2 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I was in terrible pain on a Friday afternoon. I called The Joint hoping to get in on Monday, but they invited me to visit their office late that same afternoon. I found out that the initial evaluation visit was under $30 and got an adjustment that same afternoon! I was amazed that I could be seen that quickly. I was told to come back again within the next 48 hours. They are open both Saturday and Sunday! Wow! Most of the Dr offices in Chattanooga aren't even open on Fridays. Today is Sunday, and after my last adjustment with Dr Tom Donnelly, I am walking without pain, only discomfort. Such remarkable progress in just a few days, I am very grateful for my experience with this clinic and their accessibility. I will be going back for a few more sessions, and may consider their wellness plan in the near future. One of the best medical field experiences I've ever had!

The office ladies were very helpful and quick to get me in and out as well. *Update* 09-11-25 I had to call the office today about a cancellation of my wellness membership discrepancy, and the receptionist I spoke with was probably one of the best that I have EVER had to speak with!!! Zoe is an amazing lady, and should receive a raise, or at least a lunch or something special, as she definitely is the kindest and thorough customer service personal that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Dr. Donnelly even showed my husband a few techniques to do with me at home for headaches that are incredibly helpful! So far the adjustments are the most helpful thing I can do for constant headaches and neck pain. I’ve seen a lot of mobility improvements in my neck, back, hips and legs since I started Also love the convenience of the hours and how quickly I can get in and out and on my way.

9 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Best chiropractic place in town! The doctors are great and have really helped me out. I’ve been to another chiropractic office in Chattanooga before (not The Joint) and it felt like I walked into a marketing scam. But not at The Joint at Gunbarrel. Everybody is genuine, kind, and down to earth. Also, the receptionist, Kate, is the best receptionist I’ve personally come across in a really long time. I’ve personally told her that she’s exceptional at her job. My husband agrees. It is very hard to find good service nowadays and she is always helpful, respectful, and goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience at The Joint. Somebody needs to give Kate a raise.

10 months ago Experiencia negativa: I don't like giving bad reviews. Each location and provider are different * But, when you're an XR/CT/MR tech and in the first visit to chiropractic in 20 years - for general health- and the one guy on duty - tells me by looking at me without any that suddenly, "you have scoliosis" .... One of the silliest things I've heard in 30 years of healthcare. I walked in for a stretch and a crack to help general old age stiffness, and I walked out 20 minutes later without any referral to imaging, and LAUGHED. You mean all my care providers and all the surgeons and Neuros I've worked with MISSED it !?! Wowser. Luckily I immediately told my hairstylist who recommended someone else! (I should've waited to talk to my hairstylist- who spills ALL the local and if anyone performs miracles, it's him!!) Need a chiropractor? Ask your stylist. Not to say all of them are this way - my husband saw one at this location and had positive results - he wasn't on duty unfortunately. If you sense something is wrong, trust your gut. *i do NOT have scoliosis, but if I did, and I'm not reporting ANY pain at nearly 60 yo, I'd be fine! But then he couldn't talk me into the higher monthly payments could he? BTW a coordinate care for someone who does have scoliosis* so in this case, my medical classes and experience are better than his. Maybe this Chiro at the Hixson Publix just needed new Glasses?

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I came in today with pain in my left shoulder/bicep and my lower back. I was warmly greeted at the front desk by Kylie, who reviewed my credentials and had me update some information because I hadn’t been here in a while. After that was complete, I saw Dr. Donnelly and he “worked his magic.” The adjustments that I received relieved the pain in my back and decreased the pain that I am/was feeling in my shoulder/bicep. I will definitely be back soon, looking for to the “ Colonel.”

Dr Tyler is the best and always knows what to do to continue to improve my joint health!! I had my first ever experience with The Joint Chiropractic, Gunbarrel Rd in Chattanooga location, yesterday! I went in with a lot of lower back pain and walked out with so much relief and a plan of action to stay in a proper place of alignment! I am telling everyone I know about my experience. You can’t use the excuse of “too expensive” or “ I don’t have time” anymore. They are open until 7pm 7 days a week AND you don’t have to make an appointment!! Just show up. VERY affordable also with office locations ALL OVER THE WORLD!! Thank you Joint Chiropractic! -a very happy NEW patient
