Experiencia fantástica: Safe, capable, easy chiropractic care. I came to Vidan for an old nagging injury and had pretty much given up hope I’d ever feel better. After three weeks of consistent care at Vidan, I was almost back to my normal pain free self. Vidan is a well-oiled machine— the doctors genuinely care, it’s easy to make an appointment, parking is just outside the building and the support staff is kind. If you are trying to decide whether or not to seek chiropractic care, you will be so glad you did and Vidan is the place to do it.

Experiencia fantástica: Another chiropractor referred me to the Vidan clinic to treat my TMJ. It was so bad I couldn’t open my mouth to eat. Dr. Vidan & Grabowski are excellent! They are kind, direct, answered all of my questions, & outlined a treatment plan. The treatment was intense- daily at first. Within days I was experiencing positive results. They gave me all the tools, equipment, & exercises needed to combat my TMJ. They always explain the how & why behind their actions. By the end of my treatment plan, I am eating solid food again! I’m able to move my jaw left to right, & open my mouth wider. The pain is almost completely gone. I continue to see the docs for maintenance therapy while still experiencing improvements. I highly recommend this practice. The docs are top notch.? Their staff, especially Cheri, is very helpful and accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing Dr. Vidan 5 months into my current pregnancy. I have dealt with tailbone pain since my first pregnancy almost 3 years ago. Dr. Vidan met with me, did a thorough consultation, and gave me an incredible treatment plan. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and I truly believe I would not have been able to be as active as I am today if I wasn't seeing Dr. Vidan for adjustments regularly. They have special pregnancy pillows that still allow you to lay on your stomach when you're pregnant. I can still do strength training multiple times a week without pain. My only regret is not seeing him with my first pregnancy. 10000/10 recommend!

At the time of my first visit, I had been dealing with something called slipping rib syndrome for about 4 years. Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely recommend Vidan to anyone having pain. I injured my back in December and was in constant pain. I had a bucket list trip to Iceland planned in March and there was so much I wanted to do there. Dr. G put the date of my trip in the notes and she and the staff worked with me weekly to ensure I would be feeling better for my trip. Iceland was amazing and I was so grateful because I had no back pain the entire week. I even snowmobiled across a glacier! I know that without Vidan this would not have been possible. I'm so grateful to the entire wonderful team there, thank you guys so much!

Experiencia positiva: This practice has helped me a lot with acute issues that needed immediate attention. Very personable, kind, knowledgable. I appreciate the addition of exercises and at-home work to maintain overall strength and health in the areas of need. I struggle with the push to commit to a certain long-term "plan" for treatment frequencies -- there's a salesmanship feeling that I'm wary of, but they'll work with you if you let them know that's not what you're looking for. The routine sessions were typically vey quick. Generally a positive experience here.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased with my experience at Vidan Family Chiropractic. Dr. Vidan was familiar with, and easily treated, my Slipping Rib Syndrome. Not many are aware of this condition, so I was relieved to find someone who knew what they were doing. The entire staff are pleasant, personable, and efficient. They listen carefully and are very attentive to details. I was always greeted by name as soon as I walked in the door. I noticed marked improvement in my condition after each treatment. My treatment sessions were quick and effective - I never had to wait more than 5 minutes after arriving. I feel lucky to have found this place, and will not hesitate to return if I need to.

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Vidan And all the receptionists that we encountered were very kind, however; they gave us their suggested visit schedule, which for my whole family would’ve been over $500 month after insurance for chiropractic care. We told them that that is not something that we could afford to do. They presented us with the care credit option. We told them we could not go into credit card debt for chiropractic care. They seemed to be understandable but then when scheduling against their recommended visits, we always had very subtle passive aggressive pushback. Dr. Vidan told us that if we don’t come weekly or biweekly that are insurance will stop paying. This is never been my experience with any other chiropractic office that I’ve been to which I told him. But it just really rubbed me the wrong way and I feel like since we’ve been there they have just been trying to strong-arm us into coming as much as possible. It has come off as if they cared more about the money than about our actual care. I say this, because in our initial visit, I mentioned some issues with my foot that he seemed very open to working with me on but literally never touched my foot each time that I was there even after I asked him about it. Very nice people, but we are not the clientele that they are looking for and we felt like they cared more about our money than they did about our care. So if you are someone who is generally pretty healthy and would like to just go to the chiropractor once a month for a maintenance or all you can afford is once a month and that’s the best you can do, this office is not for you. They will hound you every time they speak to you about scheduling more often.

Experiencia fantástica: Vidan Chiropractic has done an amazing good with rehabilitating me through a difficult neck injury. Their team provided great service and makes you feel comfortable and soon as you walk in.

