Experiencia fantástica: Are you Sick and Tired of living with pain, where the older you get the more you try to convince yourself in your mind that, "it's just a part of life," or, "I am just getting old." Trust me when I say, "you don't have to live with Pain, Pain doesn't have to be your new best friend." I was in pain for almost two weeks, and boy did I suffer!!! Sleepless nights for almost 2 weeks. I woke up on a Saturday and was at my wits end. My entire leg was going numb, I could hardly move it, let alone even think about putting any pressure on it, the pain was so immense!! I called 7 different Chiropractors who were all open on Saturdays and left messages and talked to a couple. Mind you I was trying to seek help for my pain on a Saturday at 9:35 AM. Most were booked out or didn't take new clients on a Saturday for various reasons. But one place called me back, not only that, they said they could help!!!! Their normal business hours showed that they close at 12 noon on Saturdays. I spoke with Jennifer, she was so kind and asked if I could be there at 1:30 today. Today being Saturday, the day I called her. Jennifer and and Dr. Kaurich are Amazing people!! They went above and beyond for me and I appreciate them so much for that. By Day 6, I was able to stand, my pain subsided dramatically and I took no ibruphrophen! Yay!!! I am getting better sleep at night now, too. As for my pain, day by day improvements are being made and quite frankly, I wouldn't reccommend any where else to go except Kaurich Chiropractic and Wellness Center, where the only thing they care about is taking away our pain, getting us back on our feet again and guiding us to a healthier lifestyle. One simply does not have to live with pain. Call Kaurich Chiropractic today, you will not be dissappointed!!! It wouldn't be a fair review if I forgot to mention the staff their as well. Experiencia negativa: I’m in more pain now than when I started. Dr. Kaurich initially told me that my back pain was due to a spine misalignment, and scheduled me for adjustments to correct it. Over the next weeks, the pain steadily increased until I was having sciatic nerve pain in my legs. I eventually told Dr. Kaurich after months of treatments that I would be canceling further sessions since nothing was improving. Instead of getting a refund for those sessions as expected, I got a bill in the mail since insurance didn’t cover what they told me it would. Completely defeated and now in more pain than ever, I went to the ER. The ER told me that I had a herniated spinal disc that was causing all the nerve pain, which leads me to believe that my adjustments with Dr. Kaurich made the herniation and nerve compression worse. Imagine the frustration of spending over $1000 on adjustments and hospital bills trying to treat my pain and it’s only gotten worse. Even now, months later, it is constant (when it was only occasional and barely noticeable before) Even though I had a bad experience with all of the pain and fees that they charged, I will say that the staff there is phenomenal. Leilani and Jasmine really made me feel seen, respected, and understood. I really wish that the treatments hadn’t messed my back up so bad so I could give 5 stars for the staff alone.

It was helpful in understanding some of the underlying conditions and treatments that would help address my pain. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and the rotating music is enjoyable during treatments and exercises/stretching. I really appreciate the approach to the whole person, and Dr. Kaurich is caring and takes his time with each person. The open treatment is an adjustment (pun intended) but creates a more fun and interactive environment with other customers/patients. I'm two months into my treatment plan, and I'm feeling better and experiencing results.

