2 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I was a bit nervous about going to chiropractor, but my friends who go regularly love it. My experience was amazing!! Aspen was informative and explained everything that was happening before it happened and we set up a plan and I walked out feeling so much better then when I walked in!! Its not a one and done, its a gradual improvement towards maintenance and overall well-being. I recommend 10 out of 10!!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making myself & other patients feel comfortable. The office itself is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Morrow took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment plan before beginning any adjustments. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he is. Dr. Morrow answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was happening with my body and how the adjustments would help. After just a few visits, I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and a reduction in the discomfort I had been dealing with for months. 3 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I had surgery on my knee and started having pain in my lower back because of my walking had changed made an appointment to see Dr. Mac and Payne went from an eight to a two on the first day! I am so pleased with the results And will continue to have adjustments with Dr. Mac in the future. It’s very convenient because you don’t have to have an appointment you just walk in.! I highly recommend this practice.

I always get the membership plan and keep it for a couple months while I’m getting myself adjusted and I have found this to be not only very cost-effective but also has benefited me enormously. My migraines are almost nonexistent. I also love the fact that there are several locations so it doesn’t really matter where I’m at if I need to get a quick adjustment I can always stop in.

4 months ago Experiencia negativa: We had a frustrating experience. We were there over lunch and it took forever. Once we got back there we watched Dr. Aspen sat and talked to a lady about her pets for 6 minutes after her adjustment when the lobby was full of people waiting

He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what my problem areas were just by me explaining where I hurt and which activities exacerbated my pain. He was Abe to adjust me on my first appt which gave me enough relief to where I wasn’t in continuous pain. I am looking forward to working with this team to get my body back into alignment. 4 months ago Experiencia fantástica: This place has been way better than I had ever imagined! I came in with so much back pain and inflammation I didn't know what to do with. After 3 sessions within the first 2 weeks I can honestly say, it feels as if I've gained atleast 6 months of youth back. I don't feel as sore and fatigued as often, and I can feel the results of each session almost immediately! I was very leary about doing the initial visit, but I'm extremely glad I did. I have thoroughly enjoyed the services Dr. Mack and Aspen has given me! I intend to continue to make this a regular thing in my routine and life. It has felt life changing to say the least! Highly recommended for anybody dealing with a sore back, and muscle tension or pain and inflammation. I'd say 10 star, but the rating scale doesn't allow that! Thank you so much, Joint Chiropractic!!

4 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I met with Dr. Sam, who was filling in at the location I was visiting. She did one of the most thorough pre-adjustment assessments I've ever gotten. Not only was she extremely warm and personable, she also listened to me and adapted to meet my needs and concerns. She did an amazing job with the adjustment and I left feeling so much better! 5 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Traveling on a Saturday and finding a Chiropractor that is in office is usually impossible. I called Joint and they told me to come right in. I was able to see Dr. Mack and I have to say it was the best exam/adjustments I have ever had! He took his time to explain why I was still having complications from an auto accident over two months ago. I left with zero pain and feeling better than I have felt in a while. Will forever be thankful for finding them!

5 months ago Experiencia fantástica: My back was out of alignment and it happened to be a Saturday while I was traveling. I stopped in at Joont chiropractic in Springfield, Missouri and was so happy that they were able to see me. Dr. Mack took his time to explain everything and why I was still having complications from an accident on October 1. He did a very thorough exam before he did his magic on my spine, neck, and knee. I left feeling much better. So excited to have found Joint chiropractic.

Today he was caring for a patient using a walker. When they were done he went the extra mile to make sure she got out the door and to her ride. Good doctor! Good hands, good heart! 6 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to The Joint Chiropractic in O'Fallon MO and in Springfield MO where I live now. I was using Dr Alex Taylor in O'Fallon and found Dr Mac in Springfield to be to my liking. He gets my body to move and get back into place better than most of the others I have tried. If you are on the fence about using a particular Dr of Chiropractic Medicine go see Dr Mac just off of Glenstone in South Springfield. He is one of the best and I am overjoyed in finding him so quickly. Thank you Dr Mac for being so accessible and listening toy needs and delivering on every one of them. You are just the best..!

Very thorough initial consultation and flawless adjustment. He was very personably as well. Not all chiropractors are created equal and Dr Mac is excellent at what he does.