Experiencia fantástica: Being a bedside nurse for 13 years gave me bad back. A few months ago, my back pain was so severe I could hardly move. My doctor had to put me on corticosteroids. It was when I started going to Vidan Family Chiropractic for adjustments of my back. After 9 weeks, I’m almost good as new. My back no longer hurts and I don’t need medications anymore. Dr. Vidan, Dr. G, and everybody in the office are all kind and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Like many people, I was nervous about going to a chiropractor. A friend of mine recommended Vidan Family Chiropractic. She had had such a good experience there, and encouraged me to check it out. So I did. My neck was really stiff, and I had trouble turning it from side to side, especially when I was driving. My shoulders and lower back were also tight and stiff. After x-rays and an extensive initial exam, a plan was presented to me. I thought it made sense, and I was eager to get some relief from the tightness and stiffness. I met with Abby, the fabulous rehab therapist, who gave me several exercises to do each day, and explained how they were going to help. My first adjustments were good, but it wasn’t instant relief. I continue doing the daily exercises and getting adjustments and by about the fourth visit, I could tell a difference. It didn’t hurt to turn my neck and look in my blind spot when I was driving. My lower back wasn’t nearly as stiff and it didn’t hurt as much in the mornings. After each visit, I felt looser and more flexible. I know the adjustments and exercises were why I was feeling so much better. The entire staff is so nice. Dr. Vidan and Dr. Grabowski always explained what they were doing. Claire and Abby at the front desk were flexible with my ever-changing schedule. It’s a warm and friendly place. I’m so glad I got over my hesitation – I feel much better for it.

Experiencia fantástica: The Vidan Family clinic has helped me tremendously with lower back pain, knee pain and jaw pain. I’ve been to many chiropractors before and they did not have the skill or tools to treat my knees and jaw. They are very thorough in assessing your issues and I was able to see before and after X-rays to see my progress. They also incorporate physical therapy to assist with your healing process. In addition to treatment Dr. Vidan, Dr. Grabowski and the entire staff are very warm and welcoming. I’m excited to not have to chiro-hop anymore….I made that word, feel free to use when you write your review of the Vidan Family Chiropractic!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! Everyone there is so nice, professional, and calming. They are very understanding and easy to talk to. It's very much a family atmosphere, but with all the perks and gadgets of bigger, more impersonal facilities. They work with you to get you back to where you were before you were injured, if not better. I'm still on my healing journey, but I'm already so much better than when I first walked in their doors. Experiencia fantástica: I cannot thank Dr. Vidan and his staff for everything they have done to help decrease the amount of pain I was in when I walked into their office a month ago. I have been dealing with TMJ for many years and it got to the point where it was affecting my daily life. When I first spoke with Dr. Vidan, I was in excruciating pain in my head, jaw, neck, shoulders, back and had little to no energy. After just one month, I have more energy than I knew I ever knew I had and the pain I was initially in has decreased immensely. Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr. Alex Vidan since my second pregnancy- almost 15 years ago. I am very particular and weary of adjustments… He was the first chiropractor that truly put me at ease with explanations of what was going on with my body and how things were connected to the other (very detail oriented person), confidence in his ability to help, and it sure didn’t hurt that he is an exceptionally calm and relatable human being! He MAKES SURE his staff is on his level with constant training. Many places hire whoever- he has had nearly the same staff for all my years of going there. I have taken my daughters to him- Athletic injuries, car accidents, and simple adjustments after long plane rides. My husband has been seeing him for same amount of time as me. Getting my husband to see any doctor, especially on a consistent basis, is a WIN! It’s just the BEST place you can go to for self care in the chiropractic world- that ALSO offers physical therapy and whole body and mind wellness. I only write reviews when I’m confident in my recommendation. From my silly injuries, to my champion Irish dancer, and my sponsored cycling team- we all have benefited from Vidan Family Chiropractic! I’ve seen tremendous improvements in my mobility and have little to no pain anymore. Experiencia fantástica: Received care for my entire pregnancy and ended up with a 4.5hr labor. Significantly shorter than my previous birth. I didn’t have any nerve pain this pregnancy and it significantly decreased my pelvic discomfort. I also had no lower back pain even 9months pregnant carrying a toddler. If you’re thinking about pregnancy care I would highly recommend! They also do not mind if you have other small children with you. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I have been coming to here for 30days and when I say “I feel so much better “ it would be an understatement. I have been on Gabapentin for 5 years for my hip and back pain, and since I have been receiving treatment and physical therapy (Thanks Abbey♥️) I haven’t had to any medication for pain and my pain levels have been lower than ever. From the front desk receptionist staff to the clinical staff, they are professional, courteous and accommodating. I’ve noticed improvement in chronic occupational pain and orthostatic hypotension I’ve suffered from for many years. This is not a practice that will allow any patient to finish treatment without meeting and exceeding their chiropractic needs.
