He explained the injury, how he could help his body start to heel, and gave him exercises to help strengthen the muscles around it. Our son started to feel relief immediately! He has been back a few times since and continues to improve. We are so thankful we have RAK Chiropractic to help our family!

Experiencia fantástica: I threw out my back a few days before a week long vacation. I could barely walk and we planned to do lots of sight seeing! I was able to see Dr. Ryley 3 days in a row and he had me well enough to go on my vacation relatively comfortably. Since then he has continued to keep my back healthy and I'm playing hockey again completely pain free. If he can do that for me in such a short time, he could do the same for you! Plus he would look funny without a beard. :)

With Lyme disease and other health issues, I wasn't sure where else to turn. After spending THOUSANDS at other holistic providers and seeing no change, I finally went to Dr. Katie for a health scan. The improvement has been dramatic - my balance and brain fog have improved, as well as my mood, skin, energy, and sleep. I've done multiple scans, and now just consider them part of my regular health routine. I’m pretty active so I have had a few issues that Dr Riley addressed and resolved before they became big problems. I never feel that bad before my appointments but I definitely feel better - all around as I’m leaving. Experiencia fantástica: I saw Ashiely for a Reiki session. In the beginning she took me through a great meditation that really helped me relax! I also noticed during the meditation where I was holding anxiety. Ashliely gives a great powerful Reiki session. She is intuned and knowledgable. I have received a few sessions from her and I can really feel the energy move. I would highly recommend her for a session! After I always feel relaxed and informed on whats going on with my energy.

Experiencia fantástica: I was scheduled for surgery at Mayo Clinic and had some neck and shoulder pain prior to surgery. I’m from Michigan and had not been to a chiropractor in the area before. I was lucky enough to find RAK Chiropractic and they got me in the next day. I saw Dr Ryley and he did his magic and I felt so much better. He even got me in for a 2nd visit before my surgery. I've never gone to a chiropractor regularly before, but for some reason I made an appt. at RAK instead of going to my doctor. I am so happy I did! Dr. Ryley knew exactly what was causing my pain. He's very empathetic and personable. With every adjustment I feel better. I did end up getting an MRI from my primary and he offered to explain the results before the doctor did. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to RAK Chiropractic for several years and recently did a RAK Health Scan for my 5 year old daughter. She had been struggling on and off with constipation, complaining about her tummy hurting and just generally cranky. We found out from the Health Scan that she is sensitive to cow milk and when we eliminated dairy from her diet we saw results almost overnight. No more tummy aches and no more constipation, which resulted in much happier 5 year old. Through the entire process Dr. Katie was always available to help guide us and answer ANY questions we had. She made sure we understood the Health Scan results, as we found out much more than the dairy sensitivity alone. Whether it be trying a Health Scan or general chiropractic care, I cannot recommend RAK Chiropractic enough. They keep me and my family functioning at our best. Thank you!!

In my opinion we as patients/clients, shouldn’t have to change our own face paper after our chiropractor appointment. That’s why the staff is there.

I had always been hesitant to try a chiropractor but figured what did I have to lose. After my first session with Dr. Ryley, I wish I had starter sooner. When I started having gut issues and other health issues causing imbalances and inflammation, I started working with Dr. Katie and doing regular Health Scans. It was amazing to watch the "circles" go from red to yellow to green over the course of a year with the coaching of Dr. Katie using remedies, changing things in my environment and working helping my body detox in a healthier way! It definitely is a process, but totally worth it to. I felt like I was taking all of the advice being given to me, doing my weekly adjustments, and still things just weren’t getting better. So, we decided to do a health scan. After the health scan I learned which systems in my body were imbalanced AND received further validation that THIS is why I had been struggling so much! Dr.Katie fully explained everything to me, and even gave me a personalized list of remedies and supplements to begin. I’m happy to say that I am feeling like myself again! However after visiting the RAK for the first time after 20 years of abuse to my body from skateboarding, wrestling, gymnastics, anything you name it. Including getting hit by a car…. I felt better after one visit. Ive been going pretty regular for about 3 weeks now and I'm absolutely addicted to how i feel after. One thing i find amazing is i don't even have to explain where and what ails me Doc already knows and can feel the problem areas. I feel lightyears better from when i first started. My issues were headaches, severe anxiety, hip issues and just overall poor health and Dr. Riley got me back on track to moving in the right direction. Hes an easy person to talk to and makes things make sense to people who have no idea how chiropractic works. Love the music playlist also haha. The first time, I had numbness in my Feet, left hand, and right jaw along with digestion issues. In the 4 week detox, I felt like a completely different person coming out of that. A year later, I felt some more digestion issues so I performed the scan +detox and once again. Same results of feeling amazing and back to normal without any side effects. She walks you through every step, does a consultation with you and is there for you 24/7 through the entire process. The remedies are carefully chosen based on the result of your scan and she has so much experience with all of them. I may just do her detox annually at this point. It is that good. My husband now goes to see him and as my pregnancy progressed I started to see Dr Katie who is equally as amazing. They helped me physically get through pregnancy but also mentally as well so now I not only go there postpartum but I bring my baby in for adjustments as well. After two more adjustments, my congestion was gone. Also, since I have been going regularly, my headaches have improved so much that I rarely require pain medications.

