Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this Joint for some years now and have seen much transition over those years. However, Karen at the front desk has been consistent and always nice, friendly, and caring. If she takes a vacation, it is certainly well deserved! Dr. Marco is very nice and personable making personal connections to his patients and taking the time to understand what problems need attention. I also like the dynamic at the The Joint, because you can walk in whenever you need an adjustment, rather than making an appointment, as with most other Chiropractors. Sometimes you might have to wait, but I have never waited more than about 20 min. They are open 7 days a week, so the overall availability can't be beat. I recommend trying. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I was in agonizing pain, and had very limited mobility when I first came to The Joint Chiropractic. They gave me an affordable package deal with six prepaid chiropractic visits. Within those six visits, my mobility has returned to normal, and the pain is extremely minimal now. I will continue to see The Joint Chiropractic until the pain is all gone, and continue maintenance visits on a regular basis now. I am so thankful for all the staff. They are very friendly, and ready to help right away...thank you for helping me heal, and realign my back where it is supposed to be.

I have been going to her for a few months and its kept me going and she really cares about my needs, what is going on with my body, and is very skilled at doing the adjustments and recommended exercises to help with my issues. My only complaint with the Joint is that the chiropractors are moved around and you cannot count that they will be there the next time. I would like it if Loren stayed in Escondido, its where the closest location is for me.

I used to drive 20+ minutes to other locations, but now I find the care in Escondido to be on par with locations like 4S Ranch. Dr. Lauren listens and takes the time needed to address your concerns. She’s also great with kids.

He is Spanish speaking and knows a bit of English, however he really wished someone spoke Spanish so he could explain and elaborate on the pain and discomfort he has been feeling. He also stated that the place wasn't too welcoming at first, but when got seen, the staff became a bit friendlier. Overall he liked the place because it's affordable. He has had consultations at various places and are a pretty penny, which has stopped him from seeing a chiro. But Now that he found this place, he is glad that it isn't overly expensive, and is finally able to get relief on his back.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give this place zero stars. I made an appointment as a new client, but when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk—just other people sitting and waiting. I waited 30 minutes before anyone helped me. During that time, I watched multiple people get turned away for unclear reasons, which I’d soon experience myself. When it was finally my turn, I went to the back, got ready, and was told they couldn’t find my information. I showed proof of my appointment, and the chiropractor informed me she couldn’t take new clients because she wasn’t qualified to complete medical or legal paperwork. When I asked why I was able to book a new client appointment in the first place, she explained she was the only one working, there was no receptionist, and I’d have to come back another day. Before I left, she advised me to “watch YouTube videos” about my condition. Seriously? I will absolutely not be returning to this poorly run establishment. I’ll gladly drive a bit farther to find a place that’s actually organized and professional. Avoid this place if you value your time and health.

Experiencia negativa: I came in to sign up my two kids as new clients and get myself adjusted. Unfortunately, they didn't have a front desk person and unable to sign up my two kids as clients. I was offered to get adjusted since I was a member, but left to go to another location so we can all get taken care of at the same time. Just something to keep in mind that you'll have to go somewhere else to become a client if this happens again.

I feel better - my neck and back pain are so much better. It helps with my migraines as well when it is triggered by my neck. I have been coming weekly for a couple years now. She asks a lot of questions about pain areas and gets to know her patients well. Then after giving the best adjustment, she also made sure to let me know about exercises and tools I can use at home to keep my back in proper alignment. I had pain in my upper back for about 2 years and she took it away with just one adjustment. Having no pain is priceless and the joint but Gayle specifically is worth every penny!

I literally cried once she adjusted me because of the relief of pain. I’m here on vacation- I bought a package of 6 and see her twice a week while I’m here in Escondido. She was amazing and was one of the first chiropractors in probably 40 years that has been able to move both sides of my neck and both hips. Experiencia negativa: Oh where do i start. I needed an adjustment so i decided to go to the joint. When i spoke to the doctor i could smell the alcohol on her breath. She was slurring words and i was just shocked that they were working in those conditions. I didnt feel safe or trust her judgement and she repeatedly said she was ok. Dr karen or kristen something like that. I decided to leave. When i was leaving, they closed the door and started to pour drinks. I found it very unprofessional and a big liability. I would stay away from this joint.

Starting with Karen and Michaela who are always ready with a smile and a hello! they are so nice and very accommodating to my needs. Their happy disposition is very contagious. Then the Chiropractor’s, Dr Sara Hines and Dr Pascoe are very thorough and gentle. They both ask questions to see how you are doing at the moment and give you a plan to treat whatever conditions you have. I always leave feeling like a new man! And I can’t believe the cost! Experiencia negativa: I have been coming to this location off and on for a couple of years. There was a female chiropractor there for some time that was really good. Recently I started going on a regular basis again and there was a male chiropractor who was amazing. However, I was just informed today that he has moved locations. I went for an adjustment with the primary female chiropractor there currently and was severely disappointed. She did not adjust anything and merely stretched my legs and yanked on my neck. The evening after my "adjustment" with her I got a severe migraine. I will be cancelling my membership and looking for somewhere that I can see the same chiropractor on a regular basis.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a complete rip off. I initially went last month to work on my back. I’ve only been there once and paid $119. To my surprise, I get an additional $90 taken from my account. The lady who sits in the front is extremely rude and condescending. She would not let me get a word out stating I signed a contract and rudely hangs up the phone on me. I tried yo explain to her that she did not properly explain the pricing and hidden fees they charge. Be careful when signing papers with these people. This place is a gimmick. I’ll suffer in back pain before I ever go to this place. They really need to have a conversation with the British lady who is their receptionist and discuss with her the proper way of having a sufficient work ethic. It’s unbelievable how disrespectful she is.

I drove there and the lady said the doctor is injured and wont be in but i could do a walk in at their San Marcos store. I drove to San Marcos sat in front on my phone. Didnt see anyone come in or out. The guy behind the desk asked if i was checking in. I said no. He said we arent taking any new clients. But i could drive to Oceanside... He didnt offer to call, and wasnt really even polite. So in the longrun i guess he helped me to decide whether or not to use their services.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible people and customer service, I last visited in 3/15/23 informed the chiropractor I wished to cancel / freeze my account and my pain had gotten so bad it was intolerable, so I went to my doctor to finally help me with a solution. I was told that my account would be frozen and that I wouldn’t be charged until I came back, no harm no foul I thought. The doctor got me a shot, prescribed crutches and pain meds as well as 2 weeks off work, after that time my pain was actually cured with stretching and cold compresses. Had a baby daughter the same month so it was a huge relief to be back on my feet, yet come to find out months later I was still being charged, not only that I was denied a refund for being wrongfully charged FOR MONTHS.

I was still in need of care for my back injury to get me functioning again sooner rather than later. I saw the first visit promotion on google when I was searching for chiropractic care. Glad I found them.The team is fantastic. My posture has been improving. I've had better sleep. I'm feeling less discomfort over time in my back and neck. I'm very grateful for this affordable and easily accessible care.
