I called the office and they got me right in that day. The office was easy to find. The staff was so nice to me which helped me relax while getting the heating pads and tens unit. Dr. Valentine took X-rays and reviewed them on the spot with me explaining everything so I understood whats going on. Then he gave me an adjustment. He was very gentle and kind. Experiencia fantástica: On Monday morning I hurt my back working out at the gym. By the time I got home the pain was excruciating where I couldn't walk. I crawled to my bed and laid there. I knew I had to get to a chiropractor. I laid there for two hours waiting for chiropractic offices to open. At 9:00 I started calling every office around me to get in and got the same response - since I'm not a current patient they couldn’t get me in for a couple weeks. Each time explaining how much pain I was in it didn’t matter. My wife Called Dr. Valentine and explained how much pain I was in and he said bring him up now. We got to Dr. V’s office and he took me right away. After some analysis, he worked on my back which alleviated some pain. He then said I needed to call my family Dr. to get an anti-inflammatory prescription. He explained to me how I need to ask so the Dr’s office would understand. He also sent my wife and I both a text so we wouldn’t forget. Definitely comes from many years of experience and I appreciate him working with me and my Dr.’s office to get what I needed that day. He was great about explaining how and when to ice my back, using a heating pad and stretches. He even had my wife come back so she could learn how to help me with the stretches later that night. At the end of the visit he told me to come back tomorrow. I asked what time? He said, when you can get here. Really? Who does that? He wasn’t concern about a specific appointment he knew I needed help and was able to get me in between the other patients. Fast forward to Thursday. Feeling MUCH better, personally for how much pain I was in, if you would have told I would be feeling this much better in this short amount of time I wouldn’t have believed you. Thanks Dr. Valentine for understanding how much pain I was in and getting me in right away when everyone else turned me down because I wasn't a "current patient"!!! Not to mention fixing my back!

After the first “Pop” I felt a release of pressure from my back, and after the final “crack” from my neck all the tension that I have been living with for months disappeared. I was Shocked and Pleasantly Surprised the massage beds were amazing! The office is absolutely beautiful! Dr. Valentine is a rare gem. His bedside manner is superb, and that’s important.
