Experiencia negativa: We brought our son here 4 times a week for about 4 months last summer/fall. We put a lot of hope in seeing progress in our son's sensory struggles. Unfortunately it did not change anything. The Drs were always positive that they saw progress on his scans, but I don't think it was because of chiropractic therapy. For example our son struggled with some constipation, and I started him on a probiotic. They attributed the progress to the therapy when it wasn't. We spent about $8k between travel expenses and the appointments. It was overall a big disappointment to spend so much and not get any progress. I wish they accepted insurance otherwise we might have tried to go longer, it's hard not to see it as a money-making business. There are people always rolling in and out of the clinic, and appts are fast. How come it is so much money? It is a real barrier and trust-breaker, honestly.

Experiencia negativa: Just sharing a personal experience/frustration I feel may be helpful to others. This practice was recommended to me by a counselor my son sees. He has ADHD and just exploring options for better sleep and body regulation concerns. I did not know a lot about this place prior to this but trusted our counselor recommendation. When I looked up Google reviews there were lots of positive reviews. My experience was not the same. Unfortunately. I brought my son in and had their body scan tests done. I went back for another appointment to go over the results. Based on his results their care plan was 44 visits in 3 months for a whopping total of $2600. 4x a week for 8 weeks and 3x a week after that to get to their 44 appointments. I could not believe they would expect anyone to be able to afford that or for any parent to be able to bring 6 year old there 4x a week for that long. I'm not sure what other people do but my family like I assume most could never afford nor have that much time to devote to chiropractic care for one child. When I asked if there were other treatment plan options that were less aggressive, I was told no that they couldn't give me the results I would expect with less than that. I said that the logistics of that many appointments and the financial aspect was too much for our family. I do not understand how you cannot provide people with another care plan. I said so you won't even adjust him a couple times to see if we can help get things in better alignment and go from there. To which I was told no they could not. I either agreed to the plan or they would not treat him. I think that is ridiculous and after reading some things on Reddit I know I'm not the only one that has experienced this. So disappointing if you truly cared about your patients and families you serve I would think you could be more flexible.

I had gone to other clinics, but could not get the relief I desperately wanted. Since starting, I get about 4 migraines a year now. The pain in my neck and shoulders are so much better, which has helped significantly with my headaches. I feel normal again! As for the staff, they are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. Everyone is so kind and caring. They take the time to get to know you and explain things in ways you can understand. Experiencia fantástica: I tried Highest Health after being diagnosed with a severe lower lumbar disc herniation. At the time of starting care; I was unable to sleep for more than 2 hours without needing to get up and walk around, couldn't hinge past my hips & was in severe pain at all times. After receiving care; my pain & mobility have significantly improved, I'm able to sleep fully through the night, & have been able to return to my previous workout regimens (with mild modifications). I am so thankful I gave Highest Health a try, as they are one of the core reasons I was able to avoid back surgery at 28 years old!

They run a little hand held device down your spine to check your energy levels and a heart rate monitor on your finger, takes 15 min! For $100?!?! And it’s done monthly. They’ve found a good scam.

I am not living in constant fear of headaches or of being in pain. Before starting chiropractic my son would toss and turn a lot at night and was having trouble focusing in school. He has only had two sessions but after his first session he slept through the night and didn't move an inch and after his second session before school when I picked him up that day after school he told me that he was focusing more so highest house chiropractic has made a huge difference in both of our lives in the staff is amazing and worked with us to find a payment plan that would work. He would normally have a lot of issues, falling asleep and generally would be reading books until almost midnight on school nights. He now has been going to sleep much sooner and sleeping through the night. He’s also been a lot more regular with his digestion. I love how easy it is to schedule appointments on their app or reschedule if something comes up. The staff is incredibly friendly. We are always greeted with a smile. Experiencia negativa: We are new to Sioux Falls and were in need of immediate treatment. We were turned away in pain, and they would not treat us. Will not do an adjustment on the first visit, even after being told by front desk that scans and adjustment were included in consultation. Xrays are required, and they will not treat you unless you consent. They preach healthy living but want to force you to radiation exposure... Even if you follow their every requirement, you have to make a second appointment before being adjusted. Hard to say you care about people's health and well-being when you won't treat them right away. The only reason for 1 star is the staff is friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a competitive dancer for years, throughout my childhood and teenage years. I struggled with severe lower back pain before starting at Highest Health. Due to my dance years and a previous car accident, my lower vertebrae constantly felt like they were crushing eachother. At my full time desk job, it was less than an hour into the workday before I had the crushing pain in my spine. I had tried multiple chiropractors that do manual adjustments, and I felt great on the table but by the time I was driving for 10 minutes the crushing in my lower spine was already back. I thought that was just the best I would ever feel, and that everyone has this back pain. Since starting at Highest Health one year ago, I no longer feel crushing in my spine. I get aches here and there, but there is never a constant, crushing feeling. I also never have to take tylenol for my headaches, and I was taking tylenol about twice a week before starting care. I am able to sit all day at my full time job, and I can vacuum my house without having to take breaks. The torque release technique as well as the doctors at HHC have truly improved the way I live.

