Experiencia fantástica: I have been to many chiropractors over the years for chronic lower back pain. This place is unquestionably the best, they set themselves apart almost immediately. They helped me order an MRI and Dr. Jon went over it with me. We came up with a plan together (red light, decompression, traction therapies, with massage and adjustments) and this excellent staff has helped a lot with back pain. It has been a while since I have had hope of living pain free and this place has helped me get closer to that dream.

They take the time to do detailed X-rays and use traction, decompression, and adjustments in a thoughtful, personalized way. Within the first week, I was already sleeping through the night again, which has been huge for me. After a month, I’m feeling noticeably better overall. During a recent visit, I mentioned how much improvement I’ve experienced, and another patient nearby shared that she felt the same way. She had a bad experience elsewhere before coming here and has now been a patient for over a year, continuing to feel better and better. That really reassured me that I’m in the right place. The Dr and I spoke several days before my appointment. The day of my appointment Dr Nyman was thorough and explained all of my options. We agreed on decompression/laser in hopes of beaking up scare tissue that might be the source of my pain.The procedure itself was quick, the laser heat was comfortable and I was feeling fluttering at the pain site. Experiencia negativa: It troubles me to write a negative review, but after sustaining an injury and receiving no follow-up care, I feel I have no other option. I began seeing Dr. Nickens at Thrive for decompression therapy, which had been helping my sciatic pain. For most of my sessions, my experience was positive. Unfortunately, my final prepaid visit was very different. He appeared distracted and rushed, and the adjustment was unlike any he had done before. The percussive therapy left bruises on my shoulders, and a rough twisting lower back adjustment caused immediate rib pain from the pressure applied into my arm and upper ribs (bruising too intimate to document here). When I cried out, his response was, “I thought I felt something,” which was alarming. I returned inside after struggling to buckle my seatbelt, but was told that if my rib were dislocated he would know, and I was only shown a stretch to try. Later, I had to see my physician, who diagnosed rib contusions and explained that a rib likely dislocated and then popped back into place, which caused bruising above and below the affected rib. She prescribed a steroid burst and said my recovery could take up to six weeks. I called Thrive the following Monday and was told he would reach out to me, but nearly two weeks later I still have not heard from him. As a patient, I expect safe care, attentiveness, and follow-up when an injury occurs. At 57 years old, I should not be leaving a chiropractic appointment with bruises and untreated rib pain. Sadly, while my initial sessions were good, my last experience and the lack of accountability have left me unable to recommend this clinic. I’ve attached photos of my right arm, showing the bruising from being pressed so hard into the table.

I researched several practices but chose this one because they gave a thorough explanation of my issues, set up a workable treatment plan and several good options for payment plans. Experiencia fantástica: I herniated a disc in my back at L-4. The pain down my right leg was so severe that I couldn’t walk for more than 1-2 minutes at a time and I couldn’t stand up straight. I do not have a desk job and I was starting to get concerned that I would not be able to work. I tried a cortisone shot which did nothing for the pain. I was referred to Thrive by a friend and my initial consultation was with Dr. Ryan. He took x-rays and listened to all of my symptoms. I returned the next day and he had a comprehensive treatment plan for me to review. It involved spinal decompression and chiropractic adjustments. Medication or surgery were never mentioned which I really liked. Dr. Ryan was very reassuring that we could get me back to normal. I started the treatment plan and within 2-3 weeks I was walking like normal and the majority of my pain resolved. I continue to improve and I feel great about my prognosis. The staff at Thrive are awesome! I enjoy every appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Thrive on Wads for their introductory deal I saw on Instagram-- I wanted to get the massage and I like chiro already, for my chronic low back pain But what I wasn't expecting is to meet Dr Grace and have such an amazing time being treated by her and truly be heard medically and being suggested new things to look at; and actually getting an xray I can SEE proof of my ailment from! Her adjustments are awesome, the massages are amazing, and the decompression is actually pretty cool! I'm excited to see where the treatment takes me overall, but so far it’s worth having to pay out of pocket for! :) (my insurance doesn’t work with)

I came here with a back injury from the gym a couple of years ago only to find out that I had disc herniations which were diagnosed from X-rays done here and then an MRI elsewhere. I’ve been doing the decompression therapy since then, and it has been the only thing that has truly helped alleviate my pain and symptoms. All the staff are so incredible especially Dr. John. He has helped me tremendously through my diagnoses and healing journey. Experiencia fantástica: I originally came to Thrive because of ann IG ad and I’m so glad because it’s completely changed my life. They are not just chiropractors they are functional doctors as well. Dr. Ryan is so thorough and actually listens to every single one of my concerns and theories of what’s wrong. I was having migraines every single day and now through the chiropractic care I rarely get migraines and when I do they are way less severe. On top of that I’ve had digestive issues and other health issues that I’ve seen multiple doctors for with no resolution. Dr. Ryan ran more tests than any other doctor has and finally found the root cause of everything. I am feeling a millions times better than I ever thought I could. My chronic fatigue is gone. I wake up with a clear mind and energized. I recommend him to everyone - my sister and a couple of my friends have started seeing him too and they are all so happy with the results! I truly have nothing bad to say, I’m so grateful and if you’re questioning whether or not you should go, this is your sign to absolutely set up an appointment!

