Experiencia fantástica: Ok so I walked into The Joint, not really wanting to be there. My fiance saw me being in pain and gently urged me to go. So I did. I have had headaches and neck pain for at least 2 years, consistently. I met with Dr. Sarah Smith. As we talked, I shared about the trauma and abuse I experienced 2 years ago when I was married. The last incident left my neck with whiplash. Since then, it's been a whirlwind of survival, divorce, and healing, while caring for my 8 year old son. I never had the time or the support to heal my neck. I didn't even know it was so bad. After I left the adjustment, I had the worst migraine of my life. All the emotions came up and I cried them out. I hurt for about 1.5 hours. And then, it lifted. It. Just. Stopped. Hurting. Like a miracle or magic. Or God telling me it's time to heal and do good works in the world. My fiance stood with me and beside me through the pain and tears. And then, we went to dinner to celebrate the freedom we now have in this life. I even wore heels and a dress. It was wonderful. Thanks Dr. Smith. I'm a believer now in manual manipulation for healing stress and trauma in the body. I will be back for the duration and to continue my healing process.

It was first time ever going to a chiropractor, i’m a 23 year old mom of two toddlers, i also used to be a collegiate athlete, so i was much overdue for at least a look through. I was having pain in multiple places that i didn’t even know could be related to my spine. Dr. Joy was amazing at explaining everything throughly and being very patient with me when i had some questions. She also helped me navigate through some of my fears and concerns regarding chiropractors and chiropractic care, especially the neck pops! She was very understanding and very supportive. She explained that the neck pops can seem bad just because they happen right beside your eardrums, which made me more confident and feel more assured i was in great hands. Dr. Joy is the best! I highly recommend her! Tonya at the front desk was very helpful when it came to the pricing of their packages and their subscription. She was also very persistent on being able to say my name correctly, which made me feel grateful and welcomed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Joint!!!

Experiencia negativa: Recently had an adjustment here, I do not recommend this place. TLDR: Another speed run clinic that does not care about your individual health, only maximizing profits. Full review: To clarify, I'm pretty familiar with chiropractic care as ive seen 4 different chiropractors across the United States over the last 6 years, and am already knowledgeable about what works for my body, so I do have a legitimate basis as to why I'm rating this place a 2/5. Firstly, I was really disappointed with the scheduling process. I had an appointment at 11am, and since it was my first visit giving this place a try, I came 15 minutes early because I figured id need to fill out paperwork and didn't want anyone waiting on me. During the paperwork there are 2 separate checkboxes about being contacted for promotional purposes, scheduling, etc. One using your phone, and another with your email. I checked the e-mail box, leaving the phone blank. After turning in my paperwork, I was told they were not optional and I had to check both, insane. If you've signed up for literally anything on this planet, those are always optional, why would I not have a choice to be harassed or not? As a follow up to this issue, I was literally called the day after my appointment by them, and even received an ad by mail that they assumed I'd give to someone else as free promotion (It was a "Deal" for 29.99 as a new customer) Something that isn't a deal and is in fact, just something they do anyway. To continue with my experience, I was finished with my paperwork at 11, and proceeded to wait at least another 15-25 minutes to be seen because the lobby was absolutely packed. MANY people showing up, approaching the desk and saying that THEY TOO were scheduled for 11am. Please explain why there were 2 chiropractors present, and you are scheduling so many people for an 11am slot, purely bad business. As I'm called back, there's really no privacy to this place, you're pretty much in the open for the lobby to view your adjustment, which felt odd. I spoke with the chiropractor for a few minutes, she asked me the basic questions to confirm I didn't need x-rays or anything that would make her feel uncomfortable to adjust me that day, and I will admit I did feel as though she took some of my concerns into consideration. She wrote notes, and did a quick physical exam, but during our conversation I had mentioned not returning to my previous chiropractor simply due to the nature of "Get in and get out" clinics, and this lady proceeds to do just that in a manner I've never quite experienced lol She makes a remark about how she's "more introverted" and how The Joint Chiropractic has many different chiropractors that I may like more. Essentially calling me some super extrovert, simply because she couldn't differentiate that I was communicating "Hey, you should actually take into consideration the things I'm saying if you want a return client because that is the sole factor that I'm even here." And not just some silly small talk. Even remarked that we can talk more when there aren't so many people there. Probably the worst part about the entire thing is the fact that she was literally throwing my body around, with absolutely no regard. She'd say "Deep breath in" and before I even had the SECOND to inhale she'd say "And out" and plunge into my back with full force. Mind you, I STILL AM IN THE PROCESS OF BREATHING IN, IT HAS BEEN HALF A SECOND. After that I sort of just bared through it, she was going at a pace that certainly made me feel as though I was just another obstacle in her way of getting through the horde of clients and not a human being who is paying to have pain resolved. She then proceeded to hassle me for a plan that I explicitly told her I wasn't interested in, nor would I even be able to make use of it given scheduling conflicts, and she kept on, even handing the note of my plan to the receptionist, TELLING her the plan that I was going to do before leaving with a "I'll see you in a few days." I will very happily not ever see you again.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Smith thoroughly examined me and listened to my every complaint, then confidently and swiftly adjusted what felt like every joint in my frame. I walked out feeling 10 years younger, and I mean to maintain that feeling. Going back today!