Experiencia fantástica: The highest health team has literally changed my life! A year ago I was barely able to stand for more than a few minutes at a time and walking was extremely difficult. I did not think I could work and was applying for disability. While doing dishes I would have to take breaks to sit and pull my knees up to relieve the severe back pain. When grocery shopping I would have my husband drop me by the doors so I didn't have far to go to get a cart that I could lean on. Being on my feet for any length of time would cause horrible pain in my feet due to plantar fasciitis. Dr Nate went way above anything I could have expected and spoke to me about what was happening and set up a treatment plan. He also wanted to know what I was going through on a personal level so they could pray for me. I am working not only a full time job on my feet for 8 hours but also a part time job as well. I need continuing treatment to keep me where I am at, for now at least. The Dr's have been great about listening to me explain where I'm hurting or what I was doing to cause an increase in pain. The front desk staff are very friendly and and do a great job scheduling and helping out the sked app on my phone. With all the improvements in the things I am able to do I am hopeful for continued improvement. I am beyond grateful for what the Highest Health team has done and continues to do to change my life! I really appreciate their attention to detail and how they educate their patients on chiropractic care and why we are experiencing the pain and symptoms we do. The office is always clean, is EXTREMELY family friendly, and every staff member is outstanding. Experiencia fantástica: I have been to your typical chiropractor office before where they manually just give you that immediate sense of relief, even if it "hurts so good". I've never really heard of the torque technique and was looking for a place that will help feel like my spine is getting stretched out. Also, keeping an eye for pregnancy care, I came across Highest Health. I struggled with hip and tailbone pain for years but nothing like after I had my first child. After that, it felt like any basic movement was a chore I needed to warm up to. I'm pregnant with my second child and began to realize I couldn't even stand up without hunching and it took a good minute before I could physically stand straight. The pain was getting worst. I had to give something new a try. No exaggeration, just after 2 adjustments, I felt 90% better in my lower back and had moments throughout my day I didn't even think about back pain. It took me a while to get used to the idea because sometimes it doesn't feel like much is happening because it isn't the physical and manual adjusting where you hear everything in you shatter. I have no desire to even try to pop my hips or crack my back on my own anymore and when I have tried, my spine wouldn't let me! I will never go back to a normal adjustment. The doctors here are so kind, knowledgeable, and passionate. They saved my sanity, my lower back and hopefully a lot of pain for my upcoming delivery! I'll continue to stay a patient with this technique and this clinic. Thank you so much for the relief!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE!! Insurance scam and fraud. Went for a “consult” they took scans, then decided to mention that if I continue with a “real exam” it could cost up to 200, said they couldn’t check my insurance for 24 hours. I declined then magically they are able to check my insurance that day, and somehow if I do the “real exam” the visit is free. But if not they want me to pay $40 for wasting an hour of my time and the scans they took. If you are going to charge for a consult and scans be up front about costs.