Experiencia fantástica: So I went for my first appointment. What an amazing experience! I'm over here moving around without pain from one decompression session!!! Just as I suspected... my back was causing my hip, knee, and foot pain! Years and years and years of being in so much pain I've been in tears at times and one decompression treatment and I feel amazing! Every family doctor I saw was so dismissive of my back and foot pain. Also really liked how the physical symptoms I've been experiencing have a correlation to the spine. Update: after a few hours I woke up super energetic and SUPER HUNGRY! I will note that I was stiff as usual after sleeping but it didn't hold me back like it normally does and it's way less painful than before my treatment. I've been extremely latagarc for years and years. Always sleeping 10-12 hours at night then needing long naps throughout the day. I had also been slipping back into my old eating disordered habits and gaining weight like crazy because of this. :'( I also noticed I'm preemptively wincing from pains I don't have anymore. I got up at 3:30am to cook breakfast because I just could not ignore my hunger anymore! I wasn't in pain standing over the stove and felt the energy to actually cook something healthy! I'm not in pain and noticing I've been moving my body weird for a while now because it's become my habit. I'm also super excited to have my appetite back! I'm going to be losing weight and feeling more active in no time! I have to eat regularly throughout the day to lose weight. If I don't eat, I don't move my body enough. Off to walk the dogs after eating an amazing breakfast that didn't kill me to prepare!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Postal worker, rural carrier. It's not just a chiropractor. It's also a wellness center that offers PT. Most injury's being pull, strains and sprangs. Only place in the region that takes federal workers comp. They are apart of FIC, Federal injury Centers. I was thrown off when I first called because of the chiropractic, I have a hand injury. No problem at all getting seen and treated for PT. No out of pocket. I really like the staff, doc and support from Federal injury Centers. Anyone who has to deal with DOL paperwork requests know how ridiculous that can be. Kaurich chiropractic has definitely helped me, not only through this workers comp issue but also with the stress of it. 5 stars really are not enough for the staff and doc.

Experiencia fantástica: While working in a railroad yard, I was struck by a locomotive. I was off for two months, during this time I had pretty severe body pains. Most of it was my lower back and neck. KC&W were very close to my home so I made an appointment to see if they could help me. After meeting and doing X-rays with the Dr. And his friendly staff, we identified problem areas and came up with a program to address my issues. 2/3rds of my program is complete and I’m almost pain free (minor neck pain persists, but getting better by the week!)!! For those who are on the fence about going to a chiropractor, you’re only prolonging your pain. Give Dr. Kaurich and his staff a chance to help you live pain free!

Experiencia negativa: First visit over $200 no adjustment Second visit told had to agree to a treatment plan of over $3k before they could even do a adjustment. All the while in pain and needing a adjustment. All I needed was a Snap crackle pop a few times a year and good to go. This is type of place that wants you to keep coming 3 times a week for a “treatment plan”. Im sure I will get the same response about their procedures they have in place. Scam clinic and you been warned. Ppl that actually pay for their visits out of pocket know to run from places like this.

Experiencia negativa: Went to 1st appointment, received minimal service and had x rays taken, was informed that I would have to return in a week to "discuss" a treatment plan and then have to return for a 3rd visit before any treatment would be provided. I would have been charged 3 co-pays and have my insurance charged for 3 visits before I would receive any treatment. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I was skeptical at first about the treatment process only because I've never received chiropractic care but I can say that this mom of 7 kids I can now keep up with my children now as a result of him helping to heal my arthritic back/neck! Dr. Kaurich did a very thorough evaluation, including x-rays, to learn the history of my injury, and determine a course of treatment. The staff there is absolutely amazing!! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I began my treatment, and am looking forward to continued treatment for recovery from my injury, and relief from pain. Now I bring my kids and my fiance goes and iv seen a lot of improvement in all of them:) the people here are so friendly and have very good bedside manner!! Dr Zac Williams is a amazing chiropractor he is super nice and friendly! He realized I get super nervous when it comes to my neck getting cracked and he will tlk to me tell me little stories to ease my mind! Experiencia negativa: They are all very polite but they hide their pricing. I had to pay $210 for the initial visit because I have insurance. Both the initial visit and the follow up visit to discuss the results of the tests/x-rays we're included in that cost. But absolutely no adjustment was done. They also have no option to simply pay for a single visit unless you are willing to essentially take out a small loan and do installment payments. Shop around, other places do a new patient visit for under $30, including consulting and assessment. Then you can just pay for individual sessions. They advertise something similar on their site, but it's only for those without insurance. I was never given the option to just pay out of pocket and use the non insurance route.

Experiencia fantástica: In January of 2021, I slipped on the ice while I was opening our garage door. I immediately developed sciatica on one leg. I finally made an appointment and went to Kaurich Chiropractic in May. My sciatica pain went away after the first adjustment by Dr. Williams. I have appreciated all the treatments I have received from Kaurich Chiropractic.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is phenomenal!!! Since becoming a patient I already feel SO much relief. I came in with multiple chief complaint areas along with wanting to make sure I was doing my do diligence to help manage my diabetes! From the moment you walk through the door you can feel the passion the entire staff has in ensuring you’re getting the best care! Both doctors take the time to answer any and all questions you’ll have and do an amazing job explaining the benefits that chiropractic can offer! They offered me a care plan fit for me specifically with a breakdown of what I can expect throughout my care! I would recommend this facility to everyone who is searching for chiropractic care!

