that vaccines cause autism using one of the most thoroughly debunked scientific studies in history (Andrew Wakefield's). There's no supporting evidence that the expensive chiropractic visits provide more than short term relief. That being said, the advice she provides on posture during work and sleep, along with the exercises to stretch and strengthen the back, will likely help you. This advice could all be provided in just one or two appointments though, instead of the 5-6 adjustment appointments that you pay exorbitantly for. You'll likely get far more value and relief from pain by visiting a physical therapist and buying a gym membership.

Experiencia fantástica: Lisa Gabrielle Bright here (the Beezer Squeezer is one of my sons and it’s suppose to be my account ) I’ve been going to Olson Chiropractic weekly since I believe 2009 and I couldn’t live without it I’ve had severe migraines from multiple crash is being a daredevil as a child plus car accident body surfing etc. when I went to her it was hard to lift my right arm even to pick up my purse and I had migraines daily… Now I only get them if I don’t treat myself right and my arm works great! My favorite part is I feel like I have more oxygen to my brain and can move my neck better after I visit. She’s very knowledgeable on alternative medicine and holistic healing and that’s a real plus! The whole staff there is very helpful and quick to get back to you if you have any questions or concerns. My three sons have been visiting often on for years after football injuries and they keep coming back after a weightlifting injury. We highly recommend Olson Chiropractic!

Experiencia fantástica: They are really good about squeezing me in which is nice. I drive far for work (part of my back problems) and you never know how bay area traffic is gonna be. And apart from just being accommodating they are really good, and super fast. They will identity the problem and go straight for it and not overdo it on spots that dont need it.