Dr. Joy was the one that took care of her and when I say Dr. Joy is amazing, those words fall short. She explained everything very thoroughly, she made the area a lot more comfortable joking and breaking chiropractor stigmas all at the same time. Dr. Joy made sure every procedure was approved by patient and made sure everyone was comfortable. Made a very detailed plan to a path of improvement. Called the next day to check up on the patient. I just loved the actual care they all took. I will be recommending Dr. Joy and joint chiropractic from here on out ! :)

They take the time to hear your concerns, and do a great job moving at your pace. Dr. Joy was the first to work with me and was amazing to the point I would watch for her on the schedule and only wanted her to adjust me, but Dr. Smith is a new favorite that I will be watching for as well! Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this place at all. They want you to sign an agreement so they can keep charging you perpetually. My husband failed victim of these professional out of town scammers. They had him signed an agreement for 2-months and kept billing him for 2.5 years. He only used their services a total of 3 times for the first month, and since their customer service is very transactional and their chiropracting abilities were disappointing and immemorable, he did not care to come back. They never helped him with his back pain , but they did scammed him for over 1K in services that were never provided. Be very careful with this "business" and save your money because they WILL NOT help you feel better. If you need a good chiropractor go to "Access Chiropractor". The owner actually talks to you. They offer therapy for pain. It is $40, but I promise that you may need to only go see her 2 year. My husband goes to see her 2 times a year since 2023.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place! Been coming here since January 2023 and they have been a tremendous help for me! I was at the point where I could barely walk before finding the Joint Chiropractor! Definitely recommend 2 million percent!

Experiencia negativa: I came to this location with SEVERE shoulder pain. I was miserable. I was forced to sign a 2 month deal at $80 a month, which at the time I was fine with because if they can help me, it was worth it. First guy listened to me, then told me my hips were out of alignment. He adjusted that, and did a little bit on my arm, but no relief, and I was released. I was given extra sessions, but for what reason? He hardly did anything on my arm or shoulder. So I came back thinking I'd get someone else...I didn't...same thing, just a minor adjustment....rotated my arm around a bit, then out in 5 minutes. Next time I came I got a female, and she was even worse. I had watched several chiropractors on Tik Tok, address this exact same shoulder pain, and they would pull and contort, and address the issues, pull people's necks with a towel, and all sorts of things.....and those people would get treatment. When I mentioned this to the female, she said that she does the same thing, just differently....and again, adjustment, rotate around a bit, in and out in 5 minutes. Worthless. I can't speak for other locations, or the people in the video's for this company in other areas.....but this location is horrible. They screwed me over. I went 3 times, and it's just not worth going, it just pissed me off. Bottom line, save your money. Go get your mother to adjust you, it will be much cheaper. DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming for over 2 years and I LOVE THE JOINT. When I first started coming I had a ton of lower back pain and neck issues. All of the docs are wonderful...they care and listen and truly want the patient to have a better quality of life. I was in again on Monday and Dr. Hayden, Dr. Joy, and Dr. Cundy were smiling and happy to see their patients even though they were crazy busy that afternoon. These ladies are definitely top notch along with Dr. Wesson and Dr. Glass. Also, the ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming. I always look forward to coming in to see everyone and will see you later in the week :)
