Experiencia fantástica: I cannot stress enough how awesome this place is! As a disabled vet in his 50s, my knees were bad from all the abuse the military put them through, plus a little added stress that was self inflicted, . I have been told by Dr's that I'm just getting old and wear braces, I finally got the option to go to PT after tearing a tendon and quad in my "good" leg. I am so happy to say after about 6 weeks, I've only needed my braces for 1 day!! Tyson and Dr Reyes (plus most of the rest of the staff at 1 point or another) have helped me SOOO much i can go out dancing with my girlfriend WITHOUT being in horrible pain the next day and last time I went didn't even need my braces then!! Thanks to the whole TEAM for letting me get closer to normal living than I've known for decades!!!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve completed 21 physical therapy visits here, and my insurance has paid the clinic over $2,700. The therapists themselves and the care they have provided have been amazing. Unfortunately, the front office experience has made me decide to continue my care elsewhere. On Tuesday, I woke up with a severe migraine and called at 7:30 AM to cancel my 11:00 AM appointment. Despite several hours’ notice and the fact that I was genuinely unable to attend, I was told I would still be charged the $40 no-show fee. The person on the phone was curt and offered no understanding. It's taken me 2 days to recover and this is just not sitting right with me. I am employed in healthcare and actually coach over 300 private practices in the PNW on patient experience. I fully respect "no show" policies, but enforcing them rigidly in situations of legitimate illness, especially after 21 visits, feels unjustified. I’ve been approved for 20 more sessions, but I will be taking my care and the next $2,700 of insurance payments to another clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: Incredible. I just graduated after 4.5 months. I went through a long cancer journey and spent about 2.5 years in bed. My doc finally referred me to Lighthouse. Every single person who works here was friendly, knowledgeable and they met me where I was at. The doctors started by having me lay on a table doing mild stretches to doing squats, lunges and the bike. I have no pain, better flexibility, balance, strength, mobility and stability! A giant Thank you. I could not be more thrilled. I HIGHLY recommend Lighthouse for all your PT needs.

Experiencia negativa: Can not recommend due to shady billing practices. I was told I could pay in full at each visit or get an invoice. I said I need to pay in full at each visit then was told great, that will be $50. I double checked the amount and they said yes, only to be charged well over $500 later. Called to dispute and was given answer that the front must have made a mistake. Hell of a mistake to make at my cost. So she settles my account as paid in full and now I'm getting yet another bill. DO NOT go here unless you quadruple check their billing so you're not screwed over on your health balance accounts. It's unfortunate because the actual therapists seem to care about your health and recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Lighthouse after being told that I had benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. After less than a month of twice a week physical therapy appointments, my vertigo is completely gone and I feel stronger and better balanced than the day I walked in. I will recommend Lighthouse to anyone I know who is in need of physical therapy and would not hesitate to come back if another issue arises. I worked with Dr. Porter, Dr. Reyes, and multiple of the PT assistants. All were kind and knowledgeable.

Experiencia positiva: The Doctors and PTAs are awesome and I found them very helpful for my injury. I would love to continue my treatment with lighthouse as the location is great and Drs are as well but the front desk/scheduling team drops the ball consistently and so much so that I am going to have to take my rehab elsewhere. I’ve had issues ranging from: being booked to the wrong location without mention, having incorrect appointment times relayed, getting my treatment cancelled without notification, and being charged the incorrect amount per visit. Thankfully the owner remedied the payment issue (this would be a 1 star review without that) and for that I gave them one more opportunity which they once again fell short on. The staff is very friendly and proves to be accommodating when errors are made but there are far too many errors occurring. I hope their communication improves and they get a solid system down for scheduling and charging. If that day comes I may return for future treatments but until then I don’t feel I can trust the front office team with my treatment.

In that time, I’ve had the pleasure of working with several therapists, and every one of them has been fantastic. They take the time to truly understand the root cause of your pain or limitations, explain everything clearly, and provide personalized home exercises to support your progress. The clinic also offers a range of evidence-based treatments like Shock Wave Therapy and the G5 Cellutec, which have really helped with tissue healing. Even in this short period, I’ve already noticed a real improvement in my symptoms—and I feel much more informed and empowered to support my body’s healing journey. Highly recommend Lighthouse PT to anyone dealing with chronic pain!

Very personable and listened to all my symptoms to help determine the cause (spoiler: wasn't actually my knee, but weak side glute muscles!), then over the 8 weeks or so of appointments, helped me strengthen my muscle and my knee is now 100% better.

Experiencia fantástica: This review is primarily for Peter. I’ve been going here for a nerve injury. That is about six months old. I’m an athlete who trains 8-12 to hours per week with good range of motion and honestly the physical therapists have made an effort but really have no idea what to do for it as I don’t have any obvious imbalances or weaknesses, and treatment with PT wasn’t successful. I pivoted to receiving massage and PT advice from Peter, who is extremely knowledgeable in treating athletes. I’ve gotten a number of exercises that I am seeing improvement with, when combined with the massage therapy and I am becoming a healthier and more balanced athlete overall even though the nerve injury is still problematic. Highly recommend, he doesn’t just massage what hurts, he has an understanding of how the body works as a whole and uses that information to treat your body and injury as a complete interconnected system.

Experiencia negativa: I was attending 5 days a week for months, and knew I would need several more months to rehab my shoulder and my TMJ. I have a traumatic brain stem injury, and suffer from debilitating migraines. I was in the ER from a fall and my friend called and advised the receptionist that I would be out for the rest of the week. I would have gladly paid a cancellation fee. I always showed up early, and would call if I thought there was any chance I would be 1 minute late. They dropped me as a patient without warning for not giving 24 hours advanced notice, when I was assured my individual circumstances would be understood. I asked for the general manager or owner to call me to discuss the situation. I never received any further communication. I started getting these notices to leave a review, which I refrained from doing as my therapists were wonderful. I sent an email stating they would not want me to leave a review, but have still been receiving the email requests, so here is the review of your poor business practices you keep pestering me for.

Everybody there did a great job, knew their stuff, and were very easy to get along with. I stopped going due to a very minor surgery that required some rest, but once I recovered I just followed what they suggested and I haven't needed to go back (so perhaps they did TOO good of a job lol). If you have joint pain or anything that might be remedied by a physical therapist, I'd highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first appointment with Dr. Steel. He asked a lot of questions which was wonderful. He did the exam gently and showed care with my Fibromyalgia pain. That's a first, no other PT's have done that. He found something not even my general doctor found. The whole experience from when I walked in the door to when I left was good. I will continue with them even if I have to drive across town.

I asked the front desk person to clarify an important question regarding imaging and time limits due to Ba important Snowboarding trip for my son. I hoped she could call me back and she did not. She did not make eye contact once during our transaction. The Doctor was very knowledgeable. We are going to try something else.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Zumwalt runs a great facility and his staff is friendly and welcoming. My experience is that of a two time patient and Dr Z has been extremely knowledgeable of both my injuries and has set up a recovery plan that has been spot on. The facility is clean and well laid out with lots of space and equipment for exercise. I've returned to full strength quickly and stronger than prior to injury in both cases.
