The support staff are friendly, and the location is clean. Dr. Matt is approachable and takes my hypermobility & TMJ needs seriously, which I really appreciate. I always leaving feeling relief in stubborn joints I manipulate myself. I did dock one star because there seems to be a recurring pattern of delayed services— I assume appointments are getting backed up; I just book my appointment times factoring that in. Experiencia fantástica: I went in to this place suffering from a concussion. The lights were driving me crazy and I wore a hat and wrap-around sunglasses when I came in. Dr. Kent Owens met me, really listened to what I was going through and spoke with me at length about my concussion. He then did some adjustments to my spine. I felt immediate improvement afterwards. I felt strong and looked up directly at the lights for 4 seconds and was fine! It was amazing. I look forward to returning in the coming weeks to continue treatment with Dr. Owens. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in EXCRUCIATING pain. 29 weeks pregnant, couldn’t walk, sit, or lie down without crying and screaming. There was no end to it. At best, it was throbbing pain originating at the left side of my sacrum, radiating down my left thigh and causing intense contractions. That was punctuated at random by STABBING pain resulting in all of the aforementioned. I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t function. After my FIRST treatment (when I’m writing this review), I COULD WALK AGAIN. The pain was much less - still present, but not dominating my consciousness. I will be returning soon to continue this recovery. It feels miraculous. THANK YOU DR. CLINE!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I was excited to come here due to all the raving reviews. However, my experience was awful. I was coming due to a car accident that left me with painful scoliosis. My case covered all medical costs, so my only concern was getting the care I needed. Every time I came here, they would stick me in a massage chair and hurry me out the door. I had a doctor speak to me one time, and he didn't give me any solutions for my problems, just made excuses about my back being bad because I "probably don't have good posture." I continued coming in hopes of a solution being found, but before I could even come back, I got stood up for my last appointment. I arrived and was told my doctor was on vacation. Who just goes on vacation without notifying their patients of at least rescheduling? I was working a job that I could not easily get days off to come in, so this was extremely frustrating. What was even more frustrating was that I called back at least 50 times throughout the two weeks. I had to call back to reschedule because I did not know what days I would be available. And now, months and months later, they randomly send me a text to schedule an appointment? That's laughable. I will never come back here. You don't deserve a 4.7 rating when you treat a client like that solely because I am young and you don't deem me to be injured enough to be there.

My right shoulder,neck and back were literally locked up with minimal usage from work. Nothing otc was working so I was hesitant but called chiropractor associates. Wonderful staff had me on the schedule within an hour of calling which was shocking. Friendly staff easy check in lil paperwork. No long wait small cozy office. Dr Kent was very… calming. Sweet and walked me through everything with him right beside me. I was never passed off onto anybody else once he was there I was with him until the end.. he even did his own X-rays and reviewed them with me..which was nice to get a better visual. The massage machine was heaven sent.. then came the bendy pop part. …. I literally melted like butter to where my lipstick smacked onto the table paper.., and for some one who doesn’t like to be touched I was thinking please… do more poppy sounds dr k! lol My neck and back already feel better after just one session and i can’t wait for my follow up. Experiencia fantástica: Oh my goodness! Best chiropractic experience I have had. They do x-rays in house to make sure you are in a safe condition for an adjustment and there is nothing else going on. Dr. Cooper discussed the x-rays with me while we looked at the images, and was able to show me exactly where my issues were in a way that made sense. I had told them I felt lopsided, and sure enough y I was, but when Dr. Cooper was finished, I felt like a new person. Nice location, good atmosphere, friendly staff, I would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing Dr. Cooper initially to address pain in my lower back/hip area (SI joint, specially) . He has not only greatly reduced the pain in my back but has also (unexpectedly on my end) significantly helped with my migraines also! For reference, before seeing Dr. Cooper, I had tried steroid injections, trigger point injections, and PT. I still couldn't walk or stand for very long. Within the first month of our treatment plan, I felt like an entirely new person. It's been several months since I first started seeing Dr. Cooper and now I don't need to be adjusted as frequently and have very minimal/no pain. In addition to being very well educated in his field, Dr. Cooper genuinely cares about his patients. I had never seen a chiropractor before visiting his office, but now I recommend him to everyone!

While my treatment took multiple visits i am happy to say i feel fully healed. His office staff is very responsive and friendly. I really like Dr. Cline and his office.
