Experiencia fantástica: WC Michelle and Dr. David were great! I was a walk-in and was seen quite fast, especially considering how busy they were. Adjustments have me holding my head up straight again.

Experiencia negativa: We have repeatedly encountered their Norman office being closed during their posted business hours. The staff have been great, but this is horrendous customer care and we pay a monthly subscription for a needed service that we cannot use. We have cancelled once, and out of sheer pain and necessity, returned and have now encountered their offices closed twice in the past two to three weeks.

David also did a great job with explaining how & what he was doing for my adjustment.. they didn’t pressure me into any plan or any certain adjustment, just made sure I was comfortable the entire time and felt great before I left.. just overall 5STARS I will definitely be back in a week or 2..

Dr David was thorough, patient, and seemed to really want to help (as opposed to trying to get people in and out as fast as possible). Additionally, Aaliyah at the front desk was very polite and competently answered all of my questions before I went back.

Experiencia fantástica: December 9th I was hit with a massive migraine. For 3 weeks I struggled daily with a headache that would turn into a migraine. I went to the ER and got 20 hrs of relief. After that I tried a massage and it helped a little. Lastly, I tried going to the chiropractor which I wish I would’ve started at in the first place. After my first adjustment I finally had relief. I have gone back a few more times, I cannot recommend Michelle and Dr. David enough.

As a person who broke his lower back at 19 which has since healed and and later on broke my neck and didn't know it for 7 or 8 years and live with it still being broken for the last 35 years or so I live with very special spinal problems that I would not just trust with anybody. With that said I felt that they listened to me as I described my very special problems and the can and can't do's about dealing with my broken neck.. I felt that WC Michael was very helpful in getting my X-rays and MRI results sent over to them.. Dr. David was great as he listened to my very special spinal problems and did a great job of adjusting me and I felt great upon leaving. Being that I need special care I signed up for the 69 dollar a month deal... What a deal!!! Oh and I cannot even thank them enough for getting me in on a Saturday 30 minutes after I called .. what a pain saver that was .. u people know when you have had enough you want some instant relief... That was awesome... Thanks again to WC Michael and DR. David.

I appreciated how David loosened your muscles before adjusting . I didnt feel any soreness after my adjustment . I liked the service so much that I brought my son who competes on the PBA . Experiencia fantástica: This was a great adjustment, in years past when I’ve come to some of the joints clinics it feels like they are just getting us in and out in a jiffy, but Liela and David took time making me comfortable and gave me a great adjustment, my only con was that there was a long wait, but that is out of their control!

Experiencia fantástica: The appointment was a breeze to schedule. The paperwork and process were straightforward, and the packages were incredibly affordable. During my initial appointment, they discovered that my left ribs (or a rib) were misaligned. After adjusting my left ribs and left shoulder, I experienced a satisfying pop and immediately noticed an improvement in my range of motion. This was an issue I had completely overlooked! I look forward to working with them to address my pelvic concerns stemming from childbirth, so that I can spend more quality time with my children without enduring the excruciating lower back pain.

She has EDS, fibromyalgia, convulsions and so on and he gets her hips, back and neck aligned and gives her more and more mobility every time. We are loyal to Dr. David. Experiencia negativa: Called and asked front desk if they did pediatric chiropractic care and she said yes. She rushed us in the same day and we got there and the chiropractor rubbed his hand down my 10 week olds spine & touched his belly with his fingers spelling out “I love you” is what he said and he was done in a maximum of 3 minutes. Very sweet people but I feel the staff should have told us they don’t do pediatric visits because he did absolutely nothing for my baby.. waste of 30$ 100%

Experiencia negativa: They want to argue over a coupon from Groupon. It was so bad someone walked out and told them to cancel her appointment. So don't try save a buck with them. Groupon won't refund the money to my card. You get something called group bucks. I know it's only a few dollars but they upset over this and I'm still in pain. Can anyone recommend a good chiropractor?

I've walked in with a migraine and after an adjustment from DR David, I walk out without one. I went in today just feeling like I slept wrong, I was stiff everywhere.... DR David was fantastic once again and I walked out with my stiffness basically gone. It's always incredible to me, how instantaneous the pain relief is. And Michelle is fantastic, always so polite and helpful!

And, what I love about The Joint is that even when I’m not in town there have been locations I could visit for relief. After being rear-ended twice and battling fibroids that were pushing my spine for almost ten years, alignment is not optional. I really appreciate not needing an appointment, and I’ve never waited more than ten minutes to be seen. The front desk team members are ALWAYS welcoming and efficient, and the chiropractors are always personable and effective. Best monthly fee ever!

Experiencia negativa: Went to Norman location this morning and stated on the door they were closed on a little small paper under hours of operation. When they texted me back I was told multiple times went to the wrong location and when stated no that I was at the right one was still told I was lying and that they were open. Than proceeded to send me a picture of the front door with a sign they just put on there that stated it was open. Good thing there is video. The drs here are nice but the one receptionist “Keke” was a vial employee. So now I will be canceling our membership and all or employees that we recommend to go there.

Experiencia fantástica: I had only ever been to one Chiropractor who hasn’t hurt me when adjusting me. After seeing Dr. Annie, I can now I saw I’ve been to two very good ones. Dr. Annie was very understanding of my hypermobility syndrome, fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis and she took great care of me. She listened and adjusted me as she saw necessary. Kiki was great and very patient and pleasant with my kids. Very friendly and has great customer service! 10/10 for my entire experience.

Experiencia negativa: I have been to this place a few times. For the staff, the rotated every other time I was there. There was one person who was good, Jim. The rest were useless. He got moved after one or two visits. Stopped going there and went to location in Dallas which was better. Well, when I want to cancel the subscription, the Dallas location told me that I can call my local one and they should be able to cancel it for me. I called them, and they told me I have to come in for a consultation. I told them that I am not interested and the Dallas location told me that I should be able to cancel over the phone, and they kept telling me that I have to come in. Obviously some scamming is involved in this business. Funny, they sent me the agreement form over email, but the cancellation I have to go there in person.
