I am part of their wellness club and been seeing Dr. Bryan since my first lower back flare up. I’ve been to other chiropractors and this is the only place in the area that offers other services such as traction, stem, and ultrasound! It is very rare when I get flare ups now and I will continue being a loyal customer as long as I am able to.

Experiencia negativa: Staff is great but I had the worst experience with the owner Brad. Ive had lights stolen off my truck there before so im very cautious of where I park it and I always back it in to a spot. Today while I was about to leave the owner was staring me down, so rolled my window down and asked what, right away he was extremely rude and disrespectful acusing me of breaking his fence with absolutely no evidence. If he would've spoken to me with some sort of decency i would've explained my self and it shouldn't have been a big deal. But since I stood up to him trying to bully me he didn't like that and kicked me out of their membership program. Ive spent thousands of dollars over that last few years with this place. He came at me with a negative attitude and I matched it.

Experiencia fantástica: I was taking medication for left sciatica pain for 4 years before treatment at Back To Healthcare. I was seeing a chiropractor, but not often enough to be effective, and my medical coverage did not cover treatment. Following Xrays and results, I started treatment February 2020 (before the pandemic) with a plan that included adjustment, therapy with ice ir heat, and traction. 4x/week x3, then 3x/week x3, then 2x/week x3, then weekly. I was skeptical that my pain would subside. They stayed open during the pandemic, followed the rules, and by the end of the prepaid treatment I had stopped taking pain medication and was pain free. I joined the Wellness club for a monthly fee that includes weekly maintenance adjustments, traction, and therapy if needed. They have a gym with weights and mats, quarterly stretching sessions, and a personal trainer (assessment is free) with 1to1 or small group sessions for a fee.

He listens to me too. His back up person is Dr. Bryan who also kind and caring. He is funny too. Traction is also included in my wellness package. You have access to the gym. So, in a time that we are watching our finances that is a great perk to have. The reception desk as well as the techs are so sweet and friendly. Everyone knows your name. ☺️. They made sure to give us a tour of the facilities (which were very clean and well maintained) and were great at explaining things to my teenager. The doctor is great! We've seen Dr. Roquemore, Dr. Brian, and Dr. Ishihara and they have all been amazing! I love how informative they are. Dr. Roquemore explained everything to my husband and son with a lot of detail and in a way they can understand the process and reason for treatment. Experiencia fantástica: When I first started coming here a few years ago I was in excruciating pain. My sciatica was first developing and I was having the symptoms full force. I wasn’t even aware at the time what it was but I could barely walk or sit for long periods of time or even lay down. I sought out a chiropractor for help and found these guys. I started coming 4 days a week and it was really hard and painful at first, but within 3 months I was feeling so much better. I was in so much pain at one point that I remember crying throughout the day periodically. Now I continue to go here once a week to maintain my back health and prevent my sciatica from acting up again. I’m not sure if I would’ve felt better if I didn’t start coming here and if I didn’t continue treatment I’m sure I would still have pain. I really appreciate these guys for all that they do and I make sure I incooperate coming here into my weekly routine.

BACK TO HEALTHCARE CHIROPRACTIC helped me so much from my first call to them on the phone yesterday, just I mean excruciating back pain and today I went in for my visit. They got me in within 10-15 min of arrival JUST because I had to complete my paperwork ( they sent it but…) I got consult, X-ray, treatments & adjustment. I LITERALLY got out of pain instantly . I’m not fixed. I’ll have to come back, but I am so comfortable now I’m out of excruciating pain. I don’t even know what to say! If you’re a Christ believing patient, they will pray with you. They will pray with you during your treatment like I hope this is OK to say, but I felt Jesus and the Holy Spirit there because of the prayers that I was getting during treatment I’m telling you, I was being tortured with this pain and coming here to BACK TO HEALTHCARE CHIROPRACTIC, I can absolutely say I feel 90% better already JUST ONE VISIT!!! Experiencia negativa: I am is so much pain after my initial visit with Dr Michael Roquemore! Although I told him several times not to adjust my neck, he did and now I am in significant pain trying to rehab the damage he caused. He doesn’t listen to patients. Do not go to him!

All communication was done via text messages to get me scheduled. The staff was top-notch and accommodating. I have been to more chiropractors in my life than most, and there isn't much I haven't experienced. Brad is one of the best, if not the best, hands-on chiropractors I have ever been to. A few days later, my atlas was giving me issues, and again, Brad went above and beyond. My flight was early Monday morning, and I was in pain and dreading a long day of travel. I reached out to Him on a Sunday evening and asked what the chances were to see him before I had to leave. I never thought it would work as it was after 7 pm Sunday. I was an hour away when I got a response saying he would see me and to let him know what time I would be arriving. It almost brought me to tears that Brad would be willing to see me, and it ended up being nearly 8:30 pm on a Sunday. Brad set my atlas, adjusted the rest of my body, sent me home with stretches, and educated me on how to get better. If you are reading this and deciding which chiropractor to start with. Look no further because you will be hard-pressed to find anyone as good as Dr Brad and his staff. I will return in July of 2025 and make time to see my friend. Brad, if you are reading this, thank you. You will never fully know what it meant that you opened your office on a Sunday evening to give me an adjustment before heading home to Ohio pain-free. Thank You!

Experiencia fantástica: I forgot to say the doctors are actually competent that's something that I haven't been able to find in other chiropractic offices they don't explain nothing to you they leave you in the dark the only downside to the competence of the staff that's what it was they don't actually advertise for the pillows the back support pillow I would say not to be rude but it's garbage it doesn't work in my truck it not saying cuz when I go to the office I use it every time I sit in the chair so it does work just not in my truck but then the the white pillow the one for your bed that pillow should be advertised cuz that's part of what helped me sleep better and they don't advertise for the pillows they're just sitting there so get a pillow I don't know how much pillows cost but whatever it is I use mine every night it doesn't move at all and I'm very very happy about it I should really put a pillowcase on it though cuz it's starting to get dirty I only had it for about a week

Experiencia fantástica: I suffered from constant pain and limited mobility in my neck after a 8 foot fall on my back. The pain got so bad that it would shoot down my left arm and cause numbness in my left hand. I tried everything and was considering surgery, but it wasn't until my physical therapist suggested seeing a chiropractor and recommended Back to Healthcare. Dr Brad Barez and Dr Brian Shockney did a full consultation with x-rays and determined I had a slipped disc in my neck that was causing all the pain in my all the issues of limited mobility in my neck and issues with my arm. Through their treatment I regained my mobility, and the pain is gone. Dr Barez and Dr Shockney have substantially improved my quality of life and I am grateful for all their help and continue to be a patient through their "Wellness Program" for regular adjustments. I am now pain free.
