Experiencia fantástica: Dr Joe is absolutely amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable on my hypermobility disorder and how to work around/with it. He has helped me tremendously with a bad case of neck torticollis. The staff us so welcoming and nice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ETA: the ER who diagnosed me did absolutely nothing to help. And I had no rante of motion at all towards the left. Its been less than a week and thanks to Dr Joe(and one other Dr I cant remember her name) I have full range of motion back in my neck. When i went back the third time and saw the other Dr, she was quick, super good at what she does, and i walked out with hips that didnt hurt for the first time in years. I fully recommend this place, and am encouraging my dad to start going as well. Did I mention they are also super quick. To the point you might even go "thats it?" But you'll feel amazing after!

So I call and Miss Erica picked up and was very knowledgeable and comforting. She gave me a quick rundown and I came in. Then I met with Dr. Viola. She is super awesome and friendly. Cool personality and very professional. I felt a significant difference afterwards and felt she had a solid plan for my lower back pain issues and how to get back on track. So I decided to sign up and the prices are very reasonable and also, Lake Nona is pretty so I'll be back thanks -Joey

Getting adjusted with her was an amazing experience that left me feeling lighter and more flexible than when I walked in. In my honest opinion, if you consider Chiropractic an art as I do, Dr. Mariam is up there with Rembrandt and van Gogh! Imagine you're the Tin Man and you've been outside in the rain for a week, your joints are stiff, stuck, they feel fused by rust. Now imagine you get dipped in a hot tub of pristine 10w-30 oil, have all of your joints pampered and lubricated....that's how the good Dr. made me feel. Together with the friendly vibes and fresh smiles from Kimberly and the rest of the staff, this is the joint to visit!

Experiencia negativa: I want to share my experience to warn others about the way this clinic operates. Unlike a traditional chiropractic office, The Joint Chiropractic functions as a membership-based business, which they do not clearly explain upfront. When I visited, I was told I could come in for just a few sessions—specifically, I was recommended their “Wellness Plan” of 2 visits per week (up to 8 per month), and they even mentioned I’d receive 3 “free” visits. What they didn’t tell me is that by signing the agreement, I was committing to pay for at least two full months, regardless of how many visits I actually needed or used. I was very clear that I was only in town temporarily and would not be continuing treatment long-term. Still, I was pushed into signing this plan with no explanation of the cancellation policy or the two-month minimum charge. When I finally found out, I was shocked—and when I tried to address it, no one helped or took accountability. I never met the owner; I only received a dismissive email. The staff member at the front desk even admitted, “Yes, I didn’t mention the two-month commitment.” That says it all. In short, this experience felt dishonest and exploitative. I recommend being extremely cautious before agreeing to anything at this clinic. Read the fine print carefully, and don’t trust verbal assurances. What looks like a flexible plan can turn into a costly, frustrating situation. These people are scammers!

But she listened to my complaint and knew exactly how to address it. She explained what she would do, and along the way she gave feedback on how my body responded to her treatment. When I stood up there was ZERO pain in my back. I could bend any direction reach down touch my toes and come back up without pain. I walked out of there feeling like my old self again, not some super old guy that needed a cane.