I see Katie for additional phone sessions surrounding my health scan, and she’s provided a personalized approach to my health and taught me so much about holistic and functional medicine. As a pediatric ICU nurse, I’m heavily involved in western medicine. I can assure the general public we are failing you. Healthcare has become “sick”care—we essentially funnel you in like cattle, give you a pill that will only make you more sick, and send you on your way. The cost to you financially is astounding, and we never truly address the root of the problem. Most western doctors know NOTHING about the underlying balancing of the body and its systems. Nothing about synergy and root cause focused treatment. Most patients are being appeased—there is no more genuine healthcare—which may mean telling a patient things they don’t wanna hear. Doctors aren’t being honest and requiring personal accountability for lifestyle changes (especially food choices that eliminate processed garbage, need for getting active, and addressing your obesity)—instead they give you a pill, collect their 6 figure salary and more along. Meanwhile, you get sicker and sicker. So I cannot recommend RAK enough as they address more than just a spinal adjustment. It’s time for people to get well.

Experiencia fantástica: After being a competitive gymnast for 15 years, suffering multiple back injuries, and going through multiple unsuccessful medical procedures, I had accepted that I would suffer with back pain for the rest of my life. I met Dr. Katie and Dr. Riley in 2010 and after just a few months with regular adjustments and following their advice for improving my overall health, my back pain substantially improved and I was back to doing activities I had previously quit because of pain! 12 years later, my family and I all have regular “check ups” at RAK. Dr. Katie guided me through 3 pregnancies (injury pain free) and has helped keep my kids healthy and active!! In addition to adjustments, our family has also done several health scans through RAK. One of my kids consistently had an upset stomach. We tried eliminating various foods (mainly dairy) from her diet but her tummy troubles persisted. Dr. Katie recommended a health scan to get a better overall look at her health. We decided to scan all our family and discovered some surprising food and environmental sensitivities. We cut those foods out of our diets and followed the recommend remedies to help balance out our systems. Our overall health improved greatly and I swear the kids weren't sick for months afterwards! Experiencia fantástica: As a mom of 4 young kids, my health kind of took a back burner. Yes, I worked out and ate somewhat healthy, but my energy, BM, mood swings, skin, etc was a hot mess. I decided to give the health scan a try and to no surprise, I was a hot mess. After doing the first round of remedies, my systems greatly improved on the second scan. He helped him with some big digestive issues and sleep problems! He has helped both my boys (10y and 8y) when they were in an accident and had serious concussions. They could tell when they needed an adjustment because of fatigue and sensitivity, and Dr Ryley helped get them back to normal several times. He is so good with my kids. They love him. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been seeing Dr Ryley for many, many years. He listens to me (where does it hurt stuff), and addresses my acute and/or chronic ailments. Healing takes time, so not all issues are resolved immediately. However, I usually see progress made by keeping regular appointments with Dr Ryley. Most importantly, he understands that I don’t often take “off” days. He does his best to address my issues, and allow me to keep going with my day to day exercise. As an athlete, I highly appreciate this approach, so I can keep at it with my current athletic goals, and the ones down the road.

Experiencia positiva: My experience with RAK was okay. Wasn’t super satisfied, nor was I disappointed. I just felt super rushed when I went in. I felt like I was always getting the same adjustments just for someone to come in and check in maybe max for 10 minutes and be done. My back felt better, but I know there’s other places that take the time. It was almost not worth it to use the rest of my balance, nor keep scheduling appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to RAC Chiro seeing Dr. Katie since mid-December. Staff have been completely welcoming, making me feel like I'm part of the family. Dr. Katie has addressed all of my concerns after a herniated disc. She is taking her time, gentlly trying to get my spine realigned, and also tries different things that work for me specifically. The other thing I appreciate is they're family-oriented, and they even have their puppy come to work with them which is fun. She's also educated on health, and avoiding foods that increase inflammation, which I'm struggling with (all without pushing any products too). This place was recommended to me by 2 other people, so I decided to try them and am glad I did.