Experiencia negativa: It was an unfortunate situation. I had one visit and won’t be back. It was all over a insurance billing situation. There was a major flaw in how they treated me and communicated with me. I didn’t feel listened to. I felt talked down to. I felt ignored. I felt pushed aside. I never felt that they went above and beyond. I paid $200 for my initial visit. I never owed them money (so, that’s not what this review is about), but they inconvenienced me for nearly two months over allowing me to be reimbursed through my health savings account (HSA), always having an excuse and a reason, and never once trying to understand my side or understand my inconvenience. I felt like a number, not a person. They say they are pro-patient, and maybe they are to many, but I happened to be the one their excellent service didn’t reach. Like I said, sometimes there are unfortunate situations where all parties fail to click. I hope they learn from this situation. Even if they won’t change their policy, at least learn to talk to patients with more compassion and understanding. I kept having to deal with the same office supervisor. Not until nearly two months into this mess did I get to speak to a higher up, despite me asking several times along the way. In my experience in customer service, from the company side, communication is key. If a customer and an employee just can’t seem to get on the same page you move on to someone else who might be more successful. I had to deal with the same person who made me feel unimportant over and over again. Again, unfortunate, but a reality. They lost a patient for the way they treated me and the unnecessary amount of inconvenience. The chiropractor I saw on my first visit and his assistant were kind and deserve praise, but the office supervisor is the reason for this review. The office was clean. The check-in process was efficient. My experience with the office supervisor was unfortunate and unnecessary. It didn’t have to end like this.

Experiencia negativa: I had the absolute worst experience with Kaurich Chiropractic. Adjustments there are literally like any other chiropractor, the only thing I felt any relief from was using the machines they have in office. BUT they're not for everyone! Turns out after being told it was included in my insurance by the office staff, my EOB came back, after I had 6 appointments, and those services weren't covered and now I have some kind of exorbitant bill I have to pay. And I say some kind because I still do not know what I owe . After asking the office countless times, I have not been given a definitive number. I was literally told, "it's kind of a lot". Mind you I still have not been sent any bill for this and was continuously being charged every 2 weeks automatically from their online portal that they personally control even after I stopped going to Kaurich Chiropractic because of the issue I had at the END OF JULY. It was only after I called again weeks after I stopped going here to ask again how much I owe because I was still being charged for whatever I was told they would stop my payments from automatically being removed from my account, "so they don't have to pay me back if I overpay". I have an appeal filed with my insurance company and it is still in progress. At this point, I still have no information from Kaurich Chiropractic. Honestly save your time and money and preserve your mental health and go somewhere else. There are better places to go with staff that communicate with you and make you feel more than you are just a rotating door for money. Why would I say this you ask? Literally the adjustment area is public with 3 beds split by half of a partition wall, you come down and sit on an open bed and wait for him to get to you after you watch them adjust a complete stranger 3 feet away. Essentially an assembly line to do the most with the least. So if you're looking for a place with privacy or to feel like you can confide in your chiropractor about whatever personal body issues you're experiencing, this is not it. Not to mention they make you start paying right away for future appointments you haven't even had. I truly wish I never went to this place.

The Doctors really know what they're doing and really help show you the way towards total recovery for whatever maybe hurting you or bothering you in the back. On a Scale from 1 to 10, they are 11. I have been going for my adjustments in the evening for the past 3 months and the office is usually a busy place. Dr. Kaurich is always friendly even towards the end of the workday. It is very easy to build a rapport with him. His staff does a very good job managing the flow of patients between treatment areas during busy hours. I can say without a doubt that, after following the personal treatment plan given to me, my pain is almost non-existent. Even after completing the treatment plan, I will continue to come back here for periodic adjustments. I would absolutely recommend Kaurich Chiropractic to anyone who is looking for quality care.