Always very friendly & professional staff, I’ve been going for about two months now and I can definitely tell an improvement in my neck and general wellbeing a flexibility. The massage specialist at this location is also very wonderful - So make sure you don’t miss out on that! Grateful for Dr. Ryan and the team for all they have done for me so far excited to see the conclusion of this adventure! My neck is considerably less stiff and the pain is minimizing fast.. between my “homework” and my treatments, I’m getting better every week. Dr. Ryan got some X-rays and diagnosed a Spondilo in by back plus some compacted vertebra in my neck wich was giving me more probl3ms than I knew. Experiencia fantástica: I'm usually skeptical about visiting new places like this. I have to say first off that I was greeted with a warm environment and a super friendly staff who seemed genuinely interested in being a part of my road to recovery. There is a great air of professionalism and kindness here, Dr Grace actually listened to my concerns and showed great enthusiasm twards helping me. I'm forward to working with this group more and using them to Aid in my pain relief. Update I have now been a patient here at Thrive Health Systems for a few months, this was without a doubt the right move for me. The pain in my lower back has greatly decreased and my joint health has greatly improved. Between Dr. Grace's Chiropractic expertise, my sessions on the decompression table, and my occasional visit with the masseuse, I have made tremendous improvements. It's much easier to stand upright and walk properly without pain. I'm able to do much more physical activities at work and at home than I was previously able. I love it here and I'm extremely grateful for their knowledge and compassion. Update I've begun phase 2 of my therapy with Thrive Health Systems and continue to see major improvements. I am now well enough that I've returned to my gym routine that I previously had to abandon because of leg and back injuries. This place is giving me a second chance with my physical activities that I had lost a few years ago. Dr. Grace's care and attention is first rate and everyone here genuinely takes interest in your recovery. I love it here!!!

I brought my wife in as well for her neck pain and now we are on a family plan, which is amazing. I wasn't sure at first since it was my first time going to a chiropractor but Dr Ryan took his time to explain everything. I recommend this place to anyone dealing with physical pain Its worth it!!!

Ive been using them for maintainance and improvement of my spine and neck, and they have been very effective. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to meet my needs. I definitely recommend this place as it is not just chiropractor.

Experiencia fantástica: I met Dr. Nickens at an expo, and i was thrilled to hear that he was a doctor that looks at your all over health. Not your ordinary primary care doctor that sees you for 15 minutes and prescribes whatever drug for whatever symptoms you tell them. Excited to start this health journey and let people know that healthy people are the goal. Not profiting off disease and RX. Thrive has been a Great experience so far, would recommend 10/10.

Experiencia positiva: Not a great experience, unwilling to compromise on a miscommunication. They sent an appointment reminder for my first appointment, yet failed to do so on my second. Therefore, I did not get what I paid for. Would not recommend. Find an independent chiropractor, not a factory. The issue was resolved.

Experiencia fantástica: When I saw an ad for a consultation and massage, I did not know that Thrive would end up having such a significant part of my life. I've been told by various doctors that I just needed to lose some weight and to stretch and exercise more but nobody ever helped me achieve those goals. I felt so dismissed. At Thrive, Dr. Jon listened to me. He helped prepare a plan for me and created a timeline of services that would help me recover. Because of him and his team, even though I have further to go, I've regained mobility, lost weight, and my chronic pain has lessened. I am truly grateful and I look forward to each weekly visit.

I got X-Rays taken, & Dr. Jon explained my diagnosis, & gave me a great treatment plan to help work on the curvature of my neck. Hard to find good chiropractors like this in the whole state of Colorado!

Dr. Neyman and Dr. John have been amazing with my daughter, and have listened through my tear filled pleas of feeling hopeless on how to fix my daughters head and neck issues. Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Thrive Health Systems of Arvada have helped me regain a part of life that I lost due to my back issues! In 2023, I did not camp a single day due to my back pain. Already in May 2024, i've camped in a tent and on the ground 4 nights....without pain! I believe this is due to the work being done by Dr. Nyman, Dr. Follett, and the rest of the amazing staff at the clinic. Check out this clinic if you have back pain!

Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing them over a year ago and I can not rave enough about how much they have improved my quality of life, and how above and beyond they all go for their clients, on a consistent basis. I came in with migraines to the point I was concerned I might not be able to operate my business anymore, and the very first visit I was back on track and able to comfortably get through my day. My work got too chaotic and they always worked with me on scheduling but I took about a 6 month break until I injured myself again about a week ago. I went to see an acupuncturist last friday but the migraines started back up again. I got an 80 minute neck massage last night but no avail and I called them today in the early stages of a migraine, after 6 months of no contact from me, and they still made time to see me today. I went back to work right after and 3 hours later, I am smiling - not in the throws of a terrible migraine, able to eat lunch (migraine nausea has killed my appetite the last few days). Aside from the migraine relief, my life long digestion issues are also drastically better. My quality of life has drastically improved because of them and I could not be more grateful!

Massage Therapist Erin worked it all out! She can easily read what’s wrong and she knows her craft well! I’m grateful for her skill!