I can definitely feel the difference in my body. The adjustments are way more gentle and gradual than chiros I've gone to before so unlike with them I'm not in more pain when I leave my appointment. It is really amazing how much they can pinpoint where the problem is and there have been several times that I went to the appointment in tons of pain and left feeling a lot better. Between having pain in my lower back and having PPD, I quickly noticed a change for the better. I am now pregnant again with my third and already having established chiropractic care with HHC, has given me peace of mind and less pain during the duration of my pregnancy. My family has also been blessed by going to Highest Health Chiropractic as well. My boys, ages 2 & 1, used to have a hard time sleeping and pooping. Since they started chiropractic care, they sleep better, poop better, and have stayed healthy. We love Dr. Bailee and her interactions with our family. She is very personable, remembers the small details of your personal life, and helps you feel comfortable while you are getting adjusted. She is amazing with children. Our oldest son used to be super shy around her and now he is comfortable enough to lay on the adjusting table. The office staff is always very friendly and very flexible when I call to change appointments or answer any questions I have. Love that it is a faith based place and that I can feel healing not only in my body but also in my heart and soul.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical when I first started here. I had so much pinching pain in my neck and between my shoulder blades. My neck basically has no curve at all. The pricing was a bit beyond what I typically would agree to, but no other chiropractor had been able to help me before, so I took a chance. They primarily use the Torque Release Technique (TRT) vs. manual adjustments. After about 3 months, I started feeling a little less pain and pinching, and after 6 months I felt like my posture was getting a little better. I've been following what they have told me to do, like using a Denneroll (Don't give up on it, push through!). My x-rays and nerve charts haven't improved as much as I was hoping they would, but I genuinely have been feeling better. After having neck issues for over a decade and having no curve, I can't really expect my bones to magically move into perfect position. The fact, that things are moving and my body is slowly adjusting gives me hope. I truly believe that in another 3-6 months I'll notice a huge difference. The staff and chiropractors themselves are all so nice and willing to answer your questions and listen to your concerns. Overall I'm happy to be receiving care here. I just want people to have the proper expectations, that this isn't a one-time cure. Chiropractic is an ongoing therapy, so trust the process.

Experiencia fantástica: I sought chiropractor care after seeking conventional orthopedic advice for my neck pain (which were causing headaches and dizziness) and low back pain (which was debilitating most days). I took a series of pain management shots after my orthopedic appointments but they never kept the problems away for long. So, I would resort to oral pain medications and topical gels for relief nearly every day! I started with Highest Health Chiropractic in October 2022 and have had tremendous results by the use of TRT (Torque Release Tech) which helps to ease tension and allows the nervous system to re-integrate with the body. After a few months of weekly treatments by HHC, I no longer have my neck pain or headaches and my lower back is way better - to the point I no longer need pain meds or topical gel to get relief. I go there for my arms but I tell them about all sorts of problems I have and they always check it out and make them feel better.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love highest health chiropractic. I started going to the practice over 6 months ago. I was having severe headaches, back pain and heartburn. My headaches were almost daily, some making it hard to go about my daily activities and work. I started out with twice weekly adjustments and now have continued with once weekly adjustments. My headaches are down to once maybe twice a week and not nearly as severe as when I first started. My heartburn has almost resolved and my back pain has decreased significantly. I am always greeted by name and always feel like all of my questions are answered no matter how many I have. I came in with constant headaches and another chiropractor that was just doing full adjustments not knowing what was causing my pain for about 7 months or so besides something in my neck. Dr. Nate and his team found I had lost my cervical curve in my neck. I have been going here now for 6 months and I hardly EVER get headaches anymore and I'm getting my curve back! While doing initial testing, Dr. Nate had some additional concerns regarding my neck/frequent headaches. I had grown so used to constant neck pain/headaches, that I just assumed it was "normal". At this time I was taking anywhere from 9-12 ibuprofen every day just to make it through. Since beginning chiropractic care at Highest Health, I have fewer headaches/neck pain! Eight months ago I was a non-believer of Chiropractic Care, I'm a massage therapist and I thought massage could fix anything, but I was completely wrong. I got to a point where I could not move my neck and I could not perform massages or do anything, because It was so debilitating. So I went in to the highest health, because I've heard really good things about Dr. Nate and his team, and they truly know what they're doing they've helped me so much, my neck has felt so much better, I will continue to go for maintenance, they are the frameworkers, of the body, massage can only fix the muscles around the frame, again at Highest Health, they truly know what they're doing, I'm a firm believer now!

I injured my back and had a herniated disc and was told I needed surgery to fix it. I could hardly walk or do basic chores around the house without excruciating pain! I am intrigued by the torque release technique practiced at Highest Health that encourages the body to naturally heal itself.
